5 very satisfied. Jorge could not have been More helpful to this old lady he spent over 2 hours with me over the 2 days that I was in there setting up setting up a new cell phone to replace my home phone. As recently widowed theres recently widowed Ive had to make a lot of changes and some of them were very hard. Jorge Made this a little easier for me. And gave me his card if I had any questions after I left. Best service Ive had from anyone lately.

I just left this place a little while ago. The majority of the employees were wearing mask which is fine I guess. But there was a male employee that was wearing his mask on his chin it was the one with light brown hair. I don’t like mask but it’s annoying where if you have one wear It properly or don’t wear it at all. It’s not that difficult or a concept. Store was clean though and the service was great other than the inadequate mask wearing.

Amazing customer service experience went in to get 2 iPhone 13 for my 2 older sons. The process was painless just paid and was help. Been with att since it was cingular and definitely aint going know where.

Great experience! The guy who helped was very knowledgeable & knew his products. The visit took a bit longer then expected but that was due to all the data on my phone I needed to transfer. I had a lot of data on it. But I am pleased with the price of my new phone & with the service that provided to me. Thank you

My opinion of AT&T is abyssimal, but the girl who took care of me in the store had me out the door and happy after a few minutes. The web page and the support people misled me badly, she explained the mess and solved the problem quickly and calmly. Five minutes with her was more useful than 4 hours on the website and chat support.

Had a fantastic experience at the store. The young lady listened to my issue about SIM card Failures over the past few days. She then replaced the SIM card in 5 minutes or less I was out the door.She was very courteous, Efficient and helpful. Most of all she did not try to upsell me on a new iPhone.

Customer service was spectacular aswell as there fast pace ness getting people in & out I cant complain at all. All & all, I had my phone resolved & left a happy camper. Thank you AT&T 😉👍

The person who attended me yesterday like around 3-4 pm, he is not explaining well and seems not interested to talk to me. Not so very welcoming at all. He should have a good PR. And at least encourage and try to explain the best deal that an existing customer can have. Thank you.

We lived in this area for years and always got amazing customer service. When we moved across town, we tried another AT&T store and were disappointed in the lack of caring and service. We decided to drive back over to Pasadena. Chris was super helpful and we’ll likely just drive over again if we need anything else.

The lady helping me seemed like she didnt even want to help me. I told her I needed a new phone since I broke mine and the insurance company didnt have any. Then she proceeded to tell me to go to best buy if I wanted to buy a phone outright.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this location. We were greeted immediately and were told we would be helped as soon as possible. Agustin ended up helping us out, he was very polite, answered all questions and concerns and didn’t rush me at all. Will definitely be revisiting this store in the future.

Went in looking for help regarding an iPhone 6 that completely died on me. I tried several tricks to get my phone back but nothing. The manager and the representatives at this location were super friendly, tried to restore my phone but I know it was beyond them. They provided me with honest feedback regarding newer phone. The manager Javier and victor are absolutely amazing! The store was clean, completely organized and no longer lines. They were super professional. I recommend this location!

These are the rudest people I have ever had dealings with. They treated us with complete disrespect and I truly believe if we didnt leave there today, they would have literally attacked us. We are both senior citizens and they treated us so badly that we had to leave and go to Best Buy to purchase a phone and had it activated there by the very nice folks at that store. I was literally scared to death and afraid of the two female clerks who were there. I was shaking and frightened when I left. It took me several hours to get over the rudeness and hatefulness of these two people. They literally seemed to hate us. It was awful. I feel very fortunate to have made it out of there without being assaulted.

Went in to look at new phones yesterday and I kept seeing Eddie take off his mask just to sneeze!!!!!!..... if they are going to enforce masks for us customers. (Which I completely agree with) why would this one employee take his off and sneeze and put everyone in that building at risk?!?!?!? I would hope AT&T try’s to fix this ASAP for the safety of everyone.

Javier and Olga gave myself and my husband an excellent customer service and they were able to fix my issues with my cellphone account. Great customer service.

First things first, I would give them NO STARS if it let me. They have customers standing outside in the heat, no water or shade. They allow some customers to go in together but refuse other couples to go in together. Its a pick and choose system. Employees are very rude. We will not go back to this location.

I went in to upgrade. I payed off my iPhone 8 Plus and wanted the same gig, 64G, iPhone 11 Pro Max. The sales man pays off my balance of iPhone 8 Plus and goes to get my new phone from the back. He proceeds to scan the box as I notice it is not the 64G but the 256G. I explained to him that is not what I wanted and he went and called another store. I had to dive to the Almeda Store to get the phone I wanted. I felt as if I was trying to be taken advantage of. There is no telling how many other customers have been put in that same situation and didnt realize it. Don’t up sale your commission without first informing the customer you do not have the product they want.

She called cops on me while waiting for the store to open..They have no clue what they are doing. Total Waist of time, money& energy...And they somehow think they are better than the customers, which is a JOKE in itself. This place needs to be shut down and have someone press the reset button (a couple of times). *not the old lady manager who is absolutely so disrespectful & rude. She’s a phone salesman... never will visit that trashy place ever again

I Have been a customer of AT&T for a long time. Great store and staff is great, particularly Javier. I worked with Javier and he did an amazing job giving my wife and I a solution for my home services . I came in with my wife to ask about home services and Javier helped us with a big smile on his face. We signed up for Uverse TV and Fiber optic. Javier is very knowledgeable about the AT&T products, very friendly and very professional.

I would give zero stars if possible. The so called manager is very arrogant rude and has no customer service ability. After my account being hacked into and speaking with Fraud Dept, I was told be directions as to go about getting phone/service back on thru the local store. The manager would not even talk with us and would follow the Fraud Dept direction. NO Customer Service at all. Not worried about helping a customer.

Best experience I have had with customer service! I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants great assistance. I want to share my recent experience. I started an account with Att Tv which is awesome by the way, however the premium movie channels and hbo max that were supposed to be included in the promotion were not on my account. I was quickly wanting to return the item and not deal with the issue and that is when the manager Andy stepped in to help me. He told me before I proceeded with the return that he could help me get the channels put on my account. So he called customer service and told them the issue I was having. So a simple task of adding the channels was not quite as it seemed. They kep telling him they could not get the channels added to my account. He kept calling asking for the right people but still the problem could not get resolved. At this point i was frustrated but he told me not to worry that he would take care of the problem. I confided in him. He escalated the problem and put in an incident report to have the issue fixed and corrected. We were told it would take about 3 days for them to work on the issue. I left the store and he said we would stay in touch. The next day I came back to the store frustrated again and told him I just wanted to return the item. Andy the manager said, Ariel, dont give up, I will fix the issue for you. I trusted him and said ok. He said come tomorrow and the channels should be added, if not we can see what we can do. The next day, still nothing. I went back to Andy and told him everything was the same. Andy then continued to make calls, chat online with support while he was waiting to speak to a representative on the phone. I mean he went above and beyond to help me. After all of Andys hard work and dedication, he was able to get the channels added to my account. I am so happy and grateful for all of his help! I am a highly beyond satisfied customer. Again, Andy the manager was awesome with his customer service. The other representatives were also great in assisting me as soon as I walked in to the store. I highly recommend this store to everyone! I want to say a big THANK YOU to Andy the manager and the store repesentatives. Stay Blessed!

This location is so much more knowledgeable than the 45S location. Jorge here was very helpful. He was able to get us on a better plan for the same amount of money. It also would prevent us from incurring additional charges down the line. Its not super busy so the wait is fairly quick.
