Used this Uhaul van they had to go upstate. Customer service here was excellent and had no issues. Was over charged but the owner corrected mistake promptly.Would use again. Very professional and excellent customer service.

New facility great location has a place for RVs. Boats ect. Nice show room in the front for supplies. Great customer service.

They did good but didnt listen. My husband said he wanted to pick it up there. When he received email they had us picking up a trailer in south Jackson. When I called the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She found exactly what we wanted at the time we needed at the Pearson Road U-haul.

The employees working the front desk are very nice. And the store is clean.

Good customer service. Asked several times if I needed assistance. I got a few boxes. Probably should have got an heavy duty box

I could not find anywhere that did not charge a crazy price for a rental car since I am 23, but I rented a U-Haul with no problems! My old car died and I still had to get back and forth to work and buy a new car. This is a great alternative to renting a car. The truck I used was brand new and had all kinds of great features!

Terrible, been having the run around about my appointment for a hitch. I made the appointment a week before and was told it was going to be there on a certain day and that I would get a confirmation call. No confirmation call and had to call myself just to find out it would be the day after the reservation appointment..... Very disappointed.

If I could give negative stars I would. Employees China & Pearl were extremely rude to my mother & I because we got locked out of our uhaul at the uhaul place & we waited 2 hours for someone with the master key to open it up. They barely wanted to help us and gave us attitude every time we asked a question. It was so unnecessary and I’ve never been treated like that at any establishment.

Dealing with location has been the worst experience ever... all they want to do is charge a storage fee, they wont expect payment in full they are rude and I am totally unsatisfied. If 0 stars were available thats what I would give

There are never any employees around. Every time Ive been there to rent a trailer or truck I can never find anyone to talk to.

I rented a small Uhaul for three and a half hours for the advertised price of $19.99 drove it exactly 14 miles round trip and was charged $102.28. Rip off, scam, awful business practice

Very courteous & helpful!

The sales guy was extremely nice and helpful. We were doing a 24/7 U-haul Truck checkout but he saw we were struggling a bit and came out to help. Very nice guy. The truck was clean and the gas tank was full!

My experience with the Personnel are they very courteous and they do their best to serve you now the manager hes rude talks to you like a child down to you call me before my 24 hours was up on a tow dolly and chastise me like a child.With saying that I would recommend that that man not be in charge of any of these stores whatsoever cuz if I ever see him Im going to let him know

Came early so they can give me back my 100 dollars deposit they said no because they wanted to close the store early.. so thumbs down for me..

This is my favorite Uhaul rental in my area. They greet you with a smile and are always seem glad to have you.

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, not just with us but the customer before us and even the pizza guy that brought her the food she ordered!
