Ridiculous. I made a reservation for the mobile 24/7 pickup. Had no issues or any indication it wouldnt be accepted. I scheduled the pickup for 7. When I get there to attempt pickup it tells me its scheduled for in person pick up at 9. I received no communication or anything in regards to any changes to pick up. In addition the website didnt require the insurance, but in person they said i had to get it. Ridiculous.

I made a reservation to pick up a 26’ uhaul truck. So I call this morning to make sure everything was good to go prior to driving almost an hour to the location. How about the truck that I reserved is supposedly in the shop. Nobody called me to try to let me know so I could make other accommodations or anything!! They were very rude over the phone and short with conversation, didn’t apologize or anything. I would never do business with this place again

I have never been to a business and dealt with employees so slow and rude! We waited 30 minutes for them to tell us no vehicles or trailers were available.

Had setup an appt to have a hitch installed. Showed for appt, was told had no appt. Then was told it was at another Uhaul store. Went to second Uhaul place, they were extremely helpful & courteous! She pulled up appt that was set for first store. She called them about appt. she was going to run down & pickup hitch & accessories that was supposed to have already been ordered. First store didn’t even had the Order! So, I do not recommend any service here. Go to Uhaul in East Pearl!

They are not very helpful at all. I paid $310.00 to be able to get my storage out over the weekend and the whole system is down. I have tried to call and been on hold for over 40 minutes. Some of the people are helpful and some of the workers there are rude and they don’t care how much money you have paid and the plans you had! Now I had to return the trailer I borrowed and the people who was going to help can not help. Thank you Uhaul

Rude staff! The female with the long braided hair is hateful! It’s not only me saying this, but friends of mine refuse to use this location!

They don’t take your calls even if you want to update your reservation. I thought may be phone problem. I had to go to office to tell them abt my reservation change, phone was ringing and no one was answering it. They put wrong information in system. Doesn’t tell what you have to bring with you or how will it work. Will never use this service from them specially.

Workers got my info wrong thought half of the call first and third times I called and conversed they mumbled unclearly whom I called. When I called the second time they mumbled one syllable and hung up. The third time I called the team member was very rude with the tone of response. I dont recommend this place for customer service at all. Called to cancel and they were extremely RUDE! Never asked why or tried to retain my business. Get some better workers U-haul!

I had called the day before to make arrangements and make sure they had a unit available. When I was there Marshal I believe his name was, told us about a special going on with a free unit for the first month if you used one of their trucks to move. So logically that sounds like a good deal, especially considering I didnt plan on storing my things long. The next day we go in to get a truck and everything was fine, even made sure on the phone before going in the unit was still free since we were told so. When we brought the truck back he told us his manager told him that morning that deal was no longer being used and we would have to pay for it, personally I did not have a problem paying for the unit had we not been told so it was free. Then after being told this, which I believe since we were told one thing that shouldve been what was going to happen regardless of the special still being ran or not, he knew we were coming the next day so we shouldve had the correct information. But anyway, we were going to pay for it and sat there for hours while the two guys behind the counter repeatedly messed up whatever they were doing on their end on the computer and started over three times. We were livid. My card did not work so I couldnt get in without their help. Finally, they just said we would get the unit for free due to all the issues they were causing. They also were nice yet seemed like they were agitated. They tried but my goodness they need to get it together there. We went the next day to drop off more stuff and get my card fixed, after another hour we fixed that and then went to put stuff in the unit but had to call to get him to unlock the door because whoever opened didnt. I wouldnt use them again.

I reserved a truck 2 weeks before my move and received a call the evening before telling me that they didnt have my truck or any trucks for that matter. The woman offered no apologies and seemed happy to have me simply cancel the order.

Rude customer service, dont bother getting insurance on storage there. Read at doesnt honor their policy and even if you dont have it, and things happen to unit on negligence of uhaul they dont care. Had ceiling to cave in and lost 70% of items and they didnt pay.

Worker hooked trailer to my truck.. I did not know until after I left and it disconnected from the hitch as I was going down the highway that she did not tighten it to the ball. This resulted in the trailer fish tailing all over the road and could have resulted in a terrible accident. We rent U hauls frequently, and we will never use this location again. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this was just ridiculous. I could have connected it myself, but I assumed that since she was a trained employee and began hooking it up that she knew what she was doing.. I understand it was probably just a simple mistake, but it could have had ended very badly. Employees either need to be sure that they are going to hook the trailers up properly or leave it to the customer to do so.

Easy to find entry and exit to premises easy. They have supplies for whatever your move entails, employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and made suggestions and offered ideas for equipment needed.

They made it very simple and quick to do an equipment drop off. Very friendly and helpful.

Awful. Waited 25 minutes, no one even acknowledged us, and then decided to leave. One person was being helped the whole time and there was one person waiting ahead of us.

Love it ALL the way around. Friendly staff and Im at ease knowing my things are safe
