Was nice, but I wanted a plug in for my kitchen. All they had was mainly holiday ones which I didnt want or very basic.

The mgr and her staff was very welcoming...They made my online order return a breeze with no hassle..I will definitely shop there during the holidays!!!🦋

I absolutely love the store at the Avenue, in PTC. All the ladies working there are smiling and ready to help. The one thing I dont like is they have new scents all the time and I want to buy them all :-)

I went to bath and body works for semi annual sale. They werent too busy this morning. It is a nice store and very clean. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

I was able to swap out some wall flower fragrances for one particular scent i liked so well. No hassle, no questions asked!! Love this store!😍

Love this standalone store amazing service. I take a 20 minute ride to this store because of the amazing service. The store in The Fayetteville Pavillion is a HOT MESS... The ladies always seem to have an Attitude. Not all but most. It’s been better in the pass month.

My experience today was very weird and awkward. The ladies were staring at me and my daughters as if we didnt belong. They were not helpful very rude and not inviting at all. Please train your staff on better customer service skills.

Was there last Wednesday 1-22-21....and I must I was so pleased with my WHOLE experience from the GREAT products you provide to the 2 amazing young women that were running the entire store I . Cannot wait to revisit!!!

I received such great service at Bath & Body at The Avenue. Brooke and Tiana both provided excellent service. I couldn’t find a scent of wallflower that I really love, and Tiana took time to lookup the scent and spent time looking through the store trying to find the few wallflowers that were left of the scent. Brooke took care of me at the register and was very patient and friendly. Service like this means a lot to me. Thank you so much for making me feel seen and providing such fabulous service!🙏💕

The store was clean. Courtey seemed to not be busy as I stood in a line with ONE PERSON in front of me, she stood over to the side on her phone and never offered to check me out or help her associate who had already checked out 2 customers...so the whole time I stood waiting she played on her phone, until she decided to ask me if I was ready to check out, she knew I was ready, but what she had going on with her phone was worth more than my time! She needs to learn she is there because of customers, w/o customers she doesnt have a job..very immature. As a supervisor I had zero tolerance for people that didnt come to work to work..

If you need soaps of any scent flavor combination dolled out in lathers or bars this is the place to go. I mean they have so much its like the store was designed just for body washing substances. Again if you need soap go here. Some friendly well meaning 15 year old will help you pick out just the right concoction to catch your next man with that amorous odor enticement. All those soaps Amazing Im certainly not at a loss for words though.They have candles too!!!
