Best customer service I have ever received from the guys here, outstanding job with helping me get all the right parts for my alternator and finding out how to replace some wiring for it. Didnt just watch me from inside but came outside to see if I was okay, my 10 year old son was I like this place better, they help you dad. If youve checked every other parts store in town and they dont have what you need, these people may have it but its hard to get them to answer the phone. Also when someone does answer the phone, they are usually an inexperienced person and you will be on the phone for a while trying to get the information you need.

Of all things a auto parts store has. My 74 year old Mother wanted deer whistles for her car. Not only did they have them, they had several to choose from. The people treated my Mom like family. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service. Saturday July 29th 2017I am a current Napa employee and i stopped there to see if I could check my hours and pickup some parts on the way to my familys cabin . But boy these people were rude . All I was trying to do was check my hours and give a fellow Napa auto parts a sale. I know its a non corporate store. Still just trying to support my team.
