Everything was good. the,doctor was great the gentleman on the glasses side was also great . But the girl in the front desk is super cut and dry no customerservice skills. I left feeling with a mad sansetion instead of feeling happy for my 2 pair of glasses I just got .
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I have had good experiences with other Pearl Visions, but this location has a receptionist with an attitude and not friendly or welcoming at all. But besides that service was good and everyone else working there is very nice.

Tried to contact the office several times. No one picked up the phone and also unable to leave the voice message since the mailbox is full.

Front office staff is super rude. After she changed my appointment without calling me (I got a text the day before) when I showed up at my scheduled time (15 minutes past the changed time) she reported the doctor was “gone.” Called and asked for a call from the doctor, the office staff hung up on me. Called back, a guy answered and said he would have doctor call. One week later, no call. She also made a mistake on my prescription (can’t order the prescribed contacts because the prescription doesn’t exist) and my daughters expiration date was recorded as the day of appointment which meant we had to call the not-friendly office staff to get it corrected.. The doctor is very aware of the problems with the office staff but laughs it off and makes excuses because they are family...we are looking for a new eye doctor.
Horrible place. I went in to get my son a pair of glass. I walked in and Michael and Cindy looked at me never once said a word to me. So I walked over to looked at frames. A gentleman walked in behind me and was help right away. So we are still looking and a lady with her daughter walked in and she was helped. So we sat down because we found a frame. And Michael was sitting there. Then he jumps up to help the lady that is already being helped. So we got up place the frames back on the wall and walked out. How is it two people walked in after me got helped but I was never once even spoke too!!! Never again will I go back or recommend this place!!!
I love the doctor here. She is very thorough and explains everything to you. Very sweet woman. However, the front desk has been rude and had a bad attitude nearly every time Ive dealt with them. They are always reluctant to look up my insurance and/or give me a price. I found a new optometrist after years of going here because the front desk is so rude.

I love the designer frame selection they have. This location is small but I always find frames that I like. The employees leave me alone & let me browse without pressure. Thomas helped me today to order new lenses. Friendly, courteous, & funny. Couldnt have asked for better service.
Waited almost an hour past my appointment. Then to top it off they took a gentleman that just showed up ahead of me. I was then told would be another 30 minutes at least. I will never go here again. I left without seeing doctor
The front office person on the Drs side misrepresented the doctor as a VSP provider. Ended up paying so much more money because of that. Received no discount on the glasses. Overpaid for contact exam.Dr. Never returned call.
Dr. Cook was great with my kids and family there all texan fans here but one I cant hold that against them they dont know any better.... COWBOYS ! ! !
Went to my original appt office charge my insurance for glasses and contacts exam.. Dr stated I can go any time to do my exam for contacts exam. Called the office to schedule appt Jennifer was so rude will not let me even talk!!! Keep talking over me.. Mind you I had spend already over 800 on glasses on my Daugther n my self for glasses.. this place is a joke I will not return here.. Find another place to go to!!!!!!
Dr. Cooke is great, very thorough. Had to come back to recheck my prescription and she changed it no problems. The front desk however is a joke!!! I do not know her name but she is very rude, will not let you talk. I went in just to ask the doctor a few questions about my prescription and she continued to tell me that I would have to schedule an appt. just to ask 2 questions. This is unacceptable! She asked what was wrong with them and I told her and she continued to talk to me like she was the doctor. Telling me that it was a lense problem, please note this is the 2nd time I had to go back for prescription problems and the 2nd time she has told me this. The 1st time I went in and she told me I could not talk to the doctor that I needed to go back to where I purchased the glasses. Went there they said they were correct, went back to the doctor and had to change the prescription. So because she wouldnt let me talk to her she wasted my time and money, due to the fact I had to take off of work. No thank you! I really like the dr. but because of the front of the office I might have to go elsewhere. BTW...still have not been able to talk to the doctor.
9 or so yrs ago I purchased glasses (progressive lens) from here - as well as glasses for my three sons. My glasses were fairly pricey on a tight budget, but I had help from family, and I was told they would be worth it.We have since moved away, and the boys have grown and moved on. And I have had 4 pairs of glasses since, but I have never worn them after a week or so... I always went back to the pair I purchased from this Pearle location because I could see better in them and they had NO distortion!. Sadly now, the frame is mis-shapened and is cracked at the ear piece, and the lenses are no longer the right prescription by a mile, so I have to retire them, but after a lifetime in glasses, I will always remember this pair as my best, and my favorite, and overall, they were worth so much more than the price I had to pay for them in the long run! (and they were selected for me by the gentleman running the store, who did a great job picking a truly great frame).Thank you so much for those nine years :).
The service was outstanding and the Dr was pretty good.
I scheduled an appointment in advance and used my vacation hours from work to go to this. On the day of the appointment, about an hour before, I was called and told the doctor is out for the rest of the day. Very disappointed with the short notice and used my time to set up the appointment. Ill be taking my business elsewhere!
