The owner is a bully. Karma will take care of this store. UPS will figure it out, eventually. Sad situation in there. If you go in there record your transactions. I did.

I’ve never had problems here. I have only used them for my Amazon returns and it’s usually very fast and convenient since they live directly across the street from my current apartment. I wish they had the fingerprinting machine though. There’s one gentleman who I do wonder if he hates his job or maybe I come in at the wrong time because he doesn’t tend to seem very happy to see me but that’s just a side thing and not worth deducting stars when the rest of the team have been very nice and fast. (He’s fast too, just not as friendly). Not going to hate on someone for not smiling at me or telling me to have a good day enthusiastically (who even gets mad for something so nit-picky?). Otherwise store is always very clean and fast at their services. Location is very convenient. I’m just one of those fans of UPS in general.

Horrible experience dealing with owner who didnt care about an unfulfilled and critical printing order. Submitted order Monday to be picked up Wednesday. Store personnel confirmed they had order. Owner did not care AT ALL or apologize when I arrived and order hadnt even been started. If its important for your business, DO NOT GO HERE.

I would rate them 6 stars if given the option. The UPS Store in Kedron Village is amazing! I have used them for everything - mailbox, notary service, shipping (both self-packed and store packed), packing supplies, scanning, copying - basically everything since 2003. The employees are always helpful and gracious, even when they are slammed. I have no issues with their COVID protocols and feel very safe in their shop. For the people complaining about paying for packaging - if it costs a business money to do something (i.e., provide tape, labels, etc. and the labor to provide the service) why would you expect that business to do it for free? You should expect to pay for convenience any time you ask a business to provide something for you.

I have used this facility many times, twice in the past 2 weeks. I have never been mistreated. The employees are helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this facility for your UPS or USPS shipping needs.

Charged me $8 for packaging but didn’t tell me the “laptop box” raised the overall shipping cost by $40.

Would not accept an online quote from UPS.com for shipping a large package. Tried to charge me $120 instead of $88! Also, very rude! Told me were not UPS and that they dont have to honor UPS quotes.

I would rate this place higher but half of the employees wear their mask 😷 beneath their nose 👃

Ive used this UPS store half a dozen times in the past year and theyve always been friendly, personable, and helpful. Its one of the places Im never stressed about going to because I know Ill be in and out pretty fast, will be treated kindly, and get a good service.

Brian helped me out today when I needed to print out a shipping label. Made me feel relieved when I was stressing about this website that wasn’t working on the computer. I appreciate his customer service and knew that it was problem right away once I told him which website it was.

I am so upset with how I was treated at this location. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending and unwilling to help even though I had all the documentation I needed and was provided by the company I was shipping to. Lazy, rude, unprofessional.

Staff is ALWAYS rude. If they could charge you for walking into the store they would. Tried to charge me $2 to put tape on my box.AVOID this place!

NISSAN OF NEWNAN loves this UPS location because Ebony has such GREAT customer service!! A package of ours wasnt delivered on time because of the holiday weekend and we were under a time restraint because we have a huge sale going on right now! But, Ebony looked everywhere for our delivery, found it & gave me a call back to let me know the manager on duty (dont have the name yet or we wouldve given them a shout out too) was on the way to deliver the package on behalf of UPS! wow! This was awesome and completely made my day!! Hopefully, we will be able to return the favor if this store or any of their employees ever have any transportation needs!

Was very disappointed employee did not have on a mask, however his coworkers did. Unfortunately as a single mom I had to bring my 7 week old baby into the store, and he was not able to wear a mask. We saw other patrons walk into the store without a mask, so waited until they’d left store, to limit his exposure; only to get into the store to see employee without one.

I did used this place in past but last few years I use close me my work in Newnan Oh went there on my off day Friday to ship. Guy can not scan it ask me email to him I did he print return label after all dome he ask me to slide my card card. I ask why there he go charge to help me to print Label $1.50 computer used ( which never used) and 25 cents for printing (I did not print). He never inform me there will be charge. Bad business trick. I will post few more placers my bed experience.

My business would not thrive without this UPS store. From copies to handling my mail and packages, they do a fantastic job. Robert is outstanding!

BE AWARE this office charges $5.00 for each notary signature! That is 150% above the State of Georgias maximum fee allowed by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority which is the governing body for Notary Publics in the state of Georgia.A Notary Public signature should only cost $2.00. Go down the shopping center to the Pak Mail store where they charge the legally authorized $2.00.

The people that work here are so rude consistently. Ive been in here a dozen times and I finally had it after I had to take a phone call in the middle of a notary when the store was completely empty with two employees working. The guy actually told me I was rude for taking a business call in a business center, and interrupted me repeatedly. The woman that works here regularly is terribly rude and doesnt even say hello or thank you or anything. Please use the pak mail store between Verizon and Ross, its in the same shopping center.

They notarized my power of attorney form after both Bank of America and the PTC public library told me they couldnt notarize powers of attorney. Im happy.

The young lady Jannine needs to re-adjust her attitude and have training in customer service. Every time I visit this store she is very rude, disrespectful with an attitude. Unfortunately this is the closest store.

This was a horrible experience I️ needed help with the computers. Workers made me pay for copies I️ didn’t have. The guy with the ponytail was so rude he almost made me cry. There was a $24 hold on my card for 2 copies. Never going back

Friendly employees, ridiculous up charges. I sent three packages back to Amazon today, and they charged me $3 for three strips of tape to seal the tips of my boxes. The employee said that was the owners policy. Seal your own packages or find another UPS. Ridiculous and frustrating.

We’re in not in there often, but when we are the workers are very helpful.

Walked up at 7:01pm and was denied dropping off a pre-paid Shipment. So much for customer service. Put a drop box outside if you’re going to close so early.
