Very pleasant experience had no trouble getting or vacating the unit. Facility was very clean at all times. The supervisor was always available and willing to help.

This has saved my life several times. Devin is great to work with...friendly, fair, and professional. Place is well maintained and clean. Climate controlled storage is the way to go...after 8 months in storage everything was just like was when I put it in. I will definitely uses Life Storage again when the need arises.

Our first time to try and rent a storage here. Met both Ted and Kelli when we walked in the door. Both are professional and know what they are talking about. This facility is clean and spotless. Access is also easy now that we have rented our storage unit. Cant wait to start unloading the garage since Harvey. Give this location a try, you wont be mistaken.

My family and I love the crew over at Life Storage 255! We have been with them in some capacity for over 10 years. Ted and all of the staff have always been super friendly and helpful over all those years. We really enjoy the knowledgeable and kind staff at Life Storage and appreciate all the years they have been at this location. The staff is amazing and the facility is top notch. We would definitely recommend this particular Life Storage location 255!

Ive been storing here for 10-15 years. I recently decided to downgrade from a 10x30 to a 5x5, and Kelli was extremely helpful in the whole process. I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but the customer service kept me at this location. Price was still competitive. Kelli was very accommodating and helpful as I emptied out my unit over the course or several months. So much better than the old management. Thank you for a great experience!

The staff at this location is incredible, I really feel like Im well taken care of. Of course Ive been with them for 4 or more years and they have always treated me like a new client always very informative. Ted the manager is a definitely a great manager as the property is clean, he is always checking people coming and going and watching out for our safety. He is very firm but understanding and always offers service with a smile. A great manager and his team is great as well, a true leader.

Kelli was kind & inviting. Put me at ease when closing out my storage. I had my stuff in the space for years & it was like stepping into a time capsule. That’s how well they maintain the space.

They were great to deal with when I needed extra space after we sold my parents house but the real test came when my Mother in law had a fire. They went above and beyond to get her the space she needed at an awesome rate. They were so good to her during such a scary time. Would recommend them any time. Clean secure helpful, just plain nice folks.

The lady was nice and SUUUUUUPER informative! I mean, she told us everything, ABOUT IT ALL! The location was ideal and the price was good, compared to other climate controlled storage facilities in the area, for the same sized unit. Happy with everything. 👍👍

I rented my storage with them for about 6 months and never had a problem. They are very helpful and kind always attentive to my needs from the beginning. The place is very well kept and could not have found a better secure location to store my belongings. Really recommend Uncle Bobs on Fairmont.

We have really enjoyed using Life Storage as our #1 choice for storage!! We love that it is climate controlled so that everything in storage stays in good condition! The best incentive for making this your place for a storage unit is the cargo van that they allow you to use to get your items to the storage! Its a big help and helps save on the amount of trips you make, all you have to do is return it with a full tank of gas once youre done. They also have plenty of different sizes of units that fit everyones price range.

Great people to work with. I went to get a truck to do my move-in and they didnt have the panel van as indicated on the LifeStorage web site...I have a hard time driving the big box truck. They said theyre waiting to get their van but that I could use their sister-stores van...cool! They called and got me set up. (Their sister store is at the end of the back entrance to Best Buy at Fairmont & Beltway 8.)
