Clean store. Everything was in stock. Good looking produce. Prices as they are, were generally reasonable.

I stopped in on Saturday to pick up so me stuff for our cookout and the sausage I needed was not on the shelf. I asked a employee if he could get someone from the meat department to help me and he came back out and stated the meat department guy was unloading a truck and would be with me soon…Well like 5 minutes later Shane (meat department) came out and I told him what I needed and he unloaded the cart of meat and retrieved my sausage! That is just awesome customer service and I truly appreciate not having to go to another store! I just wanna say thank you Shane for being awesome!! I did let the manager know how much I appreciated the excellent customer service.

Shelves were almost empty,The meat 🍖 case was dark with no lights, Cashiers so new they were shaking,From being so nervous, But at least they had help..., water, toilet paper and milk,And many other things...In these trying times when we cant get the help we need, our trucks dont come in with product,Our equipment is just plain worn out,We have to be thankful for what we do have and make do,Thank you Food Lion,For what you did have and I promise,I made do wit the milk water and toilet paper that I needed,Thank you in for keeping the lights on and paying the cashiers to come in for work...Sometimes we have to look past why we think might be happening,If we dont know what the company might be doing to stay afloat,Thanks again,You done good

This grocery store is very clean and well stocked. The isles are wide and stocked and the items that are the weekly specials are clearly marked and shows the amount saved with your MVP Card. The isles are wide and have signs overhead to tell you what items are available in this isle. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 due to their prices are high if nit in sale. The seem to carry all the name brands and of course their own brand which of course cheaper than name brand. They have a nice bakery section with fresh made baked goods and of course a nice selection of cakes, specialty cakes, pies, and a nice variety of breads. They have a very nice produce department but if not on sale are fairly expensive. They have a nice meat department and the display is pretty attractive. Their last isle is completely stocked with frozen items like a very large selection of ice cream and frozen treats. Overall it is a very nice grocery store and easy to get to as its in a small Plaza right on the main strip behind McDonalds.

Cashier was very rude. I let her know I had my own bags, she ignored me. Was pulling out my MVP card, she got an attitude. She acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. She has No patience. I asked her why she was being so rude, she snapped back saying she wasnt. I guess me coming to her line interrupted her putting her hands all over her face & she got mad, she had to do her job.

Seems to have decent pricing. They have renovated their store to give it a nice updated look inside. Lack of cashiers get annoying during check out. Lines are usually really long.

Nice place to shop for emergency groceries, prices are a bit high though 😜

As an Instacart Shopper Im so completely irritated by this store. I LIKE shopping here, but I cant complete a shoppers order without going outside about 10 times to get internet signal to complete the shop. The stores Wi-Fi rarely works...

Everything was fine, however I can never find bags of diced onions in the frozen food section. I use them quiteA bit in various meals and have to go elsewhere to. purchase them.

I do not like the attitude of the store manager and a senior employee. Very rude and was on lockdown at the beginning of covid, ordered by law to go out when necessary only. I had a rug doctor and took a cab 1 day after it was due and they refused to take it, because they were not aware of the phonecall that gave me permission to wait the extra day and bring it when I was planning to footstep. After beginning told to take it back, I had a doctors appointment 2 day later, but informed her that I would have to do it on the 3rd day. Since my doc was near, on my way back, I ran in from a cab to grab 3 things I needed for dinner and forgot to get when foodshopping. The manager and employee embarrassed me in front of everyone and told me they were calling the police and telling them I stole the machine and sending them to my house if I didnt get it now. I had just gotten fluid drained from my stomach and was sore and tired. I tried to return it once and I told them Id be the date that was after the threat from the beginning, because I knew I had a procedure the day I ran in unplanned and from my appointment. I have 5 children and I could not believe they would behave so unprofessional considering I tried to return it already. What makes it worse, is that they see me spend at least $200 or more every week for the past 7 months. I even got bad meat on 3 occasions and sour imported ham 2 times, with no refund or replacement when I returned the product with the new receipt proving it was just bought.

The employees are amazing and are great at their jobs, however while i was checking out a gentlemen was assisting us and his manager that was on the clock at 6pm October 20, 2020 with grey hair and very skinny, was rudely yelling at him while he was serving us. She was very disrespectful and rude. She could’ve waited to speak to him privately after he was done serving us and the other customers behind us. Her management style is very poor and disrespectful. She continued to yell and speak ignorantly and talk about the subject walking around the front of the store in front of multiple customers. I think she should be taken and spoken to by her higher management.

Todays trip turned out pretty well, but I still couldnt find some items 🙄. Since they remodeled the store its difficult to find many thibggs. Some of the aisles make no sense how their arranged, and when you need help its hard to find since Covid-19 has reduced staff. Its an ok store to use since its SO close to me, BUT..ID MUCH PREFER WEIS THAT IS A 5* STORE WITH AT LEAST 50% MORE ITEMS THAT YOU CANT GET AT FOOD LION.

Prices are decent and their selection is pretty good. Their Google Pay does NOT work, though, and they dont seem inclined to do anything about it.

Clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. Parking is plentiful but the lot frequently has lots of litter.

The store in Pasadena is rarely crowded and the staff is always helpful. The store is clean and they have some items (Meat District Products) that I cant find anywhere else. If you havent been there, you should check it out.

I love this store! The employees are super friendly and helpful if you need it. Ive been shopping at the store since I was a kid with my parents, and now as an adult by myself I still go. I like how they have everything I need at one place, they have Rachael Ray Nutrish cat food in many different varieties, they have Fresh Step cat litter also and its usually on sale or cheaper than other grocery stores in the area as well. Plus its close to home for me which makes it a lot easier on me.

This store is my weekly grocery store because of convenience. They dont have a lot of meats & seafood. The prices arent bad. However I prefer this store to Giant/Safeway.

Food Lion is convenient, has decent prices especially with the rewards program. They have most groceries that I use. Seafood and meats are not their strong suit, but will do in a pinch. Closes late, too.

For the longest time this has been my go to grocery store in Pasadena, MD. However, the last THREE times, Ive been there the Deli employees have been the worst.The first time, there was a note saying the deli was closed for the night (this was at 5pm on a Tuesday)The second time, the elderly lady with dyed blonde hair came out and rudely yelled into the back room Well Im not helping her, I have a break coming up...uh okay then?This third and might I add last time, they took my order but then forgot to fill it (might i add there werent that busy and I gave them 25 minutes to do so).Unfortunately, this last experience has made it my last with a grumpy cashier to boot. I get having a bad day; but I gave this place three chances after having a bad experience. Ill shop at the multiple other grocery stores in the area from now on!

This store is in a convenient location and most of the employees are nice and are very willing to help with a smile in their face! Quite a few have huge attitude problems or it seems that they just dont want to be there and they customers are an inconvenience. The deli is definitely not sanitary! Make sure they wash their hands at the least!

Very disappointed in staff. Deli counter staffer was very unfriendly. Cashier at front never said good morning or smiled and bagged terribly! One of the things I love around Food Lion are the blue and white bags it makes unloading at home so convenient. She had no regard for that and I actually had to move some non frozen items away from frozen items myself so the non frozen would not get wet.

Excellent is one word for food lion, clean, good prices and nice people! The deli has great service and some of the nicest people you can meet. When comes to meats, Food Lion is one of the best in the business.

I just called to see if they had water(the food lion brand) and a very rude lady answered and said “IDK THE FOOD TRUCK CAME LAST NIGHT AND WE DONT HAVE TIME TO CHECK!” and dismissed what I was about to say by saying “Thank you” that was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional! I didn’t appreciate it one bit.

Very decent selection of items ranging from produce, pet needs, and household cleaners/items. Prices are very good compared to similar competitors, and the sales are wonderful. The employees are very friendly and quite helpful. This is my go-to market.

$.39 a pound Turkey sale was a little misleading with the fine print saying (with $35 purchase).But there were plenty of buy one, get one free deals so we got lots of stuff for under 50 bucks, Turkey included!

I love their prices compared to the Giant and Safeway in Lakeshore Plaza.

They totally remodeled and revamped the whole store so that everything is updated. Food Lion is my go to grocery store in Pasadena.

This food lion has very friendly employees which i have always seemed to be pleased by food lion employees.. the parking is a big enough space for the flow of traffic they get so theres usually always a close spot open.. the store is clean and big, its a easy and quick check out normally because the lines are never that bad.. the only reason i did not give this place more stars is because the prices are just a little too high compared to Wal-Marts pricing, which is who i believe its now the top franchise for all purchasing in the country, so if they want to get more customers they need to drop more prices..its not that dramatic of a difference but there is a difference... and i also like the discounts i get with my food card coupons...if the prices were lower and if they could stay open a little later then id give 5 stars!
