I called and asked some questions before going in and Joe answered all of my questions. He was super nice and answered all my questions. I ended up going in the store same day and he assisted myself and my dad. He was so thorough with making sure all of my measurements were accurate and he provided me with a great deal for my dad and myself. Overall great experience. This was my first time here and I promise It wont be my last. Thank you Joe for everything!

I will never use this optical store again. They never listen and always make u wait only to get the wrong prescription and have to wait again. They may be friendly but Id rather they do their job correctly!

I went here last week without a mask. I told them I would be back this week to place my order.This lady at the optical (I havent seen before) said I had to wear a mask to place my order. She handed me a tote with a bunch of masks in it. I was supposed to pick one. Nope, Im good. Ill take my business elsewhere.If you walk around the Target store you doesnt need a mask. Why would I need one to walk in this area just to sit down? Pure stupidity.

Went here twice before 8 PM on the weekdays, all times were closed. Also came here once at 1 PM on Sunday and they still weren’t open.

Target optical is great!! This is my second pair of lenses plus frames. My daughter has a pair and my husband has also bought glasses here. The employees are excellent, always polite and easy to work with. Hey also have deals for those who do not have insurance, always refer to target optical. Also recommend dr. Yo, quick and my new rx spot on!!!

The Dr was great, but as far as my experience looking for glasses was one of the worst. Went in wanting to use my insurance the salesperson gave me all kinds of crazy stories about why I had to pay crazy prices for my glasses. The fact that I was using insurance and he still tried to have me pay 150+ was insane. The story was they don’t do regular lenses anymore where my copay would of been 15 as opposed to the 150 I was being charged. Went to target optical online same glasses and the lenses he said they didn’t use anymore came out to 50 bucks with insurance. The same for my husband, his glasses were being priced around the same in store went online and was able to get him better glasses for 40 with insurance. I would of paid 300+ easily in store for both pairs, online around 110 including next day air on both. There’s no need to worry about putting your prescription in correctly either they have you take a picture, find your doctor or give the doctors number.

They have really cute glasses and sunglasses!! But the only thing Im having a problem with is that they arent calling me about my glasses or contacts!! I had to call to see if my contacts came in and they did!! Im not a happy customer!!

Veronica and Joe went out of their way to help us. We bought our glasses and lenses from Target. My son chewed on the air socks, and we had trouble finding replacements that fit. They were able to help us when other stores couldnt. Recommend this location!

Recently went there to get an eye exam after failing my schools eye exam to fill out the sheet they gave us. We didnt schedule an appointment, but the lady up front let us see the eye doctor immediately. They only accept walk ins before 5:30 PM though, call and ask first. It was an amazing experience and we were done very quickly. Doctor Vo is an amazing doctor and she gives you alot of information on the results. She helped me find the root of my vision problem and prescribed a glasses that would eventually correct it. I would definitely come back for another visit next year for another eye exam.

Dr. Vo - Is Awesome. I have been going here and taking my children for years. She is honest, polite and just real down to earth. Couldnt ask for a more caring Eye Doctor.

Wow! I am amazed as to how incredible the customer service is at the Target Optical store. I looked all over for the best frames that I could find and decided on a pair of Ray Ban frames from Target. The staff was great and told me I would have the glasses within 14 days. They arrived in 4 days! I had to have the glasses adjusted quite a few times because the fit just didn’t work well with my face. I know I was that annoying customer that came in needing something over and over but never once did the staff make me feel unwelcome.The store ended up taking care of the issue with my glasses and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I seriously thought I was just out of luck but the store manager Tisa and staff turned that all around for me. I am so happy that I made the choice to purchase from Target. The frames they offer are great but the fact that the staff goes out of their way to make sure they are doing all that they can to make the customer happy, speaks volumes to me. Thank you Tisa so much for your help and a very big shout out to Veronica who always took care of me as well. Y’all are awesome!

Would rate zero stars as well. This is referring to the optical store, not the DR, she is great! The optical staff is rude, they look at you like you are stupid and they are better than you. They tell you refunds are not possible, and when you tell them they are wrong, and prove it, they come up with some b*llsh*t that even if they could, I would have to owe them money anyways, due to savings/coupons/rebates they applied. I used a discount through my insurance btw, and still paid over $100 for contacts, so I guess I just pulled that money out of target air or something? I dont owe you guys a thing. Laziest and most stupid group of GIRLS working at the counter. The manager should really observe these girls working, they act like they are still in high school
