I had to use the unit to organize materials. There was plenty of space although I was cold and worked with my coat on the entire time. I need a portable heater but there are no electrical outlets.

A quiet, secure-feeling storage lot for a travel trailer. Easy, reliable, secure access. Pleasant staff. Prices were on the lower end for local RV storage.

The ladies were helpful and very knowledgeable! The customer service I received was excellent! The facility is clean, alarmed and feels safe! They were extremely patient with my many questions and I am sure I made the right choice choosing this location for my storage needs!

This is the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. Its climate controlled, the floors are spotless, plenty of flatbed carts, lots of parking. Jennifer and Chyanne are the managers, and they are awesome! They answered all our questions, are polite, funny, and really sweet. I definitely recommend this facility because of all of the above. Oh did I mention its 20 years old, but looks brand new!

I am very disappointed in the way EZ storage in Pasadena is handling their customers durning the COVID-19 pandemic. They have made no accommodations/relief in regards to late/lien fees for anyone in need. People have lost jobs, love ones, and they have used this time to make sure you lose your belongings as well as they rack up on all fees possible. I have rented a unit here for almost 2 years and I referred a family member who has lost their job and they are not receiving unemployment yet or stimulus payment, that one of the employees told them to use for their lien fee. How inconsiderate and insensitive. They won’t even let them make a partial payment to soften the blow........ and keep adding fees. This is not how you treat your customers. I will be removing my storage and going else where and I have never had an issue with them, but when I heard of this it made me know I don’t want any company to profit from me and this is how they operate. Please don’t use this storage place.Everyone please stay safe during this time!!!

Take a flashlight or better yet wear one on your head. Motion sensor..timer shuts off lights every 10 minutes. You must come out of your unit and wave your hands to reactivate lights..
