I dont usually write reviews, but when I do, its either at the very negative or positive end of the spectrum. In this case, Baughn went above and beyond my expectations for customer service, quality of work, timeliness, and value. Im extremely hesitant allow other people to touch my vehicles, but Baughn is the one place I would take it without any second guesses. He even made sure the interior of my truck was kept extra clean by putting a piece of paper on the floor, which was totally unnecessary and unexpected, but he took the time to do so anyways, which immediately earned my respect. Sometimes older people look down on younger kids because they assume they dont know anything about vehicles, especially women. I did not feel that was the case here whatsoever, and heck, even if I didnt know anything about auto repair, Im confident you wouldnt be ripped off here and that the work would be done right. I believe this gentleman has been in this job for over 50 years, but doesnt carry a chip on his shoulder like some folk. To my understanding he also works on many of the county vehicles. Overall excellent service. If only I could pick this place up and bring it along with me everywhere!

They are so honest and just good people. I always go to them for alignment on my cars. Just recently I took my mazda and after a few hours I got a call telling me an alignment was not necessary at this time. And he didnt charge me anything. They will always get my business!

It was awesome as alway. They have trued 3 sets of tires for me over the past 6 years.

Went in for front end alinement, found more problems needed.. willing to work in the work that day, wallet just said not at this time.. will be going back

Expensive but oh my Had my camper axles/wheels aligned. Fantastic job. Pulls better than ever tracks as straight as an arrow! My issue is $45 each to mount and balance 5 tires seems pretty high.

One of the best alignment shops in town! I’ve been coming to these guys for quite sometime and they are always a step above. They do excellent work and the customer service is exceptional. They do alignments on big trucks like most places won’t do, like vannoys. Highly recommend these guys.

Got my Jeep aligned here after I installed new wheels. I was in and out in a couple hours. A+

Aligned my landscape trailer, it did take two tries to get it right but they did fix no extra charge. I wanted it set to a positive camber but they told me it did not need it only to find later it did need it. Hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 but still super great people and place. I will be taking my other trailer to them in the near future.

I was in Fort Walton with my motorbike for spring break. I needed a front end alignment and Baughn in Pensacola came highly recommended. They were able to get me in the next day. Very knowledgeable, with fast and friendly service. The prices were not bad either. I’m glad Baughn was there to help.

I had an 8:00am appointment to have a front end alignment performed on a Chrysler 300 Limousine, when I arrived at 8:00am the people werent very friendly towards me from the start, the took the vehicle out for a test drive at his return I asked him how long was it gonna take his was very short, 30 minutes later he gave me a laundry list of things he said needed to be done, I went from a 200 dollar bill to a 1300 dollar bill, I let him talk with the owner and the owner decided not to do business with this comopany then they tried to charged us 120 dollars for a diagnosist fee that I wasnt aware of before we started doing business, at the end if our meeting I was told to get off his business and to never bring my vehicle back to his business, I will never ever come back or will I recommend his business to anyone.

What a great experience dealing with this firm. Rick Haynes is just about the best person Ive ever dealt with since I purchased my RV 4 1/2 years ago. I called him about aligning the front end on my RV and was told that I needed new ball joints before the alignment could be done. Since they had to be special ordered and shipped to him and a severe storm was passing through Pensacola he had his wife make a special trip to the UPS distribution center in order to pick up the ball joints so that the repair would be completed before the weekend arrived. This is above and beyond in customer service in my opinion. Rick is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional as is the rest of his staff. Cannot say enough good things about him and his business. Also had my car wheels aligned since he did such a great job on the RV. Found him on the internet since I was just passing through Pensacola.Great job Rick!

We were having steering wander with our Clasa A RV. After visiting another shop in Pensacola and being told we needed new KingPins with only 44k miles on our coach we knew we needed a 2nd opinion. Rick and his team saw us next day, correctly diagnosed the problem as only needing an Alignment and wheel Balance, worked 5hours straight, and got us back on the road. If you need heavy truck, RV or regular light duty alignment, GO SEE RICK and HIS TEAM! Well worth the time.

I have an F450 with 22.5 wheels and no one could ever get it balanced properly and it rode horrible, always out of balance. Many tire shops have tried but couldnt make it ride any better. I finally took my truck by Baughn and he has it riding like a Cadillac now!! Job well done! These guys really know what theyre doing!

Excellent service and attention to detail. I got a lot of work done for fair labor prices. I know a lot about vehicles anyway so Im knowledgeable enough to have some conversation about what I need. But my 4wd truck needed a lot of stuff and Richard and his crew fixed a lot for me. He also removes old parts and shows you the actual part that was broken and explains why and in installs the new ones.
