Edgar is the best and is a must see rep. He takes care of you because he really does care. The staff here Honda rocks as well, George is great too. If you want the best Pasadena Honda is the way to go and ask for Edgar he will take care of your car and make sure you are satisfied.
I cannot recommend Honda of Pasadena enough! I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic yesterday, and even though it is used, the car runs smoothly and has very minimal appearance of wear and tear. Alex and Mo were very helpful throughout the process. What was shocking to experience at a car dealership is the transparency present when communicating with staff at Honda’s Pasadena’s location. When I am ready to buy a new car, I will definitely be returning here!
My engine icon came on. I called and got an appointment at Pasadena Honda. My service advisor Josh took care of me explaining what could be going on in my Odyssey. After the mechanic analyzed the data from data port he found nothing seriously wrong, Josh called to let me know what was going on. It was great to be treated with respect. One possible problem was an oil pressure something or other, so Josh recommended an oil change, which we did. Imagine my surprise when it came time to pay that he only charged for the oil change not the data analysis. We will keep an eye on car and if something comes up I will call Josh.Josh was informed, intelligent, and treated me with respect. I wouldnt even think of going to another dealer even tho there is one closer to me. Pasadena Honda is fortunate to have Josh as an employee

HOP provides public access to their fast charger to electric vehicle drivers of all brands. Their staff was always courteous and accommodating. Their facilities are well maintained. Overall, its a pleasant dealership. I looked at both used and new vehicles while waiting for my car to charge. Im only interested in plug-in vehicles and their inventory is a little light on those. It’s the first time I came to Pasadena Honda. First, I loved they listed the service price on the website when scheduling appointment online. The other Honda dealership I used to work with was not price transparent at all. I don’t know anything about car, Karen was helpful and patient in explaining the code showing in the dashboard of the car and the services required. Everything else goes super smooth, shuttle drop off and pickup Is super easy - the shuttle is very clean and the driver is super polite and nice. My experience was great!

I originally was working with another Honda dealership. Everything I did with them seemed difficult, like paying with my credit card over the phone and having a friend pick up and drop off my car etc.... everything I did they made VERY difficult.Then I moved to Pasadena to live and found Honda of Pasadena. I called and dealt with Daniel. He was AWESOME!!!! Everything was made to go RIGHT. It didnt matter what happened he was on it and handling it fully to completion, he even found a way to help loan me a car so they could keep my car longer. He returned my calls all the time and got immediately back to me and was even less expensive.I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Honda dealership!! They are SUPER service oriented, friendly and go above and beyond to see that you are helped and happy :)
Definitely a very comfortable and straightforward experience. I purchased the car using Costco so there was no unnecessary haggling over price. The only hang up was my car insurance deductible was too high and I could not leave with the car unless I amended it. Before going in, I would double check your insurance coverage and see what the policy is on coverage. But again overall Alex, Jay, and Kenny were great with me and treated me well.
I wanted a oil change and tuneup before winter starts, I called and was able to make an appointment for early the next morning. I arrived and was signed in and they started working on my car right away. I was surprised to learn that my current battery failed the battery test and the mechanic suggested replacement. My mechanic completed the tuneup and I was very pleased with how reasonable the bill was. I am really pleased with the service advisors and mechanics at Honda of Pasadena and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had to drop off my car for maintenance during my lunch break and my service agent was very attentive to my need to fill out paper work fast in order to get back to work. I usually go to Carson Honda but the service at Pasadena Honda has been the best I’ve had. Happy to pay my car bill with you guys.
I have gone to this dealer for every single one of my services. They are professional and they have exceptional customer service. They provide ETA,s and call you mid service to let you know if anything additional is needed. They will even show you proof of why the recommended service is needed. As long as I have my Honda they’ll have my continued business.
I went to get my vehicle serviced but unfortunately there was an error in the system that did not set up my appointment. I was terribly disappointed thinking my vehicle would t be serviced. Fortunately Karen was able to get my car in to be serviced. I recommend this Honda they are friendly helpful and caring.
My whole experience was great! The customer service that Christopher provided was phenomenal! He explained what services I would need and a precise time to pick up my car. He even offered me their shuttle services so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop. The second shuttle driver was super nice and friendly! I only have good things to say about this location and Ill continue to go back!

Service Department: Really disappointed at lack of concern over month long wait for part. I understand current supply chain delays, but having the loss of use of primary transportation for a month is a very big deal. And a $59 discount, and a service manager who doesnt give a [#%&!] reallly sealed the deal. Will not be coming back -- to the place where I bought it.
The service was great! As soon as I drove up someone was there to assist me. In the morning from start to finish I believe I was in the Honda dealership for approximately 10 minutes which took care of scheduling services and waiting for the ride provided by the dealership to work. When I picked the car up in the evening I was handled just as efficiently, my car was pulled out, services were explained to me, I paid and was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. My SUV seems to be running great!
Honestly, I was a little leery about taking my car to a dealership for service. My son kept asking me why I wasn’t taking my car back to the dealership for service. I just wasn’t convinced about the service I would get. When the engine splash shield became loose and my car was dragging it around, I decided that I should give the dealership a try. Since I bought my car at Pasadena Honda, I took it there. I didn’t make an appointment. I just showed up around 750a. Chris was the technician who took care of my situation from the start. He was professional and courteous at all times. He answered all my questions. Although I didn’t have an appointment, he was able to accommodate my service request. My car was fixed and I was out way before the time estimated. Chris went over the recommended service needs for my car but wasn’t pushy about it. This is a quality that is highly regarded. I definitely recommend Pasadena Honda.
So I got a multi point inspection done and the team was nice and they seemed honest (hence an extra star).But I took my car in to another auto shop to get some work done and I noticed that HONDA forgot to replace the transmission fuel cap back on. Some fuel spilled out and got on to the internal parts.Thankfully not too much fuel leaked out since I took my car to the auto shop the day after the inspection, but Im not sure what couldve happened or what other problems may arise later due to the spillage. I heard it can be dangerous though.TIP: MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CAR YOURSELF BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP!! Or at least have them double check everything before you leave.P.S. Multi point inspection is free (Get it done every 30,000 miles), but they may recommend diagnostics for further inspection (which is $100+). Make sure you let them know to discuss it with you first before they start any diagnostics so that you dont get up charged.—UPDATE: So my advisor got back to me and they stated that since my model has a cvt plug, they don’t manually pop off the plug to check the transmission fuel. They stated that due to pressure building up over time, it can pop off on its own. They recommend getting the car serviced every 30,000 miles. Upon further research it does look like the 2013-2015 Honda Civic models have this common issue.
The service guy told me he is going to put a new battery in my car and it would take about 1 hour. After about 1 hour and 40 minutes, my car was ready. He did not tell me they were checking if the battery was going to recharge. The battery was no good and they put a new battery in my car. They lied about what they intend to do in the first place. Even though I bought the car there, Ill have to think about taken my car for its next service.

The best automobile service I have ever dealt with. My car was on the recall lit for a fuel pump and the checked my oil level to see where it was so they also changed the oil. Said it would be a few hours and they were done in less than an hour and a half. Clean and neat, polite and cheerful and they always explain the services provided. The best.

Everything was good except the dealership did not wash my car. My car wasn’t that dirty so I did not realize it wasn’t washed yesterday but closer look I realized it was not washed. The wait was little over an hour even though there were fair number of Honda owners.

Service advisors were nice. Arranged for drop off and pick up at my house while I waited for service to finish. That was super nice. Only complaint was it took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate my tires. But other than that.. service was excellent.

I am a long time Honda recipient having purchased 4 Hondas prior to my current one. I moved to California from Illinois where I had a personal relationship with two of the service managers at River Oaks Honda. I have always taken my car to the Honda dealer for service.I had an oil change that lasted over two hours which I never experienced before. I expressed my concern about the wait time and was compensated with a discount.I look forward to establishing a long term relationship with Honda of Pasadena but also to receive coupons for service.

This dealer has enough hybrid cars for sale, prices are higher than normal due to the chip shortage.It is better to wait or find a used car from a private citizen if possible, purchasing a used car at this dealer or any other dealer is expensive because the interest rates are higher than normal compared to new cars.The service was excellent and I will go back when they can offer the model that we want

I’m so thankful I found Honda of Pasadena on my car shopping journey! I had been bouncing from one car dealership to another car shopping for days, and I had experienced terrible customer service right before my visit to Pasadena. As soon as I entered the parking lot I was happily greeted by a sales rep Sebastian. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking into. Took my Lady friend/employer to get her 2019 Honda Accord to get serviced. They told her that even with such low milage she should rotate the tires.They gave themselves so much time as far as an estimated time and were done with time to spare. They were so nice to her and she was very satisfied and happy. That makes my day much more pleasant.

Great experience with affordable repair cost. Took my car in to get my car diagnosed because it seemed to have a transmission issue. Since it has a CVT motor other shops were hesitant to do the work. I was expecting it to cost a lot given it’s a dealer. They diagnosed the issue and it ended up being something minor. The issue was fixed within a day and pricing was very affordable.
This is a very honest and up front dealership. I went in for an A15. Total cost should have been $290. Once we found out some of the work had already been done and the tires didnt need to be rotated, I only paid $63. Ive never known a place to help you out by looking at past records to save you money. I recently needed to have some service performed on my 2007 S2000. To say I am very particular about my car and who touches it is an understatement. I am pleased to report that the service at Honda of Pasadena was excellent, and the staff was awesome. I needed a replacement OEM battery on VERY short notice and they were able to safely accommodate me in a timely fashion, even during a pandemic! They DO NOT CHECK USED VEHICLES BEFORE LISTING FOR SALE, I drove 3 hours away and bought a used car Chevy traverse for 26k to find out right after i signed the contract the ac does not work in the back or passenger side. They claim they check their vehicles is a lie. Okay his was the best no hassle experience I have ever had. From Kenny to Sailyn, they gave me a great deal on my Honda Accord. I was all smiles the entire time. No dealership has ever left this impression on me.
They took my car into the garage right away but service took longer than estimated: 2 1/2 hrs. actual v. 1 1/2 hrs. estimated. Glad I brought a magazine to read and didnt have another appointment to get to. Previous service times were closer to estimated. Also, today I noticed a few greasy finger marks on the hood and front fender that I thought they should have cleaned off.
Best car buying experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. This is my first Honda. And first hybrid. I inquired initially online and Brandon Burney contacted me within minutes of me sending the message. It was a Sunday and about 40 min to close and he was more than happy to let me test drive the car.He followed up with me the next day and his staff ran their numbers and was able to get me a good deal and worked with me and got me into into a 2021 Honda Insight.From the moment I stepped on the lot everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful to find me the right person and the right information. No pressure. No haggling with you. Just pure amazing customer attentiveness and service. Even the financial department was easy, smooth and quick transaction.They make you feel comfortable and are patient with you when deciding on purchasing one of their vehicles. Recently, I found some bugs from my car due to some weird noise. Thus, I visited HOP and asked for a diagnosis. Surprisingly, the technicians resolved it within an hour and they showEd that it was due to a silly object in my trunk! They also fix some small problems in the computer system in my car. With all these works done, they did not charge me and did them for free! Definitely will visit HOP again if there is other problem next time !

Honda of Pasadena was terrific when I had my car serviced there recently. I’d heard there was a recall for some models of my Honda Pilot, but they checked and mine wasn’t one of them. They did the other updates and regular maintenance and I was back on the road pretty quickly. I trust them and always have a positive experience. Service representative Karen was great to work with.

This place is great on maintenance, compared to any other Honda Dealer. I use to work at a Honda Assembly Plant as well as trained to European mechanic standards.I use to build Hondas.
They try to get you to fix things that aren’t required. I just got an oil change and it was at 60% and they said I needed an oil change. Also they said I needed new filters but I also got that changed from my last oil change.It’s my 2nd time bringing the car to this location. The first time it was for service. They put too much air into my tire and created a huge lump on my tire. I had to buy a brand new tire and they said it wasn’t their fault. This time it was for the AC condenser and it was under warranty. A day later I found out they didn’t put all the screws back on in the hood area. I called them and they said they need to investigate and now I have to go back so they can fix it.So sloppy….
Our family was not in urgent need of a new car, so we decided to test drive a few cr-v hybrid and gas models over the Labor Day weekend. Jenny was fantastic! She had each model ready for us and patiently answered all of our questions as we drove each model. We were so happy with the car and staff that we bought our new hybrid cr-v touring that day. I love this car so much and look forward to buying my next Honda with HOP!

Went to Honda of Pasadena today for them to perform the fix for the 2019 CR-V Steering Wheel Controls SRS Sub-Wire Safety Recall on my vehicle. Once completed, I drove off and the steering wheel literally fell off. Luckily I had not yet entered the freeway otherwise I may not be alive to write this review. I believe Honda of Pasadena needs to improve their quality control, especially for such a potentially deadly repair.

CHECK YOUR MILEAGE AT CHECKOUT!!!First time using the service department at this dealership and will be the last.Went in with a notice from Honda regarding an extended warranty on a known electrical issue regarding the infotainment system due to a loose connection on the bus network. Showed the service advisor my letter at drop off and a video i recorded of the infotainment system acting up like the letter described. Advisor was friendly and agreed it was a known problem and explained that the Fakra connector needed to be changed out.Dropped off at 10am and by 2pm did not recieve a call regarding the status. Had to call in to check since their shuttle service ends btw 330-4pm, according to the driver when i was dropped off in the morning. The service guy says he has to call the technicians and call me back. (Another reviewer on Google had similar issues with their lack of communication) 10-15 min later he called me back and said the car should be ready in 45min-1hr.Advisor set up the shuttle service and everything was fine. Got to the dealership, checked out with the advisor, and got into my car. Turned it on and noticed there was an additional 5miles to my odometer. I understand that under certain circumstances they need to drive your car to diagnose your problem. However, when I went back in to ask the service guy what was the reason my car was driven, he started making up excuses and stammering about how they need to check the system and how it sounds when its driven and they needed to test the speakers. The issue with the service letter clearly states its a bus connector issue and the advisor even said specifically at drop off that the Fakra connector needed to be replaced. It was not a mechanical issue with the car, so why does it need to be driven and even if it did, why that many miles? Even when I had mechanical issues with other cars at other dealership those dealerships only needed to drive a 2-3 miles to determine the problem.On top of that, I always drove the car in Eco mode to save gas, especially now with the rising gas prices. I was confused when I drove it home and it didnt Auto stop/start at the lights when it. Realized they turned it off when they took my car for their Lunch/errand run. If they were truly testing out the speakers and needed to drive the car, why would they need to turn off the Eco mode? Unless they want to gun your car at the stoplights and take it for a joy ride.After leaving the lot, noticed my sneakers were squeaking when i was stepping on the brakes and accelerator. Looked down and saw a pool of water on the floor mat. Then i also noticed that the dashboard was not completely pushed in and closed. (See Pics) It seemed like they rushed everything and didnt take notice of completing their work. The plastic sheets were also left on the seats, where other dealerships would remove at pick up. All in all, I would say they took my car out for errands or lunch and only started working on my car when I called in the afternoon and rushed to get everything done. Very unprofessional and service advisors will say anything just to excuse their behaviors or problems.

Oil change was no issue.My main issue is phone. My phone is Android phone. When l connect my phone to my car, the message is UNSUPPORTED. The mechanic connected his phone, it recognized. His phone was iPhone. He told me the issue is cable. I already tried couple of cables.Now my question is anyone at Honda of Pasadena could connect to Honda car via cable and play music ?

I was told in conversation that fixing my AC would cost 2k+. I took my car to Honda Pasadena and they did diagnostic testing. They kept my car for over 24 hrs so got a ride to my house and they picked me up the next day to go get my car. Turns out it was a minor electrical issue and cost me less than $200. Needless to say I was very happy with their honesty and my car AC works great!
Went in for an airbag light check up. Service was great. I was offered a ride while I waited. Received a call around the time my service agent, Ryan, said I would. Whole process was smooth and efficient.
This was my first time at Honda of Pasadena, and I had a pleasant experience. I booked a service appointment online, arrived and waited for about 5 minutes in my car until someone was available to take care of me. The employee was very professional, explained everything in detail, and wasn’t overly aggressive. I was in and out in about an hour and a half for an oil change. They were somewhat busy, so the time wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I will definitely come back for future services that I don’t have the ability to do on my own.

I went in looking for a used car and it had already been sold. as i started to walk away with disappointment, the sales man asked if i would be interested in a new pilot. i already had a budget in mind and didnt it work out.the sales man Diego was very straight forward and knew what i wanted and the sales manger lowered the price to accommodate me and my budget.these folks down here at honda of pasadena were fast,friendly,and on q. thanks again to Diego and mike

So I got My Car From here.I called just about 2 weeks ago and spoke with Mr Brandon internet sales,told him what I wanted and etc.Keep in mind I had people telling me oh yes, we get you what you want, this and that 😆🤔🤔🤔.So I stopped and saw the crv but he knew who and things in that nature.The Finance department Mr SailynTook care of me.But need to go back and recheck some things and Brandon and Sailyn took care of Business.
Came in for a standard oil change. Juan Morales was very kind and helpful! Customer service is great at this location. I used to frequent Goudy Honda because it is closer to my home, however, after all the horrible experiences Ive had there, I will never go back. Its probably sad to say, but it just felt so nice not trying to be sold services i dont need just because Im a woman and you assume I dont know what my car needs. Something else I noticed was the last time I went to Goudy (March 2021) on the multipoint inspection they indicated my brakes needed attention. Took a look at the multipoint inspection from Honda of Pasadena and my brakes are fine. Feels good to be treated right. Thank you Honda of Pasadena!
