Wow! Fantastic service. I bought my first car here (Honda Element), and I was taken aback by how much they cared about customer service. I had been searching for months before discovering this dealership and knew that I had landed in the right spot when I spoke with Nichole and Yvette. They went out of their way to accommodate a long distance sale, touching base multiple times to make sure my questions were answered and needs met.In my interactions with PAG, I did feel pressured to buy. Their priority seemed to be maintaining their reputation over making a quick sale. They were able to arrange last minute delivery in a timely manner, and the car came in exactly the way they described it. 134K and very clean. They get first dibs in selling me my next car.

I cant recommend PAG more. Jimmy and Joe are just good people. My credit isnt that great (no history shown), so Jimmy actually sat down with me and tried to talk me out of buying a car with them if I didnt need to - we talked for almost an hour and a half where he and Joe walked me through every step I should take to raise my credit score before coming back to them for a car.I ended up telling them that I had to have a car ASAP due to car trouble I was having. When they heard that, Jimmy explained that they wouldnt be able to get me the best rate, probably around 8%, but I had come in expecting to get at best 12% because of my 0 credit history. I came in after I got off work, so they werent able to get the paperwork put in that night, but told me they would get it done the next morning and call me when it was done. Because I was having car issues and would have to take an Uber home, Joe offered to drive me back home, from their lot in Pasadena to San Bernardino. In the rain. at 10:30PM. I cant think of many friends that would be willing to do that, let alone a sales person Id just met a few hours beforehand.Jimmy and Joe drove the car out to me in Chino the next day to make sure I had it and could get home after work. I signed all the paperwork there and they handled everything, including helping me find affordable insurance.If you need a new or used car, they handle them both, and they will look out for you.
