Fantastic customer service was in with greg who helped me get my package together and sent out. It was a bit busy while I was in and greg was able to juggle and help all 4 customers during my time there not neglecting any of us. Job very well done

A lady named Cynthia assisted me over the phone today. She was rude, disrespectful, not customer service oriented, demeaning, arrogant, and so much more. She was very impatient with my questions. She was also not accommodating at all with any of my requests. Terrible customer service. Terrible personality.

Lady who works there gave me the hardest time about shipping ipads back to Xfinity. UPS would never and I’llMake sure i request a UPS shipping label next time . I see why they weren’t busy.
