The staff is very nice and accommodating. They worked with me when I had a truck coming to deliver my items from Texas late one night. Gina, in the office, was very personable and helpful. The building and grounds are spotless.

The property is kept very clean & safe environment!Gina answers questions and had helpful suggestions! She is kind and caring to to everyone it made the transition easy!!If I moved back to Pearl area and needed a Storage Unit I would definitely go with Life Storage in Pearl!!

My roommate rents a storage here and it is a very nice storage facility. The place is super clean and looks extremely professional. The units are pricey but in this situation you definitely get what you pay for. I have a unit at a cheaper place but if I could afford it Id move my things to Life Storage in a heart beat.

Prices are reasonable, but after I found water on my units floor (coming up through cracks), the owner admitted mold and mildew were just part and parcel of renting there. The owners wife (or sister, or cousin...maybe all three) is a nightmare to deal with. Shes hostile, slow to respond, bad with paperwork, and barely seems to know whats going on at any given time, but she lies well to cover up that fact. After too many bad interactions with her, I found a new place for storage and couldnt wait to get my things out of there. Im sure Life Storage in general is an okay facility, but I would most certainly caution everyone away from this one in Pearl.

Ms. Mary is an outstanding Manager. Very clean place. As of Aug 1st, they now charge me $165 a month due to new management. That sucks! I was paying $151 which also included my rental insurance. The cost of living goes up and our money flow stays down!

We got a unit after we moved to the area in 2018. We have never received anything but friendly service from the team at LS! I would highly suggest them if you’re needing storage.

Was Cube Smart then Life Storage. Had problems getting thru the gate then into my climate controlled storage and into a bit larger space. Average in customer service and pricing. Automatically charge you an extra $12 monthly for renters insurance even if you have your own. Never received the promotion price due to the name change.

I was shopping for a storage unit large enough to hold the contents and personal family items. I had 6 quotes of possible sites when I walked into Cube Smart. Janice Jones Gen. Manager greeted me with a warm smile and great attitude. In addition she was very well versed in how the business and rental operations worked for CubeSmart. She showed one unit to me. The entire complex was very neat and very well kept up. It took about 45 minutes to seal the deal and do away with the previous 6 quotes. It would not have taken as long is it did, but She and I talked and laughed about things. Overall it was a great experience.

Polite and professional staff members. Exceptionally clean facility and spotless units. I looked at several sizes and ended up with a 10x30 which is interior and climate controlled. Elevator and hallways have plenty space to move big items into you facility if you are using interior climate controlled unit. My fist month was free! The prices are reasonable and comparable to all facilities in the Pearl/Brandon area. The only thing I wish they would include is a box package or discount on boxes if you buy one of their larger units.

My experience with CubeSmart was nothing less than perfect. I occupied the same storage from July 2011 until November 2015. Never had issues with billing and if payment was not made timely I would get a reminder courtesy call before late fee was applied. The staff is absolutely terrific especially NEVA BRADSHAW! Even though I only visited the unit 2 or 3 times a year all my belongings stayed in tact and facility was always clean. I would honesty recommend this facility to anyone in the area. My blessings for continued success for CubeSmart

I have moved a lot in my working life and that has caused us to have to store things in many cities over those years. This is the first Google review that I am doing because of the level of service my daughter and I received. This can’t even be described as customer service. It can only be described as care, compassion and empathy for everyone! Deployment can be a very chaotic time and Ms. Mary has done everything in her power and gone above each and beyond to make my daughter’s move for her deployment as uneventful as possible and I cannot thank her enough! They understand that it’s not just “stuff” you are storing but pieces of your life’s history and family treasures. The level of patience and concern to get it just right is mind blowing. You don’t often times see this atttention to detail or bedside manner at the hospital. Therefore, the “counter-side” manner at Life Storage is exceptional and they get 5 stars because they are ALL STARS!
