Eddy was having a stressful day when I came to his shop to pick up my car. Dealing with several upset customers including myself. He handled the situation and went above and beyond to make sure he changed my experience. I work in the service industry and I know how hard it is to deal with delays, mouthy customers, and overall stress (the pandemic has really impacted the service industry for the supply chain to how customers interact with workers). I communicated with Eddy throughout the day to get a status update on my car. He told me it would be ready at 6pm. I arrive at 5:30pm and realized my car had not been moved from the spot I left it that morning. As I arrive, Eddy is in the middle of dealing with another unhappy customer and things blew up. To make a long story short, when I confronted Eddy about how he treated me and the other gentleman, he apologized, immediately had his staff start to work on my vehicle, and he refunded me for the portion of the work that wasnt completed. We continued our conversation as I realized I was dealing with someone who simply was having a hard and stressful day. Ive been there before and sometimes a listening ear and compassion goes a long way. Not only did he refund me, he gifted me with a new TV to install in my new van for my children to watch during long roadtrips, he installed it, and also completed the work that he didnt complete my first visit at no additional charge. While my initial experience with him was was not so great to say the least, he followed up with me several times in the following days and Im ultimately pleased with the work he completed.

With the family brotherly love... they may talk crazy sometimes but it’s make this a fun loving place.... they will suggest the best quality of products but for some it a challenge to pay that high price... so for that they have credit programs avail for those that qualify. Or they suggest the least expensive items but still have great quality.... I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go any where else..... DO NOT SHOP HERE ~ I was told my credit would be run to SEE how much I could spend was TOLD $3,000 checked my account today was charged for 2 payments of $300 for a bill of over $7,000 for 2 separate accounts AND THEY HAVENT DONE ANY WORK YET!!!I will be reaching out to the BBB on this one, this place is a total rip off that will try to mess up your credit and keep the money.I also heard about the kickbacks from the owner, will definitely let the Police know whats goin on when I make my report today.Woke up today and found that 2 separate sound shops had put purchases on my credit as well. Funny how I do a Police report on one spot and 2 more pop up on my credit for sound put in my CAR - I have no CAR so where was the music added to??? I am getting 2 more Police reports today and contacting the BBB to see if these 3 shops are connected.This would be crazy if this had happened to others huh???

Honestly the best audio spot Ive been too. I have 10 cars, my slingshot needed to be completely rewired. They actually helped me out as soon as I came in. The customer service is beyond what I was expecting! Grade A spot, I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.

Adi and The Installer Crew put a 4 speaker 4 channel amp bluetooth sound system on my motorcycle. They also installed a phone mount and charger as well. Pepe positioned the speakers perfectly to my posture when I ride. They did an excellent job, it sounds amazing, and they didnt charge me a lot. I didnt mind the wait because they have a comfy waiting area and a nice tv. I watched movies the whole time. Theres a ton of speakers, rims, and other products inside theyre shop.

Brought in an aftermarket head unit for my car and the guys at mobile Motorsport were able to install it and maintain my steering wheel controls and back up cam. Had a small issue with the door speakers due to my cars wiring being unusual, brought it back in and they had figured out the problem in under an hour. The new unit looks and sounds great. 10/10 would recommend. Excellent customer service and work.

I’m an audio engineer by trade and I could have wired a stereo system myself but was crunched for time. They had an amp, speakers, subwoofer, and head unit all installed and wired up very cleanly in just a couple hours. Also my car is older with a lot of fragile plastic pieces and they were very careful with it. I just trusted whatever products they recommended for my budget and needs and ended up extremely satisfied. Thanks!!

They always will try and up sell you. They don’t know how to connect any type of audio system. I’ve taken multiple cars there and the subwoofers will always give out and they’ll blame the equipment that they sold to you. Eventually I had to take my car to another shop and they showed me how Mobile Motorsports connected the entire system incorrectly. They even up sold me with an extra amp that was supposed to go to the speakers and it wasn’t even pushing the front speakers, the front speakers were being pushed by the radio.Don’t go here. You’ll just end up spending more money.

My boy Eddie hooked me up and took care of everything I needed for my car. I dynamated the whole car and had my speakers replaced with focal. They sound really good and although it took some time to get it done, you cant rush quality work. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I will for sure never come here to get work done on my car ever again i came in to get 4 new tires and a tire alignment the guy told me to bring it in at 10am and to give him 2 hours that was fine i come back in 2 hours to get my car and only my tires where put on he told me give him an hour it will be done so now its been 3 hours to get 4 new tires and a tire alignment done now its 2pm i go back and still nothing long story short 5 hours later my car was done day wasted not even a sorry or anything I would really suggest this guy looks for a different career choice 5 hours to put new tires on a car and tire alignment thats a 2 hour job max god knows how long any other services would take.

If your looking to get a stereo installed or anything custom, save yourself time and aggravation by going somewhere else. Eddie (the owner) will sell you the world, but just cant deliver. His installers are not experienced, they rush, dont complete what they are suppose to get done, and leave a mess when finished. I have had to spend another $400 to fix problems they caused.

Under no terms do not take your ride to them for any audio installation. To this day I still have no music and I still have to take my car back to the dealer to see if the damage can be fixed. And I still have no ruled out having my lawyer file a suit against them.

I passed by here on my way to school and saw the fact that they had alarms so I decided to check it out and they did not disappoint. They managed to give me a good price that fit into my price range and took very good care of my car and of myself. Their hospitality was very good and they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. The alarm works very well and I am happy I found this place. Adi was very nice and helpful.

Very good service. The handy guy is very professional in installing a rear backup camera on my 2012 Toyota Camry in less than an hour. Extremely satisfied with their work and attitude. Will refer many of my friends to here.A tip is that after installing a rear backup camera, your Bluetooth device might be initialized so that it cant find your cell phone. Dont panic! Just delete your old device and set up from scratch. Try a few times until it connects successfully. The handy guy and the owner in the shop are very helpful to me on this.Overall extremely satisfied with the service here. The owner is a very nice and decent person, with very professional attitude.

They really don‘t know what they‘re talking about, and they’ll try to screw you over.They said it was “impossible” to connect my aftermarket stereo with the amp and speakers on my car without “completely rewiring everything.” The guy at the other shop did it in 20 minutes. - No rewiring needed!

I got out of work and I called to ask for a quote. I got an immediate response and was able to get my car tinted on the same day. The pricing was great as well and very competitive. They use SunTek window film which protects against UV rays. I would suggest you ask for Ron, he can give you a good deal when you come in.Update 10/25I really enjoyed their service but I noticed that there was a scratch on my car, near the rear window. I originally gave them 5 stars because they have good service but I wish they had been more careful when working on a clients car. Especially since I just got it :(

Customer be warned!!!! My cousin applied for credit and have his identity stolen by the owner Eddie. They defraud at him of $2,500 credit card payment and also use his credit to open an unauthorized loans we are dealing with local lawyer and building a case so be really careful with your information when you go to this location. They will try and tell you that the owner Dan is not available but he is equally a crook. .. Something needs to be done as they obviously do not appreciate the community and the business we give them. Anybody who has experienced the same fraud please let it be known so our voice can be heard.

I went to another place for my tints and they did a really terrible job. I came to Eddie and Dan and they took care of my tint issue and made my car look clean. I like that this place is independent and seems to have good prices. But they were not very organized. The first sales guy I talked to gave me misleading information that another guy had to correct him on. The radio was not connected to the transmitter correctly so I had to bring the car back to get it corrected.

Never give them a deposit. Theyve been sued so much that theyve moved the business under different peoples names. They dont pay up when they lose in court. They tried a short con on me, and the only reason they made good outside of court was that Eddie called me up when he was high and threatened personal harm. Even then the work required professional attention afterword to get done correctly.
