We just rented several units and Chris was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the property, layout, pricing and contractual information. He walked the entire site with us, helped us with the most cost effective solutions (even regarding packing) and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Best part is their pricing for climate controlled storage is much lower than any nearby competitors. So far, it’s been a great experience!

Amber is always super helpful and in the office when I need her. She knows who I am when I walk in and always greats me by my name. Facility is always clean, carts available at doors and great value for price to rent.

The staff is always attentive. Ive gotten calls at times where they make their rounds and have found the lock not closed properly from a recent visit and they call to inform me. The premises are clean and well taken care of. I love the fact that its climate controlled. AND, most importantly, it did not flood like some of the other storage places in the area did during Hurricane Harvey.

Ive been renting with Best Storage for fee months now and from my initial visit until now i ha e received nothing but great costumer service. I feel safe and protected with their high security system. The storage area and parking lots are ALWAYS clean.

Over the weekend I rented a 10X20 controlled unit and the managers were extremely nice and helpful... and the facility was clean and I can tell how much they do to meet the customer needs. Also I love they way they explained everything and how nice the building smelled!!!!! This place is much cheaper than the other two on Spencer!

The Staff at Best Storage Pasadena is without a doubt the most professional I have ever seen in a Storage Facility. they are almost always available and always call you back to make sure that you are taken care of an your needs are met. Maria, and Josey are always very curtious and keep me up to date with all current special, promotions, and changes at Best Storage. I would highly recommend storing your personal, or business belongings with hem as they are always on top of everything and keep a clean and well maintained facility. This is the fest storage place in the area. I know it is clean, when I can to rent staff was cleaning. They also have the best customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty secure storage, with online payments. They call to let you know if there is/was a problem with your unit. And, unlike most of the storage solutions around it, Best Storage is indoors and temperature-controlled.

AWFUL!!! My unit and 5 others have literally gotten robbed and the corporate manager Gumi was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, if fact treated me like I was the one in the wrong! Also dont think all the cameras you see are helpful because when someone robs your unit those cameras in your hallway conveniently dont work. Someone has cut locks on at least 5 units in the last few weeks and their doing nothing about it.

EVERY time I come here to pay my bill, the location place is closed or someone is out “on the property”. Yes I know there is online payment options but I chose this location due to the proximity of my home for cash payment needs.

For the Uhaul rental drop offThe office was closed in the middle of the day (I arrived about 11:50, sign said closed til 1) when I tried to return the truck. They sent an email with a receipt after I dropped the key in their drop slot. We were charged for an extra day and a cleaning fee. I picked up the truck on Saturday, dropped off Monday, it was supposed to be a two day rental. How did I get charged an extra day? I took video of the condition of the truck when we received it. We returned it CLEANER than when we received it. Why were charged a cleaning fee? They should pay ME a cleaning fee. I sent an email asking these questions the same night. We have not received a reply. Going to rent from another company next time. Not receiving a reply is really rubbing me the wrong way. Been almost a week now. Going to call the Uhaul number Monday if I still havent been contacted.

Rent a van it was clean and dependable. Return was quick and easy.

Rented a truck there. Mgr super nice & let me borrow a flat dolly instead of renting it. When in parking lot to return truck, back had come open during ride & the flat dolly & dolly inside back gone--fell out during ride. She let me go back on route to see if could spot them but I didnt. Had to pay f both. Oh! Would rent truck here again & if hadnt already rented a storage unit elsewhere, would have here as all r climate control & none r where I rent now. Next door to a Wendys if u want lunch after returning truck.

Over priced and gate malfunctions weekly(costing me money on occasion)...When I went to go ask about the malfunctions and see about the rates moving forward (my 6 months pre paid is up) I was told it will be going from $80 to $90 a month for a single parking space! No thanks!!!
