Went in recently to ship a package. They quoted $115. That seemed too high so I tried the FedEx store instead. FedEx quoted me $60. I dont know how Pak Mail can charge 2x for the same service.

Jana and James have my highest recommendation for a shipping company. They have picked up, transported, packed and shipped over 1,000 items for me and my business. I receive professional and knowledgeable service every time, bar none. I rely so much on their service and appreciate their knowledge and shipping advice. They always make a way for our items to be handled correctly and accurately.

Every time I have to go to this place I dread it. Service is often efficient but the experience is so draining. I guess I just expect too much. Service with a smile is always such a joy - rather than the efforts made by the store staff to rob you of yours. From griping openly about previous patrons to doling out their disapproval of your packing efforts, this store just makes me sad and frustrated. I wish their were other options.

We utilize Pak Mail for various office tasks - Notorizing documents, legal docs etc.... always friendly and so very grateful we have them here on the south end. Retail is hard. No one knows how to fill out forms anymore. Finding good help is hard. I appreciate you and thank you for being here.

I need to drop my Fedex packages there and also gone their couple of times for Notary.Notary cost is affordable.Polite people.

Went by the store on 6Apr19 to mail a package to my grandson for his birthday. The young man told me that it would cost $31.42 because he had to cut down a box and that it should be there in 1 to 2 days after pickup on Monday, 8Apr19. I was fine with that. Well, I pulled the tracking number because my grandson still had not received it. The package was in Jacksonville, FL and it was only going to ALBANY, GA.....Oh My!! So I called and spoke to the manager named James. He stated that mail was not picked up on Monday and that they dont have control over when the mail comes or not. If this is the case then why provide the service. This was not relayed to me when I was there to send it off. It would have been nice to know that if the mail was not picked up there could possibly be a delay. If I pay you for a service and you promise that it will be 1 to 2 days delivery then thats what I expect. By the time, I got ready to get off the phone I was more mad than I was before I called.

Some of the negative reviews are laughable. If being a social butterfly is your desire, this place probably wont service your needs. But if you need packages shipped timely with professional customer service then Pak Mail is the perfect place. Ive used them for years with no complaints.

Stopped in 1/8/2018 to ship a crossbow from GA to WV. My crossbow was weighed and measured. Was told the box alone is $54! I have shipped probably over 10,000 packages from PTC to around the world and knew this is not right. With shipping, the box, bubble wrap, and insurance to cover $550 .... I was told it will be $220!?!$220?!? For a crossbow? Its 36 long and 24 wide.I have shipped furniture for about the same price via freight on a pallet! The young guy operating the computer and asking me the typical questions know this wasnt kosher, his face turned red when he told me the price. There is a lady whom I believe is the owner as she has been there for years just ignored the entire transaction after she heard the price and didnt bat an eye as I walked away without her intervening.Long story short, I went over to Crosstown to The UPS store. Very nice lady grabbed my crossbow the minute I walked in, packed it for me, and even offered me a seat. Total price including box, packaging, bubble wrap, insurance, and shipping was $102.Wow

If I could give zero I would. These people are horribly rude! I will drive elsewhere to mail my things from now on. The owner and manager were both so rude to me today that they made me cry. All this over a package. Sad how horrible they were. Go elsewhere - theres a UPS store just 3 more miles down on Crosstown and they are very nice!

I enjoy the professionalism and curtesy of the staff. I have always received answers to any question I had. Im happy to have a place to go besides the P.O.

So easy to grab my mail from my box - even after hours with key provided to the mailboxes. Easy to drop off pre-labeled Fedex boxes for my business as well as any type of mailing. Jan and her crew are super nice and efficient!!

Charged me 10.00 to pick up my things instead of having them shipped. They are greedy and unethical. James is the worst. Takes them a month to ship things after they receive them.

I just read some of the negative comments about this companys service and I am shocked. I have used them since they opened and probably there about 1-2 times a week and I have had nothing but excellent, courteous service from all of their staff. I would highly recommend them. Judy S.

I’ve been going to Pakmail at Wiltshire Pavillion for 5-6 years now and have loved the service I’ve received from Jana and her staff. I’ve had an account with them for a while now and haven’t looked back since. They are professional and know their business and have always come through for me and my business needs. I have to go there sometimes 3-4 times a week to have notary and ship equipment across country.I walk in and out and have never had a bad thing to say after any visit. Keep up the good work guys!!

Good grief! The people that work here are so rude! Ive had better service at a McDonalds during closing time on Christmas Eve than here. I wont go back.

So I dropped of a pre-label fed-ex box and ran out of tape. I asked the clerk if they would be so kind to put a piece of tape on it and their response was it’s a $1.00. My response was “seriously”, and guess what the clerk said back to me “seriously”. WOW! Pretty crappy customer service. I guess they forgot I was the “CUSTOMER”. I get it, but I would have expected maybe, Sir I’m sorry since this is a pre-paid box we have a policy to charge a $1.00 to tape the box. No problem I would have been cool with that. The funny thing is the last time I sent the same box out I went to the other Pak Mail store in north Peachtree and they said with a smile, sure we can tape it for you. So don’t waste your time, drive up the road to the other store!

The gentleman in store is friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from?

Not worth the hassle. Pay the extra money and take your packages to the UPS Store at the Braelinn Village.

This was an amazing experience!! We needed to get a bunch of papers notarized and they really went above and beyond even bringing in a witness for one of the forms. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They even helped us get copies of some documents and then shipped it all off for us. Prices were incredibly fair and they were so kind to us and our kids. I would highly recommend and will be back.
