I went to ask about a frame that I saw at online Vision Works. The person that assist me did provide me with similar brand name frames to what I was looking for however, when I told her none where the frame I saw online…. Not once did she offer to look in her inventory…nor to look for the frame availability at another location. Then I asked whether she knew if when purchased online what would be the refund policy… she didn’t know the answer… and never care to find the answer. Instead as I left with no regard to assist me further she rushed outside to her boyfriend’s or husband’s truck to chat. I decided to try the outside Baybrook location and it’s beyond great.Their customer service was by far excellent and committed to helping, she didn’t have the frame after looking in her inventory and even went further and order the frame for me to be ship there for me to try. Before ordering she also looked what other location might have it and found one. I have already received a called that it arrived and said in case I didn’t like the fit I was not obligated to purchase it. I would highly recommend this location and NOT THE FAIRMONT PKWY.

Wow! I usually dread going to get my eye exam because how long they take and the location I used to go to was just very unprofessional. A co-worker told me to go here and ask for Alex and now I see why, she was just amazing and just so helpful and accommodating. Thank you Alex for being so patient with me:)

The optometrist was great. Explained everything and everyone in the doctors office was friendly. Then went next door to the eyeglass store. They ladies in there were so rude and acted like they didnt want even answer any questions. I will be taking my business somewhere else

The staff was nice, and the Doctor was also nice and informative. They were helpful and keep the place very clean to prevent covid. Was done with an eye exam and an order for glasses in less than an hour. I got my glasses with a week and I love them

I got coupons from Visionworks about how VSP members get 100 rebate on glasses and another for 50% off complete pair. I went to the one on Fairmont and asked about the specials. Right away I was told it was for progressives only. I said it is not on the card for progressives only, where does it say that? She started to argue with me, tell me that my insurance is a better deal, then refused to help any further. Wow. Bad customer service! I have been a long time Visionworks customer, but I am never going back to that Fairmont store, this is like the 3rd time I was given very poor service. No thank you.

I visited the optometrist next door, and it was one of the best eye doctor experiences Ive ever had in 30 years of wearing glasses. Assitants and doctor were friendly and efficient and followed Covid-19 protocols. After that positive experience, I went next door to pick out new frames, where they were also being super careful about their customers health and safety. Best of all, I lucked out by getting Griselda to help me! She knows her business for sure and helped me pick out two pairs of glasses (buy one, get one free!), making sure that they were the best frames for my face and eyes. She was wonderful! I am definitely sticking with this location, and Im going to make sure I get my frame fitting appointment with Griselda. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I visited this store two years ago (2018) and was helped by Griselda. She was so kind and patient while I fumbled through glasses. The pair she helped me pick out were the absolute best fit for my face. I have never gotten so many compliments on a pair of glasses in my life! Fast forward to today 2/4/2020, I dropped in hoping she would still be working there. To my pleasant surprise she remembered me! I think I literally tried on fifty pairs and narrowed it down to 10 on my own. She walked up to me to help me pick a pair from my pile and Im not exaggerating when I say she narrowed it down to 2 pairs in less than two minutes. I laughed because thats exactly what happened the last time. I ended up purchasing the two she chose. i have no doubt that I will have the same experience with these and am so excited to pick them up when they are ready.

I have been wearing glasses for 24 years so I have seen many different optometrists but never have I experienced an exceptional service and care like I did at Visionworks Fairmont!I went in to get my new glasses adjusted because the optometrist who I bought it from was not able to fix it for a MONTH!! they ended up telling me that it was my face structure that made the fit weird when clearly, it was crooked!!However, it all changed when I met Griselda and her crew!!! Griselda spent a lot of time adjusting my glasses and not only was she able to fix it, but she made it fit PERFECTLY on my face!!! Along the way as she was working on my glasses, she was very kind to explain the whole process to me and to her crew! I mean talk about an awesome manager! Not only she was meeting, or EXCEEDING my needs, but she also used this as a learning opportunity for her crew! Amazing costumer service, I called to inquire about getting lenses put into my glasses that I purchased elsewhere, and the lady over the phone was very nice and friendly. I wish I wouldve gotten her name to give her credit for how helpful and informative she was over the phone. I went the next day, and I was helped by Claudia, and she was amazing! She helped me with everything that I needed, she went out of her way to explain the various types of lenses, and helped me chose another pair of glasses. She really took her time and made sure I got what I wanted/needed!

Everyone that works at Visionworks on Fairmont is so helpful. Last year I bought my glasses and contacts there for the first time and it was a really good experience.So this year I decided to order my contacts there again and when I called Griselda was so helpful and made everything easy. My insurance required an itemized receipt and I was able to stop by and was in and out with the receipt in hand within 5 minutes.Recently I had a pair of sunglasses that I couldnt get the lenses back in and I called and Reyna said to bring them in and they would see if they could do it. She and 2 others worked on them and were able to finally get the lenses in. I really appreciated their help and how friendly they were.

Was greeted nicely by the ladies, they let me roam on my own to choose a pair of glasses of my liking, after 30 minutes of picking and choosing I found the ones I really liked (mind you I was changing style of frame shape). So I take the glasses with me to the desk for help but apparently the two young girls available thought looking for a pair of glasses for themselves was more important than a customer. I had to walk out and will go to a different location as Pasadena location is too busy for customers.

Very friendly staff. I arrived at 6 pm when they were closing and still let me in and I was able to order my glasses.

I’ve been going to visionworks for a few different years, between South Carolina Tennessee and now Pasadena and let me tell you - THIS visionworks is the real deal and is far better than any of the other locations I’ve been to. I was immediately welcomed by the entire team when I came in, they got me in the door and out very quickly, despite being relatively busy. Griselda was so personable, thoroughly helped me find contacts and figure out insurance stuff, AND she remembered my name when I came back and picked them up. The staff here and especially Griselda are top notch and I will be back for as long as I live here.

The worst service EVER, hands down! When we first went here for our Daughters glasses 9 months ago we had the sweetest ladies who helped us but recently, and especially yesterday, it has been horrid. My daughters frames were discontinued and they didn’t carry the new frames we were wanting so I asked if we could purchase elsewhere and bring them in to get fitted for new lenses and was told no. To which I replied that I would hate to have to go elsewhere since they already have our information and everything but I may have to since I wanted those specific (break proof) frames for my 3 year old. The associate helping me responded “I guess you’ll have to go somewhere else then”. Incredibly rude all around. Then, I called her manager to ask for my daughters information to provide to another place and explained what happened...she was unapologetic and unphased.

Griselda demonstrated exceptional customer service. All of the other ladies were very friendly as well. I will continue to shop for glasses at this location in the future.

I bought a couple pairs there about a year ago the service is fantastic but my lenses pop out I take really good care of my glasses but they still pop out at the worst times I feel like I spend more time here than I do with my family
