This is a good store to come too. Every time Ive stopped by its always been good and easy transactions. The people their are extremely helpful when necessary. They do notary work here also, so bring your paperwork if needed. I choose to come here to get papers notarized versus my bank because its quicker. The only thing is the parking is a little tight and the entrance driveway is shared with those caffeine fiends(Starbucks customers) so becareful! Overall good experience!
If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. I needed a bunch of Christmas ornaments packed and shipped to Tennessee. Christopher helped me with the transaction over the phone. He not only kept cost reasonable, but managed to have them on my doorstep in 48 hours. All were intact and packaged very well. THANK YOU!!! Will definitely use them again in the future.
The employees here are so helpful and make you feel good. I always see the same ones so you are bound to run into them. I recommend this UPS store
10/10! They have the nicest owners and employees!!! Theyre super helpful and were more than willing to help me with an issue I was having that they werent obligated to help me with at all. I ordered 1000 postcards from UPS online, which were NOT made by this store. However when they came in, I had made a mistake with the bleed and there was white space on the sides of my post cards. This store helped me out by trimming and cutting them all down for me. They look perfect now! (1000 postcards in just a few days).Im not sure what the bad reviews are about but I would guess they are from the many difficult, impossible to please people in this world!
I waited in line as the “owner” Keith yelled at a customer. He was completely unprofessional and kept stating he owned UPS. It’s so sad to have people think they can disrespect people like this. I had Christopher assist me and he was very nice. He could teach Keith a thing or two on customer service.
The older woman that works there needs to be re evaluated and not be put in the front, this was not my 1st time were i had a bad experience because of her sarcasm, little unnecessary comments and negative energy. One of my products wasnt scanning bc i my printer just happened to not print it accurately(the other product did scan thou) and she proceeded by saying i feel bad for that little printer and for whoever printed that out. That comment was so unnecessary and rude,I dont have to sit here and defend myself but I have a perfectly well maintained printer. I decided to grab my things and leave I dont plan on coming back to this UPS location, but I thought that the management should know about the experience I hadDate occurred: October 12 @ 9am
Walked in with Amazon Box in the Amazon shipping bag. They scanned app QR code and told me to keep the reciept in case Amazon lost the package.As good as my Louetta UPS Store.I think these other complainers dont read the Amazon instructions. You cant just drop off a hot salad and demand ups box it for you.
Keith and Chris run a phenomenal business. I ship all my business out-going’s through them and have always received great customer service. They’ve also printed my artwork on 100lb. card-stock and given suggestions on improving my products. Love these guys! Thank you!
UPS will sell you 2nd day air, but if it doesnt arrive on time youre just SOL. Youre better off getting cheaper shipping from the US Postal service. At least they dont sell you cheap service a a premium price. Dont use UPS.
BEWARE!!! They will try to rip you off!! Brought an Amazon box in to ship, clearly stated on the Amazon QR code that The UPS store would package and ship for me. Keith an employee who clearly seemed to be having a bad day said I would need to pay $4 to tape the box up. A roll of tape would cost $4.29 and it needed maybe 1 or 2 strips of tape, not to reiterate the FACT that Amazon said the UPS store would package it for me and I even provided the box. Will NOT come back again, horrible experience
I deal with many UPS stores in my work. Im so glad this is right across the street and I use it for personal. The staff is always nice and professional and it is by far the best UPD store Ive ever done business with!

The owner Christopher is rude and condescending.It is unacceptable for you to purposely instigate and to be purposefully rude.Its not without purpose. Ive had interactions with you multiple times. Apparently so have others. I stand by what I said. Rude and condescending right off the bat. Even if you have a mail box with them they wont put your mail inside it. You have to call, apparently theyre 100% devoid of logic and hospitality. This location is 110% awful.
I walked in with a Nike box & the girl that works there was so rude and not helpful at ALL. I was unable to print a label because she didn’t know how or couldn’t direct me. She then told me I needed a box for my box like basically telling me that I needed to have it ready to go! I’m thinking isn’t this what y’all do here? Help print labels and package stuff? I was very frustrated and will not return to that location again. This was Tuesday (07/20/2021) evening at about 6pm.
After leaving the FedEx store because they can’t insure a package for more than $1000, I went to the UPS store to ship my package. I was already upset and frustrated over issues involving the package 📦. Christopher, Geri, and Karen did an amazing job of calming me down and getting things taken care of. They even helped me unpack the box to put it in a sturdier box. They were all very helpful and kind. I will always do my shipping from this location. Thank y’all sooo much!! 😊👍🏻
Poor customer service. Had I not been standing there for 2 minutes it would have been before 3 which was your closing time . There were still customers inside the store . They then sent one of the customers out to me to tell me they were closed . A CUSTOMER ! This isnt the first time ive had poor service from this location which is why I decided to write the review now .This is the same location that will charge $3 for ONE piece of tape . No other ups location does that . The men in here have attitudes far worse than any woman Ive met . So yeah this is a reflection on YOUR customer service which is poor .Have a fantastic day !
The owner told me they have nothing to do with the amazon return which I dropped it off, As they are just an agent of UPS, after they gave it to the UPS driver, they have nothing to do with it. That is not right and He is very rude. No one should ever do business with rude owner . My wife went to get a box to ship some toys to her niece. The male employee has 0 customer service skills. When my wife gestured the size of the box he told her he doesnt do hand sizes. We dont work in shipping and dont know sizes. He could have been more helpful.
Make sure your box is properly taped. They will make you buy a whole roll.

The owner who I talked to about my package being lost was very rude and condescending. There’s no need to talk down to paying customers when inquiring about the missing package. UPS 1800 customer service kept telling me to reach out to the local store and all three times I was talked to as if I was beneath him. First and last time I go here.
Hands down the best UPS Store I ever been to. Keith and Chris keep this place running smooth, and are very professional. They have always done their best to handle any issue I come across when shipping, and they always give the best advice if they cant fix the issue.They also support other local businesses which is a huge plus since I am a small business myself.
Will not be coming to this location again. I’ve always had the nicest, most pleasant, and polite UPS employees take care of me when I come in. Today I walked into this location a gentleman named Christopher walked up to the counter, I say “hello” out of habit and just because I have manners, Christopher completely ignores me, I was quite shocked not only did you not greet me upon reaching the counter, but you ignore my hello and don’t even bother making eye contact. No acknowledgement what so ever. Takes my 2 packages and needles to say not a thank you, come back, or have a good day, when our transaction was completed. Wow. First time experiencing this level of awful customer service skills.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent manager/ owner (Christopher). He was so condescending and rude. Only because hes incompetent doesnt mean everyone else is.I highly recommend customer service training and possibly cultural diversity training too. Needless to say, his store will never get my business again.
I decided to preorder 2K21 a couple of weeks ago for it to come in on September 4th, but the earliest that it will now come in, at the earliest, September 8th. It says that it was shipped the third even though the game wasn’t even released then. Nice one ups. I would really appreciate some help in getting a refund of some sorts because this customer service is atrocious and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. 😡😡😡😡
I absolutely love this UPS store. I am a Amazon shopper And I make frequent returns and it doesnt matter how many times I come in Karen and Chris are so helpful. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
Have been using UPS for years, always a great experience however this may be the last time I use this location.The other locations I’ve been to, I have been greeted very friendly, and today I wasn’t. I generally ship and return items and have used many of the locations including this one, and I have Never been charged from them to put a label or for them to put take on a package, however today I was. It was also someone I have never seen at this location, maybe he was new ...I asked him why I’m being charged this time, and that it should be listed on the website. He said each UPS is individually owned and they can do what they want ... not really something they should tell their clients ...The other two staff members that are usually here are extremely friendly and very helpful.
Ive always had a great experience at this store! It has the best of both worlds...the efficiency and speed of a national brand but the customer service of a small town shop. Just recently they fulfilled a VERY important rush order for me. I highly recommend this location!

Very poor customer service especially from the owner. This will be the last time I use this location! All the UPS locations I have visited they where very friendly and professional except this location. The owner was very rude and tried to charge me 3 dollars to put tape on one single box if he had a better attitude I would have paid it. Please dont every stop here unless you like bad customer service and a rude owner. UPS in Deer Park amazing customer service.
My husband went into the UPS store to return an Amazon package. He did not know he needed the Amazon tracking number, since I usually handle these things. When he asked the UPS employee how to return the item, the employee told my husband Im sure youll figure it out. Not very helpful or good customer service. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.My husband asked for help, but the employee was not helpful!

I used UPS on Fuqua for a very important overnight delivery. I called the next day about a concern that I had. After multiple attempts to reach them (no phone pick up, no voicemail machine, nothing) I called the PASADENA/FAIRMOUNT location. KAREN, at that Pasadena location was so gracious not only did she help me with my question, she called me back an hour later to let me knowthat my package was delivered. THANK YOU!
Really unprofessional people, never come back to this location they said my package was lost, that they cant do anything.
The store owner kicked me out because I have a disability. I tried to speak with him, but he refused to even speak with me, and then he took my box away from me and refused to give it back for 30 seconds until I firmly insisted that he let go of my box. He also refused to give me the corporate number.It’s sad that in 2020 a business owner would feel free to discriminate against customers with disabilities, but that is exactly what happened.
This place is clean, smart, and super efficient. My experience there is always quick and worry free. Christopher is super quick and polite.
I have had great service with the staff in here. They are very friendlyAnd can seem to make you laugh or smile. Very nice friendly place.

The two workers that were there were so happy, friendly, and a joy to talk to :) Christopher was very nice and helpful!! The other guy was nice as can be too!! I enjoyed talking and laughing with them! I will definitely be back!

Great UPS Store! In addition to shipping they also provide a variety of services - faxing, shredding, printing, and notary, to name a few. They also have nice greeting cards and a few basic office supplies. You may not get big box store pricing but certainly reasonable by most standards. This store is in a great location with easy access (doesnt hurt that Starbucks is their next door neighbor). The owner and staff are both friendly and professional. A winning combination! Definitely recommending to family and friends!
My absolute favorite shipping store from the day the first opened. Incredibly kind. Incredibly helpful. Wish every store had staff like the skilled, polite and charming staff at the UPS store on Fairmont Parkway and Rhodes.

Horrible experience today visiting this UPS location, customer service was extremely poor the Manger/Owner Keith Blaze was upset since the moment I walked in, he had the worst customer service I have ever experienced to the point he instructed me to take my business else where in front of other customers. He was talking in a loud manner to the point where it seemed as if he was screaming making me feel uncomfortable and extremely embarrassed as others where watching. I asked for my item back that I wanted to ship and grabbed a business card to file a complaint to my amazement the person who helped me turned out to be the Manger/Owner Keith Blaze. Then they wonder why businesses close down, its simple poor service.

Needed to return ship a package out that contained a defective item. Manufacturer had emailed me a UPS return label and this store refused to print it out so I could ship the package. Bad customer service and poor representation of UPS as a whole in my opinion.
So now UPS is charging for box tape
