I love the nostalgia of party city. I remember getting my costumes here when I was a child

Did you know party supplies arent the only thing in here, they have candy that are seen in movie theaters just lying around for you to purchase! Its safe to say this place gets an awesome rating 😌

Great my sons birthday was December 24th, he turned 24 that day. I came in the night before to order my balloons. They were wonderful with helping me choose the right ones

I visited 2 stores and neither one had wedding invitations

Customer service was bad. they didn’t care about helping me. they also didn’t tell me “welcome to the party”. lastly, get your balloons anywhere else, they’ll last one day, 48 hours tops, from here.

Store has all your party supply needs for birthday including piñatas, candy, ballooons, plates, napkins, eating utensils and much more and for special occasions. Easy parking in large shopping center. It is well staffed and clean.

The store has a great selection of balloons and different party themes. They seemed to be short handed, so I had to wait for my balloons as other people purchased balloons and only 1 person was working on the balloons. I am really going to miss the store in Monrovia, Ca.

Well is a good place to find everything you need to have funwhen its time to have celebrationsand start going over the place looking for what you need this is the place.

Great place for Halloween costumes and accessories.

I Hardly ever get into Party City, I needed a couple of Halloween things. Found what I needed and was in and out in a few minutes. Wasnt crowded and employees were helpful.

They had everything I needed and Rebecca was super friendly and pleasant.

It was empty, clean had a lot of supplies for graduation but, nothing that i was looking for. At this time of the season I guess they didnt have a lot of costumes need to wait till Halloween I guess to see more costumes.

Don’t bother ordering balloons for home delivery from this party city location - they forget to deliver half the order and the balloons that then turn up late are not even inflated! Don’t waste your money or time - get balloons and delivery somewhere else

If having a party or Easter gathering...here is the place to come. Loved gathering party decor n palates n balloons n goodie bag stuffing with my daughter n grandsons...one of whom turns 5 tomorrow! Super fun!

I bought a pirate costume shirt at this Party City location for my husband for $24.99. It looked pretty good and fit him well. He wore it to a pirate dinner and it was fine. But, when I washed it, following the instructions on the label (machine wash cold, line dry), four of the brass grommets that are used to lace the shirt up came off. I went to return it today (within the 30 day return window) and was given a hard time because 1) I washed the shirt, and 2) I didnt have the packaging. I threw the packaging away because we planned on keeping the shirt. I had no idea that the defective grommets would come off UNTIL I washed the shirt. Claudia, the manager who helped me, was terse, difficult, and unapologetic. I basically stood my ground and demanded a refund - I was not going to pay for what amounted to a single-use shirt. Needless to say, I WILL NOT shop at this or any Party City store in the future - they sold me defective merchandise and were unapologetic and extremely reluctant to refund my money when I brought it back. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

This party city is very big and has many options for whatever type of party youre having. From birthdays, to baby showers, to weddings, to school events, and costumes, holiday parties and many others. Lots of gift bag options and they even sell birthday cards. Its a one stop shop for all of your party needs.

Customer service is very good and they have a good selection of party supplies for all ages. If you are looking for sport party supplies they have it as well. I went on today to find football goodie bag for an elementary school team. And yes they had them and more.

Selection is alright

If youre coming with a good attitude you will absolutely have it swiped off your face and mind. The employees are all in a bad mood, especially the manager. If you need a question answered please, please dont ask! They will give you such an attitude its just terrible, stay away from this place.

Party City is great when you have time to kill, but dont go there when you are in a hurry because you wont be able to get out of there quickly.

I always find everything i need for my party needs, and i mean everything even if i have to drive to a different location.

Was there to check out decorations for a disco themed party. I did find some, but there wasnt a huge variety. The staff that assisted me was very friendly.

The selection of costumes seemed to be smaller than in the past, but youre able to find the basics to put a costume together.

This place has nearly everything you need to host your birthday, holiday or special event party. A bit difficult to find things on occasion, and staff isnt always available, but we come here regularly.

I had to call three times because this girl kept hanging up on me. When I call the third time I told her she kept hanging up on me. Didnt even apologize. So she just said Im gonna put you on hold and hung up on me, again!!!! Im so upset, horrible service on the phone. I could just imagine how they treat people when they Come in. (10/23/17- 6:20 pm)

They have everything you can think of for a party. Came here on multiple occasions for various themed parties and they have yet to fail to deliver. I left off a star because it is quite pricy. If you have the time seek out prices online, it will be cheaper but if you are out of time or ideas come in here

I really dislike Party City. Most of the staff here is either untrained in customer support or simply dont care. The only reason it gets the second star is because of their large selection of party supplies for every occasion.

They charge way too much for inflating mylar balloons but they probably do that to encourage you to buy them from their store for free inflations.

Larger store than the last one I went to in Alhambra that had limited inventory or sold out on what I was looking for. The Pasadena store seemed larger and had more inventory. Found the Cat in the Hat hat I was looking for.

It so expensive I only bought 5 bags of jolly ranchers and it was 19.99

Staff was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Just so everyone knows they inflate balloons that customers bring in from somewhere else no problems, only thing is it cost me $12 to fill a really big balloon I brought in.
