Took my grandfather to the store to upgrade his device. The AC was broken and it was so hot inside that he couldnt even stay to get a new phone. The employee, Erik, was absolutely awesome and tried his best to make it up to us, but the heat was just too much for my grandfather. Hate to see such a large company not take care of their employees.
Erik was amazing today at the Parma Store. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous! He went above and beyond and made my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this store and Erik! Great job!!!
Just visited the store to pay my bill and I dont think I have sweat more in my entire life in the 10 minutes my pregnant wife and I were in the store. She was more miserable than I was and the employees were running around making sure the customers had water. I dont know how a business doesnt have Air Conditioning in 2021. Your employees went above and beyond for a situation they shouldnt be in.
Wanted to open an account with AT&T. Due to medical reasons, the heat from the broken AC made me leave before I could complete the transaction. Disappointed that your employees have to work in such negligent conditions. I recommend reaching out to OSHA for this ridiculous work condition.

Worked with Erik at the store and he was AMAZING! By far the best employee and interaction Ive had at a phone store. I came in for a question on my phone and left with a new phone, ATT TV and a lower bill. Yall need to see this man, great conversations and even better service.

The fastest experience I ever had at a phone store! Maggie and Amanda helped me get a new phone for my grandmother in less than 30 minutes. I walked in having no idea what to do or get and was nervous I would be turned away since I am not the account holder. Maggie told me how my aunt, the account holder, could quickly give me access to change phones. She then recommended several phones that easily fit my grandmothers style and budget. She transfered everything between phones without me needing to ask. For all the questions I did have Maggie and Amanda answered very politely and thoroughly!
I have been a cell customer since the days of the all powerful bag phone. I’ll keep this short:This store is the definition of customer service.No high pressure sales tactics, just honest and informative recommendations tailored to me!I was overwhelmed. Although clerk was polite she did not help me with my problem and since no one was in the store I think she had the time. That was very disappointing and I am thinking of changing service.
Worse experience getting a new phone. They are not a corporate store. Totally messed order up had to go to corporate store to have fixed.
Id give no stars if it was an option. This was the SINGLE WORST customer service experience of my life. I was talked into coming over from Verizon and I regret it every day since. I am going back to Verizon the very first chance I get. I went in with my fiance when he was getting an upgrade and was offered a promotion to join his plan. It would have saved us alot of money. Every month my bill didnt reflect the promotional price. I called customer service repeatedly. They always escalated my complaint, said theyd research the problem, told me Id receive an email. Nothing changed every month. This store received a credit for my turned in device (which was in excellent shape) but never gave ME the promotion promised in exchange. The final resolution -- TOO MUCH TIME HAD PASSED??!! there is nothing we can do. I spoke to the store manager and even the supervisor of the retention department at AT&T. Their employee made a mistake and now I will be the one paying for it. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL STEER EVERYONE I KNOW AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND AT&T.

I would recommend this store to everyone. The staff here was extremely helpful and patient...I had my 6 year old with me and they made sure he was attended to just as much as me. They went above and beyond. Helped in every way possible. I walked away very happy with the service, the phones we received, and knowing that there are still good people in customer service. Kaitlyn and Brian, 5 star all day.

Terrible place to go. My Grandma went there to get TV service, had a ton of problems getting that setup.When they did that they cancelled her home phone and lost her phone number. She hasnt had a home phone for the last 3 weeks.We impressed the importance of an elderly woman having a working phone at home in case of an emergency and they lied saying everything was fine.Guess what it wasnt and we are still dealing with this 3 weeks later.

Horrible customer service. Amanda was the worst. Instead of assisting with closing one of the lines she said “ why did you come to the store you should have called the support desk to cancel it”. That’s rude! So when I opened the line they were very nice and polite but when I am closing it I guess she assumed she can give horrible service and be so rude about it. Left without getting all issues resolved! I really regret using this company’s services!

Just got my iPhone 7 256GB there this past Saturday.For those who dont know and are reading this before they go to another at&t store, keep in mind that not a lot of at&t stores have 256GB ones - but this one does!When I got the phone, they were also doing a store event where you get iPad mini 2 if you get an iPhone, and Samsungs smart watch or tablet if you get a Galaxy.They also give you $650 credit if you switch from Verizon to at&t, which was my case. (Not sure if other carries qualify)Brian and Caitlin were such nice managers who helped me and my friend out getting the best deal. Definitely will visit this store again in the future for a new phone!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, i am unable to give -ive stars. The lady who works there - Amber messed up my whole account. I went their for a new pre-paid line for my wife and she actually changed my plan in the middle of prepaid cycle. I had to make payments again to activate my new changed plan which I never asked for in the first place. Even worse - she soled me a new line for my wife $35/month plan saying it has 3 GB of data. After coming home we realized that it is only 1GB of data and if we try to change plan, $35 will be fore fitted. This is totally unacceptable customer experience. COMPLETELY AVOID THIS STORE!

I would rather drive the extra distance to another store instead of going back to this place. The only reason I give this place one star is because I did get my phone. But in getting a new phone the guy was no help. Did not talk to me about much. Gave me the phone and said well we are basically done, you got this he never helped transfer anything or told me how to transfer anything. he rushed me out without even going over what new contract he was putting me into and I was the only person in the store. I wanted to buy extras for my phone like cases and things for my iPad but he told they had nothing. I love AT&T but not this store.

Unfortunately i canNOT give this place any stars but this computer system forces one/me to give it at least 1 star to proceed...my experience was not good...they did not tell us the whole study...and the worst part of it had basically 3 people at the store tell us 3 DIFFERENT answers for the SAME question!...one person did not know what was on the brochure and had to look and want to take us to Lever3 of DTVN which was NOT required because Level2 was all we needed...seriously, you need to consider going to a different ATT store for consistent results
Very bad service. Will change your contact to services you did not agree to anf charge you for it. Then when you tell them they wont hand it and stop taking your call. My bill went up over $60 a month. They added a mobile hotspot which I did not want. They changed me from three gigs to 12 and charged me for it and wont take it off and wont refund my money.

The folks here really care about me. They werent trying to over sell me on things I didnt need. The asked great questions to figure out what I needed and creating the right package for me and my family.
My tablet I got from ATT was acting up. They were not very knowledgeable on that product. They wanted me to go back to factory reset, which I did not do.
I was lied too. I was told they would pay off my other phone bill and they didnt.
I had horrible customer service when I went there it seems you have to have one of the very good sales reps to have good customer service that’s not 5 star worthy to me
