This review is not about the store it’s the company itself. I love the service but it’s ridiculous how much they charge you a $7.00 fee to make a payment arrangement over the phone. I always do it through the app but sometimes the stupid thing does not let you so you have to call and actually talk to someone which is where the stupidity is when charging customers, especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic. The only reason I keep them is because of the fact that we go somewhere that this happens to be the only company we get good service with on the phone. If it was not for that I would have left this company already. It’s truly the only annoyance I have with them.

We went to the store to upgrade our device. We had to wait around 45 minutes to speak to a rep. Once a rep was available we told him (Moises) what we were looking to do. He proceeded to let us know what all needed to be done in order to upgrade. We let him know we were told something totally different from what he was advising us. His attitude quickly changed. He told us, “he doesn’t know what someone else told us” all the while we were explaining what promo was offered to us. He didn’t want to hear us out, he had a bad attitude, bad customer service. I asked him if they honor the same deals as the online deals and he said yes. I tried to tell him the online deals that we saw as well and he gave us a bad attitude, said “well show me what promo you’re talking about”. He should of known what promos are out there if the corporate store honors the online promos. We’ve never had any problems with this store before until that day with that Rep. Moises. We will find another corporate store to take our business to.

This place is a lot less crowded than the Baybrook store. We talked to a sales person immediately. He was helpful and knowledgeable, got the right phone. Downside was he didnt offer to transfer the pictures and contacts from the old phone, just gave us the number for Apple Support.

I wish they’d open already. I had to buy a new iPhone online then had difficulty transferring the data to my new phone even though I received technical assistance. I still haven’t been able to get my photos transferred. I still have my old phone so I won’t loose the pics. Tech support is not as in person assistance. Please reopen soon.

Very friendly staff and helped right away. The man took his time explaining everything to my wife about the phones she was looking at and helped her decide which one to get. He was very informative and friendly. He wasnt trying to give us a bunch of bull about all these different services and trying to get us to switch. Cant remember his name but if in the area, would choose this location.

Both times I’ve gone to this Verizon, they have done nothing to help me. My phone wasn’t working so I needed to order a replacement, they told me to call and get a customer service reps to help. I came to get a different charger because the one I had was causing my phone to lose charge and overheat, they literally didn’t want me to buy a new charger and told me to order a new phone which I had already done. Never any help

Wait time is minimal, even on a busy Monday. A rep greets you immediately upon arrival, checks you in and you wait briefly. After leaving AT&T due to their horrible customer service, I decided to come here. I wasnt sure if I was going to close my account with AT&T yet when coming here. After talking to the customer representatives at Verizon I quickly decided to drop my 4 lines at AT&T and move them to Verizon. The customer service here is amazing!The only small complaint that I have(not about this store, but Verizon in general) is that Verizon is a little more expensive than AT&T, but its like they say you get what you pay for.

Went here today to get a new phone with an upgrade option I have and had a great experience!I was greeted by multiple employees upon walking in and got help quickly since they made sure they had enough staff to help a store full of people. My service rep was very friendly and brought me my device with absolutely no pressure about buying accessories aside from bringing them out and showing them to me.Best part though was that Verizon is finally taking advantage of tablets usage and now allowing customer to pay out where ever they are in the store. I hated waiting in a second line once I was ready to check out.Overall Id say this is the best Verizon store in the area!

Great for my first 2 visits when I had a purchase or switched plans. Horrible follow up service with my (2 time) Note 7 return. Of the 3 that helped me, 2 were willing but had just been hired. Seems like the veteran staff pass any work they dont want to the newbs. Either you get exceptional service and support, decent service with a long support wait time, or the smug self righteous 3rd degree from employees whove given up and dont deserve the job. There is no service consistency here.

My sister tried out Sprint for 3 days it didnt work out for her. She went to Verizon and she ask me to go with her. I saw the deal she got. I wanted to see if I can get one also I was tired of spending money on used phones. I was qualified for buy a iPhone Xr and get one free. $70 for each line, & $13 warranty, taxes so approx. $90/100 each line. yes kind of pricy but I know Verizon is #1, thats a Great deal. Cristal R. helped us, she was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the Products etc. Thank You for making my son and I happy & comfortable.

I have Verizon and have had Verizon for decades. I have been stuck mostly out of habit and reoccurring contracts as we as it was my original business account. Verizon is expensive and they will upsell you in a typically sneaky or confusing way. At least twice weve upgraded our phones and were told that we basically got a free tablet in the process. Of course this isnt true. Youll end up paying a ridiculous monthly fee for this. Also, they telemarket their own customers mercelously to upgrade you even when you ask to be left alone.

BUYER BEWARE! Dont agree to switching your service until you know exactly what youre getting and what its going to cost especially at the store on Fairmont! I was told Verizon is the only provider servicing the pixel phone. Not true. They are the only ones SELLING the phone. Practically everyone services it. I got mine online. Next they dont call it a contract but they will give you a FREE phone that you get $10 a month credit on your bill for which means you have to stay with them for two years to actually get this phone for free. If the salesman, Owais, tells you that he is going to GIVE you a mobile hotspot device dont believe him. Its $10 a month for two years, you cant return it after 30 days and it doesnt work with any other provider. And last but not least when they say your first bill will be slightly higher....such BS... My monthly quote was for $139. The first bill $349!!! Slightly higher!?! My advice stay away from Verizon and the free ASUS phone. This phone EATS data like Skittles.

My SIM CARD malfunctioned and I needed to get it replaced. I dreaded going because I would have to bring my twin two year old boys with me and was nervous about the wait. However, the entire staff worked hard to help me from holding doors, quick service, and showing patience when I was distracted. Thank you Joel and the entire staff.My only complaint was that I was trying to solve a problem in a hurry and the sales lady was trying to get me to buy extra gadgets for my kiddos. I loved the products she showed but that wasnt the best time to try to up sell me. Being there with kiddos was hard enough.

Marcus, the solutions specialist at the Pasadena location is the most unhelpful and unpleasant Verizon associate I have ever dealt with. We got a screen protector two days ago and had it installed by a Verizon employee. It keeps popping off and either wasnt put on correctly or else is defective. Marcus refused to put another one on and said its the user. We have only had it two days and have done nothing to it. I will not be returning to this location again. He was incredibly rude about the entire thing.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with Verizon. I went to store #203742 to ask about changing a number on a family members plan to my number so I could be added to their plan as they have a spare line. I understand if this cannot be done. However, instead of trying to focus and deal with the task on hand the employee and MANAGER were interested in selling us things we did not need and even less want. Id probably had bought an arm full of accessories for the phone I have had they focused on the situation and then tried to sell things pertaining to what I was using in front of them. It was awful and when we needed a moment to decide what we wanted to do the entire staff avoided us like the plague. Horrible, just horrible.

Shady used car salesman type tactics. Ive had a single verizon line for 10+ years, went in for a quote to add 3 more lines with unlimited plans along with all the various surcharges and fees. Asked for upfront costs, which should be phone taxes and upgrade fees- salesmen forgot to mention that the $120($30 per line) upgrade fee would be on the first months bill. He also added total mobile protection on $200 dollar phones and then lied, stating that device replacement is free and not a $200 deductible. Not gonna pay $512 total for protection of a $200 moto g6, kiddo. He kept stopping our interaction to speak to other employees and customers in spanish. Then when everything was said and done he magically left off the 17% federal tax and miscellaneous surcharges per line that i went in there to inquire about in the first place. He was frustrated that I inquired about all these issues(damn educated customers), and then tried pressure tactics that the phone sale I was looking into was going to abruptly stop without notice soon, even though Verizon started the buy 1 S9 get 1 free deal the previous day ;). Oh to finish all this all off, corporate discounts do not apply to the new Verizon tiered unlimited plans. T Mobile is looking better every day...

Bought s7 edge when it came out pretty new, was offered a s2 samsung watch, if i trade my old phone pay only $75. i was NOT told of the conrtact on the Watch for 2 years and then a ADDITIONAL line for the watch contracted. so addtional charge, + fee+ line careful what you buy yourself into, they will not goign into full detail.

I just came to Verizon from AT&T because of coverage issues. I ordered my phones by phone talking to a Verizon rep. To change a iP 6s+ to a 6s shipped I was told to do so at my local store. DO NOT DO THIS - if you start by phone, stay that way.> This retail store has a VERY bad attitude towards new customers and their corporation and kept citing policy about why they couldnt honor the deal I had made to switch and had printed out from Verizon.They were never discourteous but were totally UNHELPFULL and unwilling to horror Verizons deal.I do NOT recommend this store for any purchases other than earbuds or cases.
