Dropped in today October 30th at 1pm to help my wife find some foundation. I found a worker to help us and as she was helping us select the best color match for her skin tone she dropped a bottle of the product on the floor. The bottle shattered and product went all over the place, including up my paints . No big deal, accidents happen. The bigger issue was there was no apology. No help in getting the mess cleaned up, she literally kept picking out colors as I stand there with liquid foundation running down my pants. I am eventually told there are tissues and makeup remover placed behind me if I wanted to clean up. Again accidents happen, the issue was the extreme lack of concern in the situation. I the paying customer was apparently an inconvenience. Will never shop here again if this is the attitude of their employees .

What an experience! The young lady was so helpful and kind to me. She really helped me pick the products right for me. Place was organized and clean. Will be returning and definitely recommend!

I didnt know Sephora was in PTC!I was thrilled when I saw it Having served many years in the beauty business I really appreciate the diversity in products.This is not a big store for them but it did not dissapoint.One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was the YSL product line.This is a highet end line that I would normally get in Atl.Also true of Christian Dior.I am speaking here of the make up and tteatment lines.Fragrances can be found at many locations.Another great thing.When I walked in a salesperson came up to me right away asking if I needed help.Then anothetr came over and paid me a lovely compliment.I dont care who, when, how..that just feels great.And, a keen thing to do on her part.I cant speak for all women.Stores like Sephora are like a woman s Home Depot.Its not always about covering, correecting and illusion. I find camaraderie in such places.Who doesnt love a good thing that makes them feel improved or better? Which reminds me..Sephora also has many products cruelty free, vegan and all natural ingredients. The staff is well arned with their favorites but not pushy.I had a great experiences at Sephora PTC.Its a treat to know Dior Airflash make up is minutes away along with Jo Malone fragrances etc..If u have not tried the Air flash by Dior, please do.It us an amazing concept.A ligt spray that u can apply however u choose as well as the amount.I spent the most time with Kym..She was delightful.I look forward to returning!

I was so happy with my experience at Sephora. Jojo helped me color match my foundation. She was respectful, kind, and was so thorough to make sure it was done well. Kudos, Sephora PTC!

I took my daughter to Sephora today to get her makeup done. All the ladies were very welcoming and super nice. My daughter was blown away by the end result of her makeup. She absolutely loved her experience. We WILL be back when they are doing full face makeup. Thank you again ladies!!!

Hannah was so helpful and recommended great products for me. I went in pretty close to closing time and everyone was still helpful and not rushing me at all! I got a whole new look for an upcoming photo shoot while I was there and I really love everything Hannah helped me pick out. She really knows how to pick colors very well, she got me the perfect mauve shade to match my natural lip color. 😍

I went in wanting a certain foundation but they didnt have it, I talked to one of the girls there and she recommended her fav foundation (sephora collection best skin ever) and I already love it. She was so awesome and even color matched me just from sight! P.S Theyre much more helpful than the Ulta down the street.

The other reviews of employees following you around is true. I walked in to purchase an item I had read about online. I bent down to look at it and immediately a staff came up and was very snobby and asked if I needed help. I told her I had been thinking about trying this skincare product and asked if she had any experience with it or knew of a customer who did. She said no and asked if I wanted to try it and I said I did. She grabbed it off the shelf and gave me a sample. No talking or anything. I asked again if she had information about it and she said it was hydrating. It was an expensive moisturizer so I would hope it was hydrating! I was really looking for a more professional opinion but she literally just said it was hydrating and walked away. She was clearly annoyed but I dont know why. I put it back and decided to purchase it somewhere else because I felt really unwanted at the store. Really poor customer service. I was looking to spend money that day on a nice face care set and her poor service ensured I did not spend that $150 in the store. I went to Ulta and purchased my items there. Much friendlier and really know what they are talking about. And only 5 minutes from this Sephora. Go there instead!

I went in to get a blush that they supposedly had out of stock. The lady told me that i can order it at the counter and itll come in two days. When walking out i spotted one and asked if i can cancel the order and buy this one and they said no. Turns out i couldve cancelled it but didnt in time due to what i was told. ALSO its going to be 7 days to get to me instead of two like i was told once again. This sephora is trash compared to others ive been to. Its just a blush butI dont appreciate being lied to multiple times.

I will never come back to this Sephora. I quickly realized I was being followed and watched as if I was going to steal something by at least 3 employees. It was not a welcoming experience to say the least. I was asked if I could use any help finding something at least 5 times in the short 10 minute visit I was there. I ended up putting back all the items I came in to purchase and drove over to the Sephora in JC Penney and purchased instead. Much better customer service there.

Mary at Sephora is very sweet and knows her way around the store! She made sure to remember my name and help me find beautiful products and explain them in great detail! Definitely will be coming back more often!

Visited today and had a great experience. A woman named Jojo helped me and she was incredibly patient and kind. With the precautions they are taking, I felt 100% comfortable shopping in person.

I visited this location last weekend and I must say they are taking every safety precaution possible for their customers and themselves. Everyone was very accommodating and it’s refreshing to see this store close by. I found exactly what I needed!

I have lucked out the last three times I have been in the store and gotten Keisha as a sales person. She is wearing a mask,but her eyes are always smiling! She is incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly!

The facility is very nice and put together. The staff was very helpful and well trained... Although there was one incident where I saw a young lady walking around and stealing some products... I felt very unsafe with her around and I hope the staff handled that situation.. other than that, I will be returning very soon.! loved it here.!

Friendly, quick, and clean

Kristyne was on her A-Game while helping me out with my many facial regime inquiries. She guided me through my 45-minute visit, where I learned of some new products that are Vegan & Dermatology driven.Product samples are lean due to C-19, yet I still managed to get a few for an astringent Face Peel to try at home. In addition to a very tidy store, theres complimentary Hand Sanitizer & Face Masks upon walking in.I may traverse all the way back to P-City (from Buckhead) for some holiday shopping just due to Kristynes wonderful & attentive service.

Service was good but an atmosphere of get in and get out! I did not feel I was allowed to just browse. I didnt like that!!!

I was shopping with my friend and she never wears makeup so she asked me to help her pick out a full face of makeup. After my basket was pretty full, they employees began following us around thinking that we were going to steal it. I think that was extremely inappropriate and i won’t be coming back.

As a former sephora employee Im very disappointed in this location. They were honestly rude and Ive never been to a sephora was I wasnt greeted immediately. They werent even busy they just didnt care to help us.
