Was not greeted. As the first customer upon opening I had to greet the employee. Only offered one shade that did not match my skin tone. I had to tell the tech to give me at least two more shades to get a close match. Two customers after me were greeted with a smile and offered a stool. I purchased my makeup and left. Will not be returning.

HORRIBLE customer service. I visited this location on 6/14 to purchase lipstick and blush. The salesperson who assisted me seemed really bothered and annoyed that she even had to help me, you know, the customer. There were 3 or 4 salespeople there. It wasn’t super busy at all. I told the rep what I wanted and she brought me a single option. I was satisfied with the selection so I purchased it. I would have gone to another location had I not been pressed for time. Even the actual cashier that rang up my order and took my money was not friendly. The crazy part about it, they were all friendly to one another (coworkers) but not the ones who help keep them employed. Based on this experience, I really don’t think I’ll be back to this location until they make some staffing changes. Remind your staff it’s okay to smile, engage with the customer and have a friendly tone. Actually, it’s preferred.
