I typically shop at another well-known grocery store near my house, but come to Weis Markets only when theres a couple things I cant find at my local grocery store. Weis is a nice clean and very well-stocked store, and they have a great selection of products in every dept. Only thing Id like to see change is that the employees need to be friendly. Seems the friendliness aspect has steadily declined over the last 7 years. Nobody speaks to you or seems friendly anymore. They just walk right by you and keep going without saying hello or asking if youve found what you need. At checkout its the same story, theyre just going through the motions. I find that unacceptable. A little kindness and friendliness goes a long ways with customers. Id give this store 5 stars if I felt a warm welcome, but for now its only 4.

Get all my kids cakes from here. They do edible print outs of any photo or characters on their cakes. Line was fast. Prompt service in person. But phone call to order the cake was another story... Took forever and three calls to get a answer. Final result... Day i picked up my cake.... They decorated it not the way we picked.... So not happy with this time.

Good produce department - good bakery. Fish/meat counter always smells fishy - thats a bad thing. Great prices during store promotions/deals.If concerned about this, be aware unmasked employees- employee outside watering plants actually spat on sidewalk area at store entry.I will continue to shop here but hand sanitizer is a must!!

On October 6, 2021 I stopped in at the Weis in Pasadena, Maryland. We love your butter rum muffins, so I got a 4 pack I also like the strudel bits size when I got home and was going to eat a few of the bite size strudel the dough was raw the bottom were gray in color, I just now put them in my toaster oven to try and make them eat able,, I hope so

This store is a great grocery store and they have amazing deals on many items especially meats where you buy 1 and get 2 FREE. The reason for my 3 star rating is because of 2 things first problem us the e-coupons they never work the app is impossible to navigate and when I tried to get help from multiple employees none of them knew how to use it either. The 2nd is the deli on 3 different occasions; I went there because I did have a good experience a few times but the last 3 times was horrible the employee was too busy to even acknowledge me then when I ask for lunch meat I was told to get it from the grab and go then she just walked away. Now I get everyone is busy and has things to do BUT when part of your job is customer related you should in my opinion at least act like you make them a priority not treat them as a nuisance.Other then that the store is clean is very good at keeping it stocked and organized. And the best reason to shop this particular store is to avoid Walmart and all those ridiculous crowds and lack of product or any customer service at ALL! I recommend going just maybe avoid the deli counter!🤷🏼‍♀️

Convenient grocery nearby. Clean, neat, easy navigation. Had everything on the list! Plenty of easy parking, easy checkout, friendly staff.

Durring my last visit I encountered a young black male at this location working the cart returns.Unfortunately I didnt get his name, however my next visit I will make sure that this young man gets all the credit due him! Bobby Gleason you got a super star here! His awareness, politeness, and just caring attitude made my day.He noticed that I walked with a cane and limp.IDue to a recent surgery, he was right there offering me assistance.His words,kindness and actions deserve presidential recognition! Thats why I have added Mr. Gleasons name to this post...Bobby Ive known you for years.... and again this young man is a super star....your next visit to the Pasadena Weis you should buy him lunch!Hes why this location got 5 stars....and Weis should be very proud having such a wonderful staffer! And this visit will be addressed to store management on my next shopping visit!Young man you are a priceless asset and Weis would be very wise to give you the credit due you ! THANK YOU!!!

The store is fine, workers very helpful, the low rating is for ONE cashier working, forcing you to do self service and the self service computers are junk, the Weis worker had to come and reset the computer 5 times, 🤬

Havent been here too much though I do live next to it. I mainly give it 3 stars because of the amazon locker location lol Always smells like rotten fish inside so I stick the basic stuff at this store. Sometimes out of things on the regular. Not much else I can say about it. Its a last resort for me.

Usually get good fruits but there were none that day

I like this location a lot, I would rate them higher but unfortunately Ive been unable to get someone, particularly a manager on the phone to ask if it is standard Weis procedure for employees to restock produce which has fallen on the floor. I was buying produce and happened to notice an egg plant laying on the floor, who knew how long it was there? One second or 30 minutes, it doesnt matter! I witness an employee grab it and stick it from the floor right back into the shelved eggplants! Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting, anytime of the year, much less now during COVID!

Prices were a bit high . . . Turkey Day in 2 days. Store was very clean & store personnel was so friendly & helpful. Walmart had no fresh turkeys, spices, bread crumbs, or Cokes. So I purchased all these items at Weis.

They may not be stocked like some of the bigger grocery stores, but they usually have good prices:)

If your company wants to SAVE money/time but actually IMPROVE customer service, try posting the direct phone#s to Deli/prepared foods/bakery/floral ... you know, things that you actually have to call in to order? It also decreases in-person presence and increases health safety during these troubling times.

The claw machine is rigged as hell. We wanted one thing payed 8 dollars and ur machine is broken. And rigged 😐

The prices are very good & their sale prices are even better! The store is always clean no matter when Ive been here. And Ive always been able to find what Im looking for without having to ask for help. I do the self checkout & have had a couple of problems but the associate working has always been very helpful & patient.

I went into this grocery store today cuz it was close to home and to tell u the truth i havent gone here in quite some time due to the service i received in the past. Usually all the cashiers acted like i was bothering them by coming in there line. Today when i stopped i met a new cashier there named brandy and she changed my opinion of this store completely. She greeted me with a smile and carried on small conversation with me while working. She then proceeded to tell me about another sale they were having in the store that i wasnt aware of so i ran and grabbed that item real quick. Brandy is an ace in my book when it comes to customer service and other cashiers there should pay attention to her and how she treats the customers. I will continue to go back to weis now as long as i continue to see her she makes everyone feel welcomed from what i saw today.

I go here mostly because I get my prescriptions and I love the pharmacist, he is friendly and I had him when he was at shoppers and he transferred to weis. He knows all my history and he tries to get all my perceptions done fast. Job always well done.

I generally shop in grocery stores that are a bit closer to home, but recently I went to Weiss on two occasions to get the odd item or two. Both times, I found the employees to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, bright and well-organized.I was so impressed with the calm and polite way a young employee dealt with a rude customer (he wanted to bring in his own shopping bags and because of the times we are in, could not, and then slammed several carts together in frustration), that I commended him to the store manager, Brenda.The more recent visit found me looking for celery soup (out everywhere, for some reason). An employee named Lisa not only got on a stepladder to check the top shelf of an aisle, but she had also checked the delivery of a truck which had just arrived. These folks know how to provide great customer service! I was very impressed.

He even got me a basket to help offload my arm load of heavy items, without me even asking! Kudos to his great customer service! Great experience at Weis Markets!

I personally love this store. They have really good sales even if you dont see the circular everything on sale has good signage. This time there were more people than I have ever seen in this store but they had all the shelves loaded and tge mest counter was full. I will continue to shop here

There store is clean and well stocked, the deli and meat n seafood selection is very good and prices are not cheap but not expensive, overall 8 out of 10

Pretty solid location. Kept in decent condition. Foods are never expired, although sometimes out of stock with vegetables. Pretty decent selection from wide variety, nothing too rare or exciting. Biggest perk is that the member savings can be pretty amazing on some of the items. Would just like to see the vegetable section kept more consistent.

Its a very clean store. They have grass fed beef, all natural chicken. They also have gluten free frozen food.

One of my favorite supermarkets. Everything is very well stocked. Veg is so fresh and good. Their prepared foods are so well made. Staff is friendly and always in sight. Shelves are well stocked and they have a large variety is choices. Great deals! If shopping there Id suggest getting a Weis card. They always have great deals on meats.

This store is kind of fun for me to visit. I have some unusual things that Im not able to find in other stores along with exactly what you do expect to find. I actually spend most of my time in the fresh fruit and produce areas. It isnt close to my home so I dont have much opportunity to go there

First and last time at this Weis. Came in for a few things and looked around. Some were reasonably priced like the Vinegar however other items were way more than other places such as Velveeta mac and cheese. The reason I wont be going back is how understaffed it is. All 3 registers open had lines of 3 or more and no one was helping in the self check out area. I went to the self check out hoping to save some time but that is not what happened. My register kept saying an associate was needed or coming to help. I waited 3-5 minutes each time. It would not let me pay so I finally gave up. The regular lines didnt seem to move much either. After 10 minutes I gave up and left. It was a huge disappointment.

I really enjoy shopping at Weiss Market, Pasadena, Md today. The holiday baked goods greeted us as we walked in. There is a large lunch meat counter. The veggi aisle is so beautifully laid out with a variety of presentations. There is a nice selection of meats, ample frozen food section & sales throughout. Im sure Ill be back!

The main reason I love shopping here is the fact I am able to find items that arent as readily available at other stores. The bakery is fantastic because of its wide variety of goodies and the prices are somewhat reasonable. Although some items are a little more expensive than Wal Wart, its a friendly place to shop and the staff are very nice. I do love the day staff more than the night staff!

I will not go anywhere else. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is much better then nasty customers. Its never really busy so even if you shop for the month your still out pretty quick.
