Had a smooth experience. Nice and fast. Clean truck. Guy helped with what I needed. Other locations gave me issues. This is a U-Haul Truck review, not for the storage unit.

Got a climate controlled unit easy access.

Id give them zero stars if I could. We rented an indoor Climate Controlled storage unit for a couple of months. When we went to remove the contents, we noticed that the floor was wet. When we showed the manager, the first words out of his mouth were Did you purchase the insurance? So, you have to purchase insurance in addition to the storage unit fee to be covered in a climate controlled storage unit. Their own website on climate controlled units states Keep Your Belongings Dry and Secure. Im very dissatisfied with the service and will do my best to never do business with U-Haul again.

The managers have been very friendly, professional and supportive. Moving and storage is never easy, but they certainly have made it more pleasant than I ever expected. Clean, well maintained, and has security gates. Highly recommend!!

Mr. & Mrs. Collins are so nice, professional and friendly. Id use this particular location again because of this couple and their excellent mannerisms. I am not used to driving a pickup truck but the truck was easy to drive and comfortable. It made me sort of want a truck sitting up high😊... Plus, it was very sufficient with getting my items on and off the truck. I think I like it better than the regular UHaul rental trucks that are boxed in on the back...
