I dont understand how these people are even in business, my girlfriend and her daughter walked two miles there this morning looking for a vehicle to purchase she is in desperate need for a vehicle because she has four kids, she was told that because she didnt come in a vehicle that she couldnt test drive a vehicle, HELLO SHE DOESNT HAVE ONE THATS WHY SHE WALKED THERE!! So I left work to come get her, I was a little upset with her because she was walking around with $19,000 cash in her purse, these people need to rewrite their rules and maybe they will get more business, I too am looking for a vehicle to replace mine but I definitely will not step foot in these folks place ever SMDH!!!

Ive been getting vehicles from Smart Choice for over 15 years and EVERY TIME there has been a problem (but because my mother trusts them, I follow through). Should have stuck with my first mind. I would love to give this long elaborate post but honestly I dont have the time. Due to the winter storm I lost the car I paid off from them. Brought the car to them to buy back and put down on a new car. Of course, being this is a used car dealership, I didnt expect luxury however what I received unacceptable...... Fast forward....Due to me being on Covid leave from work, I became behind with bills; I will always appreciate Ms. Gracie working with me on my payments (there is a reason I give this detail)...HOWEVER...The car that was sold to me ended up being a terrible choice. When it rains WATER GETS INTO MY CAR. As in, if Im driving on the road, highway, back alley, whatever and I go through water, it splashes up into my lap (NO, I am not PURPOSELY driving through water). A CAR SHOULD NOT DO THAT!!! I told them as soon as it happened, which was 4-5 days AFTER the 30 days that I purchased the car. I was sent on a run around for 3 WEEKS waiting on returned phone calls, making blank trips to them to leave my car but they had no loaners, even though I was told numerous times beforehand they would have one. Then they tell me because its been two months since Ive bought the car I would be responsible for the repairs if they fix it AND the reason they couldnt give me a loaner was because I had a payment arrangement set up and they dont normally do that (again, Ive been getting cars from here since I was 16 and the car I paid off had a payment arrangement on it!!). HOW THE HELL AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS when I told you A MONTH AGO what was going on??? But I was giving a loaner after MY MOTHER HAD TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER.So now when it comes to the repairs, I ask for them to have the owner call me so I can discuss the matter with him. Why? Because my family has known him and has been dealing with this dealership for over 25 years. However, the young ladies in the office (in particular Samantha and Patty, who is VERY RUDE) want to give you the run around and proclaim that the owner is never available but theyll give him the message.All I wanted to do was discuss my particular matter with a business owner Ive dealt with for the longest. I mean I paid off my loan with these guys before. Talk about some loyalty. After all this, I would NEVER refer anyone to this place nor would I ever get another vehicle from here.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!!(Guess I did have the time...)

I went in to look at vehicles with no more than a $1,500 down payment. I left with an Acura MDX. The rear drivers side tire was roached out, they are replacing it for me. As well as a stability sensor was broken, they are replacing that as well for me. It gives me total piece of mind that my 5 kids and I will have a fully functional, reliable vehicle for the first time in over 2 years. The payments are kinda steep, but its to be expected as my credit leaves something to be desired.

A buy a Nissan rogue 7k second day broke down, to it in they give it back saying it was good 10 hours later broke down again took it back in, is been 3 weeks and they jump my call back and forth, no answer no solution, 😔

This is definitely the worst place to get a vehicle from, they scammed my daughter for $1,800 dollars that she had from her graduation. If you don’t want to be scammed don’t come here. It’s a hit and miss when it comes to their vehicles not all work well.

I like to share with you that this dealership are scammer and lie about trying to help you out with getting automobile. They say and do many things that are illegal and they try to take your money. Most of the vehicles were flooded vehicles they got at a salvage yard that were in water for long periods of time. They have illegal GPS put on there vehicles. The better business bureau is looking into it now.

If I could give no stars I would. These people sold us a vehicle and within a week it had issues. The vehicle was returned and they kept close to $2000 of ours and insisted we get a vehicle again with them. Several of their employees lied and told us we had a 30 day money back policy but they didn’t honor it. They also lied and said the car could be repaired and the owner himself told me the car would be more to fix than it’s worth. When we threatened lawyers they gave us less than half of what we paid and gave us the run around for the rest still to this day the owner refuses to give us the remainder of the money we paid for a car we had for a week. Horrible customer service horrible communication and an office full of liars.

I brought a Jeep Cherokee Laredo from smart choice my down payment was low and my car note is very reasonable my sales person was Chante’ my girl really got me in exactly what I wanted she was so patient with me I was being so picky but I am so pleased with my purchase if ur trying to buy a car I would recommend that u start here first they have really nice up to date cars for a great price I wish I would have went to them first before I went to the other 9 car lots who made me jump thru hoops and I still wasn’t able to get a car but with smart choice I was in and out of there within two hours go see my girl chante’ I’m telling u she gone hook u up....

They are nice unti you sign on the dotted line....then dont dare be 1 DAY late on a pmt or your car will be repod immediately. NO WARNING of any kind..not even a phone call. just about the same as any other used car lot.

If i can rate this dealer a zero i would !! I bought a car with them and not even a week after and i had a lot of mechanical problems. I left it with them for 2 dayysssss, thinking that they would fix it and i got it back the same !! I had insurance and they repo by car with the spare key.they didn’t have a tow truck they just opened the car and took it driving. I went back to see if i can get my car and they want me to pay about 1,500. The reason for the repo was because of me not having insurance but i had fax and emailed my policy 2 weeks prior that and they still repo the car. They are liars and they do not help you or work with you. Don’t fall for their lies when they tell you they are going to help you. All the cars are flooded and rebuilt and all are savage titles don’t do the same mistake like i did .

As soon as you come in with a problem they start speaking their language, then if you speak it they speak Spanish. Dont need them for anything. Avoid at all costs. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! At first they act like theyre helping you but its bull. We had our payments set on auto pay. They took out a payment on a day that was not scheduled. We called them and Frida told us that for us to take the car off of auto pay, we had to bring it back. Thats the dumbest thing I ever heard! We were also told that we would get our payment returned and that we would have no Ties to the car anymore! We still havent gotten our money back. The owner refuses to give it back! And on our credit report, its listed as a repossession! My advice is...... STAY AWAY FROM THERE! Dont be fooled! They are robbers and liars!

Smart Choice has always been there for me and my family for the pass 25 years. I got my first vehicle from them and Marian was the first person who help us out and Jose as well plus all the staff. I could not as for a better dearlership, now we have a told of 9 vehicles that we have ownec and bought from them. Thank you Jose, Marian, Brenda, Dora and Shaza the owner for all you help. If anyone is looking for a car or truck come by and look them up they will help you out.

After driving over an hour to arrive at the location the representative who I spoke to over the phone and was supposed to meet upon arrival was “in a meeting” for 45 minutes. I was left waiting that whole time and in the mean time the other associates offered no assistance, claiming I’d have to speak to the rep from the phone. When the rep finally got back he informed me that the price that was advertised and that we discussed was incorrect (a lie). He claimed to have misunderstood the difference between down payment and full payment. Instead he immediately offered me financing when I specifically said I was seeking a cash car. He intentionally misinformed me to try and get me in the door and rope me into a offer I never wanted in the first place. I advise all car buyers to steer clear of this place. They’re very willing to lie so I’d NEVER sign my name on any piece of paper from them, let alone get in to any long term contract. BUYER BEWARE

Bought a dodge ram 1500 from them in September of 2016. They really pushed the 30 day well fix anything wrong policy at me while selling it. After buying it and of course needing to bring it in for work within 14 days, they of course shrugged me over to another guy, Gerald, the financer, who had to first approve the repair beforehand. He acted all crappy towards me then and even now. Theres a lot more to this story, but I wont waste anyones time. Bottom line, there are different entities on that car lot, who all seperate themselves from responsibility as soon as you have an issue. Go to Drivetime or Carmax...etc. to buy your vehicle. Thats where I am going this weekend! DO NOT GO HERE! I gave the truck back today and said here, take it. They lie to you and give you crappy vehicles that they wash up and put temporary bandaids on, just to make you satisfied....at the time. Case in point, I stumbled upon a used bottle of head gasket sealer next to the radiator after getting the truck back after the repair that Gerald approved last year. I kept my head cool and didnt say anything at the time. Its all documented though....My own dumbass fault for not noticing, but all in all, they are selling crappy vehicles. AS IS. Dont believe that 30 day policy. It doesnt exist!!! DO NOT GO TO SMART CHOICE AUTO ON SHAVER!!!!
