We have stored our RV in multiple locations across the country, so we have quite a bit of experience in working with RV storage facilities. So far so good with these nice folks. The leasing, management and support staff are super responsive. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely friendly and professional. Big thumbs up!

Erica at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. My whole process has been flawless and she also suggested for me to download the companys new app NOKE. This is awesome because I can get into and exit the gate through the app. It makes it so that my phone is used as a fob. Its honestly been a great experience!

This place is a scam! They sign you up at a super low rate then increase your monthly payments by ridiculous amounts like clockwork claiming it’s due to cost of doing business increases! My rate went from $30 to $70 for the smallest space available!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend going with this storage space.

The staff could not be more friendly and flexible working with the customer to get them the right storage space. They went above an beyond to make sure I could get a unit while it was still available. I have been with them for about 2 years now and I have never been disappointed with my experience. The other day i came in to tour the facility and get a feel of everything. The young woman Ericka was so nice, she was very helpful and very informative. The facility was clean and well taken care of, and the service i received made my experience quick and easy. I will definitely come here if I decide to rent, I know my stuff will be in a safe place

An unexpected and immediate need came up at the beginning of the pandemic and it couldnt have been a smoother process. From the reservation to the move in and ultimately the recent move out, the experience was great. The facility is clean and brightly lit when needed and access to the unit and availability of carts to move items was never an issue. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I would choose this location again if needed.

Ericka was great and kept me up-to-date on my payments, with out her my stuff would be gone.

The store manager, Ericka is wonderful! She is helpful and always had a smile when I went into the office! If ever I need to store something again I certainly will go back here.

This particular storage facility off of Mountain in Pasadena Maryland was not bad. We used the facility to park our camper. They do have a good amount of spots at this location which is nice. The staff was always friendly and available whenever I stopped in. No complaints there. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because while we stored our RV, someone cut two big holes in their fence to gain access and unfortunately our camper was literally the only one that seemed to get broken into. Thankfully nothing was inside to steal, only damage to the locking mechanism. Aside from that the facility was good and would use them again.

Front desk was helpful and friendly, explaining everything clearly. Gave us a nice tour of the units.

Ive only just started experiencing things with Extra Space, but so far it has been completely enjoyable. From the beginning the staff has been personable and polite. Ms Erica has been my favorite so far, she took time to explain things and even laughed at a few corny jokes. If the rest of my experience is like the beginning then Im absolutely pleased to have chosen Extra Space to store my things.

I had called to get a price on a storage unit the manager Ericka helped me and gave me some options about the size and the amount for the storage space. She also informed me about the different sizes they offer. Would recommend this storage unit. Great customer service from the staff.

Out of all the storage rental places around especially here in Pasadena, Extra Space Storage is wonderful. I first rented my storage space for overflow from my house, everyone was great with getting that unit all set up. Then when I needed an place to keep my classic car they have spaces for that! I was amazed because it was an non-climate controlled unit as you would expect, but it was an actual unit and not a space outside, like the other storage companies have, the other storage companies don’t have indoor storage for anything like a classic car.And to top it off there are two awesome reasons to rent from Extra Space Storage.1. The cost is by far cheaper than any of the others.2. The staff has always been awesome! Erica in the Pasadena Office on Mountain Road couldn’t be nicer and so professional. You feel like you have an awesome friend in her!I couldn’t recommend Extra Space any more highly than I do!Thank you Erica for all the help and being proactive with me. It means the world!💕💕

I had to move from a large apartment to a much smaller one year and half ago. This Extra Space location was right up the street to where I moved. They offered the best selection and price, extremely nice friendly and helpful office personnel. Very secure and clean place and the only reason I left is because I moved further away. I HIGHLY recommend this company and location.

Louise is the kindest most accommodating person ever! I moved from Maine to Maryland and there was no way for me to get there by the end of business Saturday. My moving truck had to be returned Monday morning by 9am not leaving enough time to move in that morning. Louise went out of her way to make a trip to the office and set me up on her day off knowing my situation. You cannot find that kindness or quality customer care/concern much at all anymore. I can’t brag on her enough and if you are lucky enough to work with her for your rental needs you are very lucky!

Need to store some things for a few months. Dante was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The facility is clean. Just watch out when you go there as there is not an entrance on Mountain Road. The entrance is on Long Hill.

I just rented my unit so I cant say much about how its ran but it seems very clean, organized, and professional. I had the pleasure of signing my lease with LaDante Collins and I couldnt be happier! He made me feel very confident in my choice of storage facilities. I really feel as though they care for their customers on an almost unprecedented level for this day and age. This particular location is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have seen. The customer service was exceptional, it makes you feel like you have known the manager for years. Dante was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. I was able to move out quickly and find myself saddened that I wont walk into a welcoming smile, every time I need my Christmas decorations.

I got a job relocation and needed to move in a hurry for a job relocation. All of my stuff would not make it to NJ where I now reside. So I had to purchase storage space.I’ve rented space from other storage places before, but let me tell you that Extra Space Storage is the cleanest, most well lit facility I’ve ever been too. Additionally the security is top notch. I know I won’t have to worry about my stuff here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I was not sure what size unit to get and the staff was really helpful and patient while I decided.

The Staff is always helpful. They work with you on move out dates so you only pay for what you need, if you notify before the billing cycle.

After reading reviews on this facility, I decided to give it a try due to all the great reviews about Craig and the service. I went today to look at space and it was exactly the way the reviews had described. Great customer service and to top it off the most amazingly clean facility that I have ever seen. Its a great feeling to know that your stored items will be well looked after and in such a clean environment!

Today was very stressful for me, first time having to move without family support and to a new city and state, but Store Manager, Edwin Atencio has taken customer service to a whole new level. He was able to meet my moving and storage needs while being mindful of cost to me. Was also able to provide names and addresses of other local stores that I inquired about. Im walking out of Extra Space a lot better than I walked in thanks to Edwin and team. 5 stars are not enough today to rate the level of service I received.
