Friendly staff with world class customer service... Dr Mann is the best

I went to get my pair here and he was very nice and very professional, i waited an extra day from my original pick up day to get my glasses but he was very nice to tell me that they had chipped my glasses a little when making them so he wanted to get me a new and perfect pair because he didnt want me leaving with a bad pair. i really appreciated getting what i paid for in quality and for a great price too. i recommend going here for everyone else.

Very good customer service, fast service, friendly, and helpful. A wide selection of glasses to choose from. Very thorough eye exam. I would definitely recommend.

If you like the smell of urine and want to be ripped off, come to this one man operation. The very old man loves to tell you how experienced he is, how he taught at Baylor, and way more information than you want about everything eye. I paid him $1,060. In the course of two years, and received 4 pair of glasses. When I came back and requested my prescription so I could shop for sunglasses, he refused to give me the RX. He says the exam is free this he is not required to give it to you. It’s a tricky way to make the exam FREE, then say you didn’t pay. He needs to retire. But first, he should shampoo the stinking carpets.

It would be nice if the Optometrist would be a little more customer service oriented.Hes an older gentleman but rude.Not helpful at all.

I remember looking to have glasses made here, years ago: I didnt have insurance, and he quoted me an unbelievably​ high price. When I asked him for something less expensive, he just laughed...Gave him two stars because hes probably knowledgeable, but what a lousy attitude...

I have no clue on the negative comments but I just went to this place a few days ago to get glasses and I thought he was very helpful and genuine .. glasses are great I see 20/15 and I definatly recommend this place and he is not rude I thought he was great! thanks Dave!!

Wants alot money 567hunderd dollar go to americas best 69 exam and glasses wow that a deal he wanted to give me what he wanted plus his son walk homeless around pasadena. What a father.

Hadnt had an exam in 4 years soon as I walk through the door he knew.what to do and how to do it had my anxiety approved prescription saftey eyewear in 1 day excellent service older gentleman very nice I would highly recommend him

Retired optician here. I called to ask if my daughter insurance is accepted here. Spoke to a loud rude man. He said no because that is medicade we dont take any medicade because thet dont pay for anythingHe should have stopped after saying no. As an old optician I know he was more intrested in cashing in than being kind. Very rude and I will notify everyone I know. Haye that I experienced this because this is the last month my daughter had this insurance and v.s.p becomes active. Opticians know how well v.s.p. pays. Wont be going to this horribly rude establishment.
