Viri was excellent. She listened to me and gave me a great haircut. The head massage when she washed my hair was worth the trip alone.

They gave my daughters some great haircuts. It has been a while since I have been there.

Horrible customer service skill! The young lady at the front desk didn’t know how to pronounce my name and actually said oh are you umm Z something whatever you name is. Super rude. If you don’t know how to pronounce someone’s name their is a polite was to say that.

This is my favorite place to get a haircut and today I came in to get 4 inches off. Sam did my haircut and she was so nice, gentle, and did such an amazing job. All these workers are amazing at their job.

Everyone is so sweet and gentle. Absolutely darling! Constantly telling me what theyre doing, and asking me what I would prefer. They got me in within a few hours notice, and got it perfectly. I loved this salon, and I dont know if Im ever leaving it!

The administration at this school absolutely sucks. There are some teachers that are really good but it might as well be ran by kindergarteners. They dont know what they are doing and seem to just be there for a check to take home. Would not recommend going to school here.

(This has my husbands name..lol.) The service is very friendly and Cassidie took her time to understand what I wanted with my hair. The instructor was readily available to supervise and answer questions. I really like the end result!

My son loves coming here. He likes it better than sports clips. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.

I attended American Beauty Academy for a year and graduated. There was a lot of communication problems, instructor issues, and we were misguided. I started working at a salon and my technique I learned from school is not what it’s supposed to be. Every cosmetologist that I have talked to has seen my technique and said it is wrong or not efficient. I definitely would look into different schools. Not mad at all just very very disappointed.

Went to get a cut and color and could not have had a better experience! Angela was thorough and patient with me and my questions. We went from dark brown to light ash blonde and she never got discouraged! Would definitely come back!

The service was great. All of the people were nice and friendly. My stylist Amanda took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even though the appointment went into her lunch hour.

I brought my mother here to get her hair done. I had never been here, but its close to her home. The girls here are amazing. We were 15 minutes late, but they still got us right in. Her stylist payed very close attention to what she wanted and is making magic happen. Will definitely come again if Im in town.

I love American Beauty Academy. Everyone is friendly and the students are fantastic. I get my hair colored there and they do such a great job that people think its my natural color. The cuts are awesome. The students are supervised so I have never walked out of there with a bad cut. I highly recommend them!

Fun experience! Every one was exceptionally kind and friendly. I was quite taken with the pleasantly eased and friendly environment. I have no complaints. The student who helped me was gentle, sweet, and key to making my experience so enjoyable as she patiently answered every question I had and adapted to my modified decisions as we went on. She did so with fluent efficiency and a cheerful smile, seemingly unfazed by my indecision. Im generally on edge in such places but the process couldnt have been easier.

Ive gotten my hair cut here for awhile now and I really like this place. Ive tried some different mens styles, sometimes short and sometimes a longer cut, and theyve done great every time. It is students cutting your hair, but they all do a good job and the instructors always check up on us. Like any service oriented business, dont be afraid to speak up and say what youd like. They seem eager to make sure youre happy with your look before you leave. I know Im definitely not going anywhere else for hair cuts. Its a great price, great service, and Ive never been disappointed.

I love this School!! As an almost graduate, I have to say Ive found myself, thanks to the environment and education! Ive found many friends that I will take with me throughout my life! The education is top notch by far! Small school gives excellent one on one time with instructors and clients! I love the environment of being able to be open about questions and concerns! they have your best interest in mind 24/7! Have been going to this salon for a while now. Like 5+ years because everyone I get as a stylist is so wonderful. I leave super happy with my hair. There was only once when I happened to dislike the way on of the girls cut my hair and they allowed me to come back in free of charge for it to be fixed. Plus this place has the lowest costs ever! Making an appointment soon.

What happened to this place? It use to be good but there are either lack of instructors or just bad instructors. Horribly blotchy dye job, ended up looking like a neon zebra.

I went to a different beauty school before I came to American Beauty Academy in Payson Utah. I honestly can say that the school I attended at before ABA was a total disappointment. If your going to go to beauty school, I highly recommend American Beauty Academy. Its the best school to go to. They treat everyone the same, and its not only just a school. Its home. I couldnt be more impressed by how well the teachers at ABA taught me. I feel so educated! When a new client comes in, I feel confident, because my teachers taught me everything I know. I love American Beauty Academy, and I know everyone else who wants to do hair will to!! One more thing that I LOVE about ABA, is how organized and clean it is. It makes working on clients alot easier when you know where everything is. School at ABA is so amazing when you have the best teachers and staff out there! Dont start beauty school without checking out ABA!ABA ROCKS!!!
