So there are so many Walgreens stores through out the area. But I picked this one because they had Covid19 test appointments available. Boy was that a mistake. It has been 6 days and still no results. I called yesterday and they said I would get the results that day. Nope, and now today they tell me there was a problem with the lab not taking the samples in and that I should get the results soon. I have already gone to another Walgreens in the next over town and had testing done and got the results within the 72 hours. It has been 120 hours at this Walgreens and nothing.
When you need your prescriptions fast, you can count on this Walgreens to take 1.5 hours to fill them.Seriously, this is the slowest pharmacy I have used bar none. Long time to fill prescriptions, long time to actually speak to someone (and be told to wait another 45 minutes for “reasons”).
Had a Covid 19 test Sunday. Was told results would be emailed in 24-72 hours. It is now 100 hours later and no results. I’m living with a person who recently had a stem cell transplant and is immunocompromised. Wish I had waited and gone to the health department where I received results in 24 hours in the past.
I have found this pharmacy completely incompetent & inadequate. It seems that very few of the pharmacy staff can read prescriptions in order to fill them. As soon as I begin to have any sense of trust in them, they resume at failing the very customers who pays their salaries. This has also been the status quo at CVS. I was told my rd would be ready for pick up on March 9. That was the date my insurance would pay. I got 2 autommated calls on the 9th & 10th, telling me my rd was ready to pick up. I go to the drive thru. 3 cars in front of me. Its ok. No hurry. Busy time of day. My turn. Nothing for me. I proceed to tell what all Ive had to do so far. I was told to drive around the building to get back in line. No. I will not. I was told it was ready on the 9th. I was calledI was told to drive around, again. I will not. I waited for my turn, I was told it was ready. It is my turn & I am not moving anywhere till I have my rd. I was told that they would have to call the manager. Fine. Manager was apprised of the situation. She picked up the phone & I told her the same thing. Tech came back & had my rd. I paid, thinking it was not the correct price. At home, I checked on what I usually pay. Normally $8.44. Today, I was charged $23.?? odd. My ins was NOT APPLIED WHICH WAS THE VERY REASON I HAD TO WAIT TO PICK IT UP! WHAT IS WRONG HERE? THIS IS NO WHERE NEAR THE FIRST TIME THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM. ONE OF MY DOCTORS HAS HAD TO CALL & DPEAK WITH A PHARMACIST ABOUT HOW TO READ A RX....LAST WEEK, THEY MISREAD A RX & DENIED MY MEDICATION...SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY AMISS WITH SOME OF YOUR PHARMACY PERSONNEL. THIS MUST BE LOOKED INTO BEFORE THEY CAUSE A TRAJEDY..
I got a yummy sandwich 6 inch Sub with Turkey, Roast Beef, Pepperoni, Light Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Chipotle Sauce, Light Drizzle of Ranch, 6oz. of White Wine Vinegar, Stir for 20 minutes, baked and toasted for 4 minutes, $7.99
To the EXTREMELY rude practitioner in the clinic:I have many examples I could list about why you are not fit for your profession, but I will just leave it at: you need to spend A LOT of time working on your bedside manner. As someone who gets nervous about going to the doctor (ESPECIALLY since this was my first time going alone), the fact that I walked out mid appointment sobbing should be enough to tell you how rude you were to me. You may want to consider a new profession.
Changed to CVS and what a difference. I got tired of the bad service, the waiting for the prescriptions after they said it was ready in an hour and two hours later I still had to wait and even feel i was annoying the employee.
I want to extend a huge Thank You to Patrick and Tora for their services was nothing less than outstanding! They both have assisted me with my photos and provided timely services. I thank you for your passion and customer services.Levi Que
The comp system is down for last 3 weeks. Can only pay with cash. How can Walgreens not have techsupport backing them up? Walgreens should be paying the customers for all this inconvenience they are causing us!
Not able to get anybody to pick up the phone, on hold for 45min .
Thank you to the always pleasant Tora, for helping me with an old photo.
Iris in the clinic was amazing. Best of the best!
Every time I use this location my Rx are never ready even after all day and being told they are ready. I had a Rx for my very sick infant called in at 10am, it was still not ready by 5pm. This was after I called to confirm it was ready and drove 30 mins to this location.
Great service in the photo department! Thank you Patrick.
Drive through might as well be a parking lot. Just put parking spaces on the side of the building it will save your customers time. Or ask your customers who are just sitting at the window to pull around or to the side so others who planned ahead can have a convenient experience.
Years ago I left Walgreens in PTC due to their Pharmacy employees, they are some of the worse! I went next door to Rite Aid and have been happy there ever since. Then Walgreens bought my Rite Aid. I spoke with a Walgreens rep and they assured me that their pharmacy staff has improved. Stay clear of this Walgreens! Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today is the final straw. Im searching for my needed medication which should have been called in to Walgreens from my doctors office. Needless to say I have to speak directly to a pharmacist to find out if they have it. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then the phone started ringing again somebody at Walgreens picked it up and slammed it back down in my ear and hung up on me! Im done!!! This is the worst Walgreens Ive ever had to deal with and now Ive been forced to go back to them. No thanks Ill go to the grocery store first
Always helpful and knowledgeable when I call, and helped me get my prescription filled quickly before I had to fly out of town.
The people couldn’t be nicer, but the business runs at a snails pace. Prescriptions are never ready, even if you call ahead to confirm. Even if you drop it off and they say it will be ready in an hour and you show up two hours later. It’s not possible to be any slower.... maybe they should have added more employees after they shutdown the 2 nearby rite aids.Taking my business to CVS.
I give them 4 stars! I used to be a pharmacy tech for retail and hospital. Its not easy. I am always patient with them because I know, especially now with Rite Aide patients as an added work load..it can get pretty busy and it takes a bit longer for fills. They have always greeted me with kindness, smile and some know me by name now which is AWESOME but also lets me know..I am a patient that frequents often due to all my illnesses. Not once have they disrespected me. The phamacist is very nice and if I decide to wait, they get it to me as quickly as they can. Thank you♡
Worst Walgreens in Georgia as far as the Pharmacist! ive been going to walgreens for years never had an issue. i just moved to peachtree city and have been going to this one. today i called in my prescription and spoke to a pharmacist. the employee acted as if she couldnt understand me or couldnt help me for some reason it was like i was talking to myself or speaking a different language. she then said one moment and put me on hold for 37 minutes after i had already been on hold for 19 minutes just to speak to her initially, i finally decided to hang up because there was no way i could have time to get my prescription that night. fingers crossed i make it through the night without my meds. so disappointed this is not like you guys!
When they tore down the Ruby Tuesdays to build a Walgreens next door to a Rite Aid, I swore I would never shop there. After Walgreens bought Rite Aid and closed my Rite Aid next door (which was the best pharmacy and convenience store Ive shopped in over 40 years) I was committed not to go there. Tonight I needed a prescription filled after visiting urgent care and said, what the heck and I walked into this Walgreens an hour and a half before closing. I waited for someone to assist me and after a few minutes a customer service representative said she could take me. When I set the prescription down she said you wont get it until tomorrow. I said Im in pain and she said I know but the Pharmacist is backed up. I left, went down to the CVS and got my prescription. Needless to say I will never set foot in this Walgreens again.
Rude on phone when trying to see if they carry a prescription for our pet
This stores manager is amazing. He by far gives the best customer service out of anyone ive ever met!
I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years but their service lately has been sub par. They are unable to keep up their promised wait times, phones are put on hold for 20-25 minutes and today my prescription was messed up. I hope they can fix these problems before more customers start looking for other pharmacies.
Very slow to get a prescription. Waiting in line for over an hour. 30 minutes just to drop it off then another 30 minutes to pick it up with 2 hours to fill the prescription. No concept of customer service here. This will be the last time I come here.
Friendly staff
