This was seriously the nicest storage place I have ever been to! Both employees that we met were really friendly, informative and helpful. The inside office was really nice! And it even gave an example of the sizes of the storage facilities inside where it was nicely air conditioned! Great customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a well-run, clean facility! Parking is ample and its easy to get in and out of the facility quickly. Even now when I just have to throw something in my unit or take something out, its always fast and easy. There are many good-sized dollies by the elevator that you can use to move your belongings up and down the elevator. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly. Bailey was very warm and helped get me my unit. I would definitely recommend Storbox to a friend!

Climate-controlled indoor storage, easy to access for storage unit renters and thorough surveillance for safety. Plenty of dolly carts available for transporting your stuff from car to unit and back. Great location and reasonable pricing for East Pasadena residents. I appreciated that they put prices up on website for available units before I called to purchase. Owner helped guide our trailer in when unloading which helped make the moving-in experience a breeze!

We really enjoyed the overall experience at Storbox. We were looking for a large storage unit and Scott and Lien were both there to help answer all our questions and concerns. Our experience getting set up at Storebox has been great! Lien, our storage counselor, was so helpful and accommodating. I had chosen a certain sized storage unit and she suggested a different size that would better suit our needs. She was correct! She showed us around the facility and helped us with the easiest ways to get to our particular unit. She was very welcoming. The Storebox facility is exactly what I was hoping for. The units are climate controlled and feel very secure. I am happy with the choice to use this facility.

The sign up process was super easy and they actually worked with me. The facility is always super clean and the workers are always friendly and nice! Secure, clean self storage. Rates have increased with strong demand for storage and few space vacancies. Parking lot can be crowded on weekends, and one may have to wait for elevator to access upper floors. They sell locks and storage supplies, rent shelves and even have local truck rental for move-in use available.

Definitely the cleanest and most well kept Storage Spaces! I was in a pickle and in the middle of a transcontinental move; so I called Storbox and Lyn over the phone (just before closing) helped with dates and even found me the perfect size storage space and saved me $100s over the next few months. I signed all the documentation with Sarah the next day and I was all moved in after that. The facilities really are great, the customer service is amazing, and Im definitely happy with my decision to use STORBOX.

I’ve tried out quite a few storage facilities over the years and STORBOX is definitely among the best. For one thing, there is always someone at the desk during its hours of operation. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. When I first called, Sarah patiently and professionally answered all my questions. You don’t have to wait around for help or call down empty corridors, hoping someone will turn up. Carts were readily available, and when I needed a stepladder, I was given one to borrow immediately.The facility and units are always at a comfortable temperature . . . cool but not cold, which is great when you’re working in one and very important if you plan on keeping anything temperature-sensitive in the unit. The premises are immaculately clean and well organized. And the free use of their van for move-in was extremely helpful and much less hassle than renting one. Additionally, the property seems to be very secure and safe—make sure to memorize your access code because you’ll need it to open the gate and use the elevator.The only complaint I have is that it was pretty crowded on the Saturday I moved everything in, and since there’s only one elevator in the building, there was some traffic waiting for it to arrive. I’ve been back a few times since and it was much less crowded, so my guess is that this was just because it was a Saturday night and everyone was rushing to finish up before the place closed for the evening.Moving is never a fun experience, but STORBOX made it as painless as possible. They are a little pricier than other places, but in this case, you get what you pay for (especially with the use of their van). I will certainly use their services again the next time I need a storage space in the area.

I would have given a five star rating but when I came to reserve a space, the first time, and indicated that I was moving a 2 bedroom home with large appliances, formal dining room and china cabinet I was offered a size so small that once my furniture was inside the space the storage door would not open. I relied on their expertise to ensure I had room for all of my belongings. I decided to go back again anyway. I still needed additional storage. Lien was attentive and professional. She was knowledgeable about all products and confident that my issue could be resolved, I believed her and the issue was resolved. Awesome customer service!

StorBox is by the far the best storage facility that I have used. It was recommended to by a good friend who assured me that my belongings would be safe. Dawn was very helpful and patient as she showed me multiple units to help find the right one for my family. I was very impressed with how well lit each floor is. That gave me an added sense of security for whenever I would be accessing my unit. The climate controlled environment was also an added plus and insurance for our personal belongings. After reading reviews for STORBOX online, I stopped by to tour the facility. The staff, specifically Sarah, was very helpful explaining the options and showed me the units available. The 10x10 units I viewed (and ultimately rented one) are in a new building, all is very clean with no visible dust or pests (moths, etc.) and it is secure with cameras, gates and passcode entry. There is plenty of parking, and they have a van I will use to move my things into the storage unit, and Ill only pay for mileage. The showroom is great too, providing a visual of the spaces available and all types of packing materials at fair market prices. I have never rented a storage unit before, so this was a new experience for me, but an excellent one so far. The term of the lease is month-to-month and at a great value with insurance (covers up to $2500) and 2 storage racks ($9/month each) to help keep the space organized. The best storage spot! It is extremely clean and well kept. I love the keypad security feature and feel my stuff is well secured here. The space is also air contained which is important to me to keep my items from the California heat. Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s local with easy access during the week and weekends. They also have moving carts, dollies and locks on sight which makes it very convenient when moving things into your unit. They are also many cameras on sight and tight security which makes me feel confident that my belongings are safe.

Storage units can be expensive in LA but Storbox manages to maintain pretty competitive pricing on par with some of the big chain storage facilities in the area. Also, the unit is clean and tidy. You wont find the upper unit that needs to climb on a huge ladder to manage.Lien helps me with my move-in. Shes professinal and explain everything.

I was looking for a storage space that didn’t cost an arm and a leg and still had ampleSecurity and cleanliness and this place has it all.Sarah is absolutely amazing in going over different options that may fit your needs and or budget and even when presenting other options there’s never the pressure of the upsell,’she presents your options and leaves it up to the customer rather than making you feel pressured to add a bunch of things you most likely don’t need. They are very secure with cameras everywhere and a secured access code for each tenant. Even though I live in hollywood, this place is well worth the commute.

Storbox has a great storage facility with very clean units. They allow temporary use of their moving van for FREE which was super convenient for my move. Although prices are not the absolute lowest in Pasadena, the easy and prompt customer service is worth it imo.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding to view Storboxs facilities in person. They were offering half-off the first two months rent which is a great discount. Sarah took my call and when I arrived she gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the available storage unit. She also gave me tips on how to place items in the unit to maximize the space, and was very helpful and friendly. I signed a lease right away and have come back several times to bring items to my unit. The place is really clean and the climate-controlled aspect is really nice during the hot summer and better for your stored belongings.

Just finished storing all of my 1 bedroom apartment belongings in one of their 6 x 10.5 units. Great experience so far.Scott was helpful and kind during the initial call. Then Sarah was just as helpful and kind when I went in to check out the place. Clean and modern looking office as well as clean and well kept storage units and hallways.If I had to complain about one thing... it would be the elevators entryway. I wish it was a bit wider. I found myself sometimes having to do a little bit of tetris to get stuff in/out of the elevator.Overall, I would highly recommend this storage place and it will definitely remain at the top of my list whenever I need a storage unit in the years to come.

This facility is VERY VERY impressive! It is by far, the BEST storage company I have ever seen! What makes it even more pleasant is its wonderful staff! The facility is well-built, clean, and safe. I have no qualms storing things there. The bathrooms are clean, and they provide heavy-duty dollies for moving things around. They will also lend you a truck when you move in, although I think you have to pay for it if youre moving out.What I dont like is that they continue to increase the prices without providing additional service. Im paying about $100 more than I was two years ago, and access is only available during business hours that are no longer than they were then. Other facilities nearby have 24/7 access. That would be nice, considering what they charge.

Very clean place, staff very friendly and helpful

My family has used Storbox multiple times because its a clean, well maintained facility and your belongings are safely protected with surveillance. The storage units are fully enclosed by walls so nobody can see inside. The staff is great, Sarah helped us recently and she had superb customer service.Only downside is you do not have 24 hour access to your unit. That makes it difficult on moving day when it takes a lot of time to load everything into a van, drive to StorBox, maybe make multiple trips, and then figure out how to fit everything inside the unit before the facility closes.

My first time using self storage. Ive always feared it because my relatives who used it always claimed to have been broken into and lost things. However, they made sure that I know that the place is highly secure, and the reception was very welcoming for new users. Athena was particularly helpful, and I will most certainly return for my other needs.

Its a nice storage facility with security and air conditioning. The website is well-designed and they have good promotions. The prices are reasonable. The hours during which you can access your unit are pretty limited, so make sure they will work for you. The person who showed me around, Athena, was very friendly and professional. Id recommend talking with her! She answered all of my questions and was very patient. They are VERY STRICT with their free moving truck. Even though we had to wait a while for someone to help us fill out the paperwork for the truck, they refused to allow us an extra 15 minutes on the return time. There seems to be very few staff in the office, so dont expect to be helped right away.

I have had a great experience with STORBOX. After my unit was broken into while at a popular storage company, I needed to put the remaining items that weren’t stolen in a safe place. I went by STORBOX to take a look. The staff was excellent and Athena was very helpful. That same day, I brought my remaining items to be stored. The property is very safe and clean. I have used several storage facilities before, but I’ve never seen one like this. This is the best storage facility I’ve ever seen, with modern administrative system and excellent staff. “I’ve been working here for 9 years, and there was no theft.” Lien said this. I was like” OMG, I can’t believe this place has been running for over 9 years, I thought it was built last year since it looks new, fancy, and beautiful. Clean and temperature controlled facility with many economical storage options. They are taking COVID-19 precautions such as distancing and cleaning. We used their van which was clean.

Sarah was very welcoming. I am a first time renter and she provided me with all the information to get started. She’s very professional yet so comfortable to talk with plus she’s very good at selling! I always like when a business can pitch AND sale me their product; just shows me how much they care about their customers and how much they really know about their product. The price is a little expensive, but you’re paying for the security of your belongings, so I can’t complain. I would recommend Storbox to anyone. The only thing that I dislike is the elevator. It’ll be in the middle of taking me up when someone on ground floor requests it, so it’ll stop and go back to the ground floor instead of unloading me first. Not to big of a deal, just a little irritating. At the end of the day I’m happy that my belongings are safe and sound. That’s the point, right?

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with STORBOX. The front staff was very welcoming and Lien helped us out through the whole process. Everything was clearly explained, we were given a full tour of the facility, and she showed us the unit that we ended up getting. They have hand carts to transfer large furniture and a van onsite to help with moving. I highly recommend STORBOX!

This is my first time ever using a storage place. Found storbox through google and decided to try because the rating and location. It turned out to be right decision.Their staff were super nice and friendly. I was helped out by Lien, she provide all the detailed info I needed and also gave me a tour to my box. The storage box was is clean and well controlled in terms of camera for security and air conditioned.I am super happy with their service.

I am so glad I found this storage place. It is spotless clean, safe, and they let you borrow for no extra fees their moving truck. The first two months were at a really good price. The staff is great. Sarah was so helpful and friendly. She made such a difficult situation feel so much easier. Would definitely recommend this place.

I never had a need to use a self storage in my life, but having to downsize from a house to an apartment left me with a huge need for a place to place our things. So I didn’t know what to expect walking in to the StorBox facility. Immediately, I was greeted by Athena, who was very pleasant to talk with, and made the whole process go by smoothly as everything was clearly laid out to me. Great pricing, and even better service. I definitely would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They run a very tight business, which reassures me that my stuff will be in a facility thats well maintained and secure. I spoke to Gloria and Scott.The facilities themselves are nice. I absolutely had to have something temperature controlled and low on humidity; STORBOX has both. The security is good. There are limited hours of access, but I think this is a good thing. It eliminates the security exposure of having to maintain open access during the night.I would highly recommend this storage business if youre optimizing for:- security- professionalism- good managementPrices are okay. You can probably find better prices elsewhere, but I dont think youll get the professionalism and high quality of service youll get at STORBOX.
