Love this sephora, but super upset they stopped selling my favorite foundation!! Ugh!! I had found that one after my other foundation that I had used for yrs they stopped carrying, and now Im having to look for a new one. Not happy about that. Takes me a while to find one.

I cannot remember the name of the lovely girl that helped me. She made great recommendations for my hair care. My hair is looking so good. Will definitely go back looking for her.

Thank you for the friendly staff that works at this location. Theyll ask if I need assistance, I usually do not, and prefer to shop independently. They dont lurk or make me feel unwelcomed or uncomfortable like so many of the Sephora locations that I have visited. Ive walked out of other Sephoras w/o purchasing anything due to this type of behavior. So Ill be visiting this location often. Kudos! Keep up the good work!

Went in already having a great idea of what I wanted; got good advice on top of it. Didnt feel like I was being upsold more than normal for any retail outlet. Was greeted, more than once, right when I walked through the entrance. Overall good experience.

The customer service has always been really great! They have changed a few things around after the pandemic and Ive noticed way more stuff than before (last I visited was March!) The only issue I had with the store always (and yes Im very well aware that its not a full fledged SEPHORA) is that they dont carry all the products from the same line for eg. They might carry 3 products from SOL and 3 from HUDA..which again not a big deal but I would always recommend calling them ahead to make sure they have the products you are looking for!

They advertised a certain mattress in their memorial day sale catalog but didnt have the mattress in the store

I felt safe in the store during Covid-19 and she helped me find some great goodies for my skin tone and skin type! 5 star experience, very knowledgeable about the products and promotions in the store! RACIST!!!! If you are of color please stay away, went in to get a few things I ran out of, first time visiting the location. Within 1 min of being in the store a Sales associate walks up to me and ask if I needed any help, I kindly tell her no I know what I want just also wanted to look around too. So she walks away and I over hear her say She think I May be shoplifting keep an eye on me. I was so upset at the profiling I didn’t even want to look around anymore i just grabbed what I wanted and left. Mind I’m the only customer shopping in the store very awkward to shop when it’s 3 employees staring you down in a little store. I spend too much money in Sephora to be treated such way. It’s embarrassing and upsetting. Not a great location at all, employers needs better “racial” training. Do better. If i could negative rate i would.

Your better off ordering from the website or going to baybrook or Galleria. Which ever one is closer to you. I went there for a cleanser and some mix in stuff I put in my moisturizer. I found my serum but They didnt have any one of the cleansers I had been looking at which was like 6 of them . They had a few cleansers that I had never heard of . They really didnt have much in there . Everything was of of stock . Thats my only complaint

I came into to return a contour stick Bc I somehow purchases two of the same product. The two girls working there came off rude and unwelcoming. Not sure why they were so unfriendly Bc I was very polite with them but after reading other reviews I can guess why. Needless to say, I won’t be spending my black dollars at this establishment even though it’s the closest

Warning!!if you want horrible customer service please Shop here..lol. All jokes aside this is like the fourth or fifth time I have visited this location and felt like some racial profiling was going on.I really think it’s time for some new employees.The first time I came I ignored it. the second time I ask myself what is going on. the third, fourth, and fifth time I concluded that if you are black they will not help you or you will be the last one that they help. I walked around the store for 15 minutes and after I was about to leave they asked me if I needed help. they totally ignored me and this happens all the time. When another lady walked in of a different race she got helped right away. Was not trying to make this a racial thing but this is like the fifth time I’ve been treated this way. And might I add when you do get help the lady that works there act like you’re bothering her or should I say she has an attitude with a smile. I really think it’s time for some new employees that are more welcoming and have better customer service skills. I only go here because it’s s the only one Close to my house.

Love this sephora location! The girls who work here are friendly and attentive. me and my friend came here for a mini make over, they did a color match on both of us me naturally having darker skin its sometimes hard to find the right color but the lady who matched me did near perfect they also gave us free fragrance samples Ill definitely be returning.

The girls at this Sephora location are great! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in looking for cover up and left with a few extra items that they suggested. They even taught me how to apply the product I purchased! The red headed girl was amazing, she kept reminding me how pretty I was! 10 out of 10!

I absolutely HATE this Sephora but it’s the closest! Every time I go here they watch the hell out of me making it very uncomfortable, every step I take looking at something they’re right there telling me about the product before I can even look at it, I tell them I’m just looking, no help needed, they’re still in my face.. not sure if it’s because I’m African American or because I’m a bored stay at home mom that takes my kids everywhere I go and have to use a stroller so they think I’m stealing.. I have a husband that makes very good money and will let me buy the whole store if I wanted give me a break!! Now I just go for the hell of it 🤷🏽‍♀️ Make they arm hairs stand up and don’t even buy nothing.

Their products are amazing and love the customer service! The other benefit is able to use your JCPenny card. Which that is always a plus!I read a couple of the reviews; Sometimes they may not have everything you want due to stocking but you can always ask them when they will be receiving there next shipment which is weekly. I went in to look for an item and yes they were out. However, I left the my number to call me once it came in, and 4 days later they called me, they even saved it for me to pick up. I ended up buying double of what I needed.

I walked in looking to buy a whole new set of makeup. The girls were to busy helping other employees color match their own face to even ask me if I needed any help. There was two other girl customers in the store who were helping themselves too! One employee was following another one and talking to her and didnt even notice me walking up to the cash register until the other girl said something to her.. She very slowly walked over to check me out. Terrible customer service!

I am a loyal, Sephora customer and awards member. This location is the bomb. I can call ahead of time and they have my purchase at the register waiting for me. I have made the same requests through my online account. Ive gone here to change my fragrance and the employee that helped me made feel like we were old friends. We discussed so many factors that effect a persons perfume profile. I can also recall the time I wanted to change my lipstick. I had the shade in mind, but lets just say thats where it will stay. The Sephora employee tried so hard to help me find this color, and after trying on several swatches decided to stick with my Smashbox. She was full of encouragement and compliments! This location will always have a soft spot in my heart.

This location’s associates are very friendly and attentive. They always offer free fragrance samples which is very helpful due to my shy disposition.

Is very disappointing that you are willing to judge people on how they look, we went today to ask for help on finding the right foundation. The lady working there told us to hold on a moment because she was busy with somebody, so we did. When she finish taking care of the lady, she continued to do other things but help us. I had just gotten off work and yes I did not look my best, I honestly felt that she thought I couldnt afford to buy anything so she didnt bother to help me. Im very disappointed!

They’re never fully stocked. You are better off visiting the actual Sephora store vs the one in JCPenny

I have been here numerous times and it has improved from my second visit last year. Last year I came here I needed help finding a countour palette. I ask this girl hey can you help out please? She responded umm Im busy but what do you need? She kept walking as she said this to me. Wow! Seriously? I just picked the product myself whatever. Then my third visit I needed help finding brushes and the girl who said who was gonna help me as soon as she was done with her customer later on said she couldnt help me after all because there was a line of maybe 5 customers to check out, there was already one girl dispatching them. So I said okay whatever. Then when I was checking out you cant hear what the hell theyre saying the register is blocking your face off from there. there is no eye contact because of the damn back of the register screen is right in your face. Anyways my last 2 visits there was one sweet blue eye white girl to be specific she has been there everytime I shop thank goodness ! She always goes out of her way to help her customers. She helped me find brushes she explained what can I used themFor or what are there for. Which I like because theyre taking their timeTo educate you as you purchase. But the rest of the other girls are just the worse.

Was in a hurry for an appointment. Purchased what I was looking for and checked out immediately.

Waited to get my foundation matched for idk how long I asked someone to help she said ok let me finish with this customer I said no problem Ill wait when she was done she started talking to her coworker while I was standing there, then when Im walking out she asked if I still needed help i said no and walked out I only went to sephora becasue I got a gift card now I remember why I only go to MAC I never have this problem there but thats just my experience.

Worst Service! As I am swatching foundations, I noticed that I was being followed by a worker, then another worker bumps in to me without saying excuse me. Even the customers were bitchy. No worker initiated help to me, but I noticed that the other people got tons of help. Never going back again!

This Sephora never has anything.We can order you what you want (which takes 4-7 days) or you can try Sugar Land, Baybrook or Galleria malls.Then why do we have a Sephora in Pearland?Get it together.

If I could give this Sephora a 0 stars I would. First, there was only one person in the store so ok fine, I get in line and wait my turn to get color matched to buy a foundation. Three people are in front of me and finally when I get to the front of the line by this time there is two other people behind me. So the lady says Im sorry I need to check out the people behind you before I can help you. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I waited in line just like everyone else so you could help me, just so you can tell me to wait instead of the people who got there after me to wait a few minutes(because Ive gotten color matched before and it only takes 3-4 minutes)!!!!! I spend thousands of dollars at Sephora(I am a VIB ROUGE) and just to get treated like that. I am sorry but I will not be returning to this Sephora and will be contacting the manager about this employee.

Went there with a friend, they were out of everything that I was looking for when I asked the girl that was working there about certain products, she would turn around and help someone else, not to mention she kept snagging the items from my friends hand to keep them up front, like if she was gonna take off with them. NOT COOL!! Needless to say Im not shopping at that sephora again.

This is the worst stocked Sephora I have ever been in. Wasted trip for me. Out of the 5 things I came in for, they had one. Not acceptable. It is stocked like what I would expect at Walmart.

I love sephora and their products but i hate unprofessional workers with lack of customer service.Me and my friend decided to go make up shopping and we were looking for the Urban Decay Naked Basics Double-Ended Brush they didnt have any in stock and decided to open the white drawer so then a girl that works there came and asked us if we needed anything and we asked her if they had any brushes because there was none left so she opens the drawer with an attitude and hands it to my friend and it was already open literally the tap was off the package which we didnt mind at all because we always disinfect our brushes before we use them and my friend touches it to feel it since it was already open so the girl says by you touching it youre contaminating the brush so i was kind enough to keep my mouth shut and not say anything rude and the only thing i said was Basically it was already open so it was already contaminated we always disinfect them before using them she didnt say anything all she did was slam the drawer and walk away i honestly tough it was really rude and unprofessional if your company policy is for your employees to make the customers feel unwelcomed then youre doing a great job, i never go to that sephora i always go to the one in galleria but since this was closer to us we decided to go there but i think well stick to Ulta or Sephora @Galleria thanks to Angelas lack of customer service.
