Great service! Very friendly, prices are good, turnaround is fast, and communication is fantastic. They have an overnight dropbox which is very convenient and follow up with a text in the morning confirming they received your drop off. I especially like that when you pick up your car that they talk to you about what was done, it’s all very personable. Highly recommend for BMW services.
If you have a Mini Cooper, spend the extra couple hundred dollars and go the dealership. The attitude and hassle isn’t worth the money. This place doesn’t have appointments and no guarantees on times. I had work done at this place earlier this year. Then had routine maintenance completed at the dealership and they said the same problem is still occurring. This place didn’t even take time to investigate the problem, took pictures and took my money, like they didn’t even care. The dealership may cost more, but they are thorough and will keep you in the loop with problems. I highly recommend Chris from Mini of Pensacola.Additional reply: hmmm so you charged me to just charge me? That’s great customer service
Very professional, and there call for a quote was expedient. My new car place even though its about forty-five minute drive its worth it.Thanks in advance.
This is the ONLY place I will ever take my car. Honest, friendly, fast and fair prices. The owner is always there and taking care of his customers is his number one priority.
While everything was handled well and the custom service was nice I had to wait 1hr for an oil change, totalling $100. This was because my 2019 bmw had a newer oil filter that took a while to find. Not really a complaint because Ill definitely be going back but just a simple inconvenience.
Excellent kept me in the knowing and I hopefully can return my vehicle get fixed Lady front very nice and patient and seemed her boss was a fair man Ive just hit very hard times with sickness.I feel prices were fair and if Id had the money they surely fixed my vehicle.Thank you all for your help!
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Definitely knows how to work on BMWs. Also I felt like they were able to help me out and get the car fixed much faster than the dealership ever is. They were able to help me the same day to get everything sorted. Not really sure if the repairs ended up being that much cheaper than the BMW dealer ($615 for a battery and alignment), but they are expensive cars so thats to be expected. Either way I would feel totally comfortable leaving my car to their care again.
Great people. Did a awesome job on my CAS unit in my Mini Cooper. The Mechanic was very knowledgeable, and had time to go over things with me that needed to be done in the future. I was charged exactly what I was quated, which is rare these days. Very Professional experience.
They did an excellent job on my car and had my car back the next day. Great customer service. I highly recommend Fairfield Imports.
Far better than Mini of Pensacola in terms of price, service, and speed. Ive had my mini there twice and theyve done an excellent job both times. I brought my car in on Monday, they had it finished the next day despite the work needing to be done. You can even text them! Never have I had such an awesome service as texting my technician; being able to get live updates and quotes without speaking over the phone during a busy day is amazing.
Fixed my BMW quickly, both my husband and I drive bmw’s (x5 & m3) we’ve taken both our cars here. He fixed issues Pensacola imports couldn’t resolve, and he did it quickly. Also doesn’t charge a ton or try to rip you off. Will continue recommending and taking our cars here.
First time there, nice staff. No wait, no fluff, in & out quickly; will use in the future
I got my BMW repaired here, it needed a transmission fluid and filter change and new spark plugs. I got the transmission fixed first because that was what I could afford at the time and I knew I could do the spark plugs myself after working on my car successfully before. The transmission fluid and filter was changed and that went well although it cost me almost 600 dollars and when I came to pick up my car I was told off and treated like an idiot who didnt know how to care for her car. I had to walk away while I was still being berated, it really sucked. At least the transmission is good to go, but I will not be going back and I would never recommend.Edit: Response to owner response. Thank you for apologizing. Your work on the car was great and I am happy with how it is running. As a young woman I am often treated badly when dealing with mechanics and was hoping it would be different. I bought and am paying for my BMW all by myself and have done a lot of maintenance and work on it all on my own. I did not grow up being taught how to take care of a car so it is a big learning curve, but I am smart and capable and pay attention whenever I feel something is wrong. With a full time job and no family to help out it can be iffy though with time and money, therefore it is hard to get everything done at once. I have found ways to carpool to my job until I can make sure my car is good to go and I wont be hurting it. I care about my car just as much if not more than you guys because it is so necessary in my life and I have put a lot of time and money into it. In the future, I would like to be shown in the car exactly what is wrong so I can be aware of everything I need to do to fix it and prevent future problems and it would be helpful to acknowledge that I dont have money to just keep giving even though I wish I did and I would have loved to get it all fixed and have this be over with. I do value your expertise and I understand the importance of maintaining my car.
Amazing. Best BMW shop in town. My oil change was way cheaper than dealership.
Very helpful and Knowledgeable, as a Business man and past Service manger of Mercedes-Benz, After taking my wife’s BMW to Fairfield Imports and speaking with the owner Mr, Richard Behn l can Honestly say he does not cut corners and you may pay more but your vehicle will be done right,Some of this other mechanics cut corners and fix the problem for a short period of time use an aftermarket parts will be cheaper but you will have the problem back soon.Thank you Richard for your help and information was very helpful.
I had a fantastic experience at this repair shop. I called the morning they opened after their Christmas break ended. That afternoon they were able to work on my vehicle, a 2009 335i. In the span of 3-4 hours, they replaced the starter, walnut blasted my intakes, and changed the oil. They also let me pick my car up that same evening after hours due to my situation. The mechanic I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, and the price I was charged was very reasonable. The quality of the work done was top-notch. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone else who truly cares about their vehicle.
Richard is the best! Great service and awesome prices. Youre missing out if you dont use Fairfield Imports as your car repair destination!
I was very happy that I found this amazing shop, worth the drive from Navarre, if you own an BMW this is where you need to be going. From now on, ALL work including oil changes will be trusted to this shop. The owner was excellent, walked me through everything that he did and didnt treat me like I was stupid. He was knowledgeable and had a sincere interest in my car. The work that was done on my car cost me less then half of what the dealership wanted to charge me. I was considering buying a different brand of car in the future, but I will be staying with BMW because I have a great place to take it!
Richard is a both a master BMW mechanic and Im beginning to think part magician. Fairfield imports is the best and the cost is always fair with repairs and maintenance work done fast. Best BMW mechanics on the Gulf Coast!
Prompt callbacks, busy, straightforward, efficient receptionist, wish I remembered her name...Friendly mechanics, and believe me, they stay busy, but always maintain a nice attitude, which, Im sure is hard to have sometimes! Prices are fair, and my Mini ran beautifully after being serviced there which is WAY more than I can say after taking it to Sandy Sansing, and dont even bother with the one downtown.Fairfield imports were very professional and their work shows in how my car runs!
Fantastic! I took my ’07 MINI Cooper in because I was experiencing and intermittent misfire in cylinder 2. I did the normal troubleshooting that the more experienced home mechanic can do … changing plugs, moving coil packs around etc., but the problem persisted. I didn’t want to just throw new parts at the car in the hope that I’d fix the problem; that can get expensive and cause new problems to pop up. I wanted to know what was going on and I don’t have that type of diagnostic equipment at home; it’s expensive!I initially succeeded in clearing my check engine light related to the misfire, but I still experienced an intermittent rough idle condition, so I took the car to my local MINI dealer for a diagnosis. They failed to identify the problem. Sometime later, the misfire event reappeared, and the check engine light was on again.Richard and his team were able to isolate the cause of the misfire to an intermittent fault with the cylinder 2 injector and improper spark plugs, plugs a website had listed for my MINI. He also took the time to explain the technical details of the problem, and I really appreciate the additional information!I do almost all of my own work, and have over 30 years of working on aircraft, cars, personal watercraft, and anything that has an engine. Every now and then, everyone may need a second opinion. If you fall into that group, Fairfield Imports is a great resource. Thanks guys!!!
Really good experience with this shop. Richard, the owner and mechanic is a real straight forward guy. Great service and better prices than the dealer. Did what he was supposed to do and more for a lot less than I thought it would cost. I will be dealing with him from now on.
We are a BMW family, loving those with a bit of age to them. Richard is very straightforward and simple in quickly diagnosing a problem. He knows the vehicles so well, he has pinpoint accuracy in all of the resolutions he proposes. I have most appreciated how he serves our family when we are in a crunch with quick turnaround, flexibility, all without being charged anymore.Thank you Richard for loving what you do and helping others while you do it!
Not impressed. I would expect more professionalism from a place that works on high end cars..BMW, MERCEDES BENZ, etc..
Really did a great job and beat all others in quality and price
It was grest
Honest and fair pricing. They let me know exactly what was wrong with my 525i and were honest about the repairs. Thanks Richard!
Customer service was HORRIBLE! I was quoted a price via text, I even called after the text was received to confirm the price of the quote. The day of pickup the owner greets me by pointing his finger at me and saying “You”, not my name or at least sir. I’m paying you over $1,100 for the job show me some respect. I get a receipt that was $50 more than what I was quoted. Confused by the price increase, I asked multiple times was he going to stand by his quote and sure enough he didn’t. In the mist of the owner telling me why there was a price change he was very condescending and raised his voice. Totally turned off by the experience!!! I had other things that needed to be fixed and was going have it done there but NO-WAY I’m gladly taking my money elsewhere. I rather take my car to the dealership. Stick to your price and have integrity, bad for business! This guy is unprofessional!
These guys are great! Great customer service & trustworthy work.
FairfieldImports is the only place I have taken my last 3 BMW, s over the years.. Richard and his staff are top notch! I have always been extremely happy with repairs and cost of service. They care about me and my car..
I wouldnt trust my 06 325i to anyone else. Richard and his staff are always friendly, accommodating, and honest. Ive owned my BMW for over 10 years and 100,000 miles and I know Fairfield Imports will be there to see it through 200,000. They are the most honest and respectable mechanics I have ever dealt with. You will wonder why you ever went anywhere else.
If youre looking for the best place to take your BMW for service and repair, Fairfield Imports is it. Youll receive excellent service at a fair price. Richard, the owner, is a BMW GURU - he knows his stuff, hes honest and he will treat you right. I give Fairfield my highest recommendation.
Richard definitely knows his stuff and was great to deal with. Their prices are the best Ive found in town for amazing quality work that uses O.E.M. parts. I would definitely recommend the guys at Fairfield imports to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward team to service their vehicles.
I took my daughters Mini Cooper in due to excessive smoke after idling for a while at red lights. Richard assured me that valve guides in a mini NEVER go bad. He changed the valve cover and said that should fix the problem. This along with an O2 sensor cost me over $700 out of pocket. He said if that didnt fix the problem to bring the car back and he would work with my warranty company to get the problem solved or get the engine replaced.Well less than a month later the problem returned. I had my daughter take the car back in. After 4 days he called her and said come get the car. He said its going to smoke forever so get used to it. Basically he milked me out of the money for the original non-fix and I still have a smoking car.If you want to throw your money away by all means this is the business for you. If youre like me and work for your money and actually expect the people you give your money too to actually do what they said they will do and keep their word then avoid this place at all cost.
Great BMW shop in the Pensacola area, went in for a mundane but concerning oil issue and had it sorted in no time. Rich and team were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable, its clear theres a great appreciation for cars (BMW and otherwise) in the shop. Glad to have found Fairfield to take care of my car!
Received excellent service at a very fair price. The repair was completed quickly and they went above and beyond to help me. Ill certainly be returning for all future repairs.
Richard and his staff are excellent. You are kept aware of what is going on with your repairs the entire time. Best BMW shop around, beats the dealership hands down.
Richard and crew are truly at the top of the game! Great service and friendly people to do business with. Highly recommend you check them out. They have been taking care of my 06 BMW 330i for two years now.
Richard is the only mechanic I let work on my BMW.I was lucky to find Fairfield Import when I moved here. Richard has great work ethics and will go out of his way to keep your car running like a new one. I just had an engine change in my 535i after an accident and USAA (my insurance company) could not say enough good thing about the work Richard has done for their customers in the past. Hands down the best choice for BMW owners.
Great place for your treasured BMW! Richard is an honest owner who recommends whats best for the customer, not his wallet. I was very impressed with his honesty and his thoroughness. I would recommend this place for any BMW services!
Had my radiator replaced, I was given a very fair price and Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and straight-forward. I was so very relieved to find someone whom I could trust to take care of my car!Id definitely recommend Fairfield Imports to anyone with a BMW or Mini Cooper.
Very happy with Fairfield Imports! In and out in one day! No unnecessary bull. We will definitely be back!
Having recently relocated from Atlanta, we were fortunate to find Fairfield Imports to service our BMW. Not only is Richard and his crew dedicated BMW professionals, but the pricing is fair and the service extraordinary. They are a welcome and appreciated alternative to the big box BMW dealerships and we highly recommend their services.
We completely trust Richard and Fairfield Imports and wont go anywhere else. He did such a good job fixing up my wifes car I bought my new car straight from him and I love it.
They do great work. Skip the dealership for your BMW and take it here.
Fairfield Imports is an awesome operation. They have great prices and really know their stuff. I have taken my Audi in multiple times over the period of about 13 months with some minor issues that they have all been resolved. They seem to know everything about my car, and I trust the EXPERT and HONEST advice. Multiple times I have had issues that the staff fixed without charging me a dime. Work I have had done: multiple oil changes (5), random warning lights(3-4), and a 75,000 mile tune up. Richard (the head honcho) is a nice guy and seems to really love cars and particularly BMWs. I highly recommend Fairfield Imports and wish I could take them with me to my next duty station. Its great knowing a car guy you can trust
Great business and service
I took my MINI here after a family friend recommended them to me. Great service, fast, and affordable.
If you like throwing money in a garbage can, then see Richard, and hell help you out!
Great place to eat good food will be back
---A+ mechanics--- Fairfield imports is the only shop in town I feel I can really trust my car with. Fair prices, quick service, knowledgeable mechanics, and overall the best shop in town.
Ive taken my 2008 328 there a couple times now. They do outstanding work and are really interested in doing only the work that needs to be done. Ill be going there from now on.
Absolutely amazing service. If you have a BMW that needs work done you should definitely bring it to these guys. They are fast, honest and fair. I have owned used BMWs for the better part of 10 years and have never had this level of service, at an independent or a dealer. The pricing is so great you almost have to pinch yourself. Richard does not mark up his parts and the labor prices are fantastic.I had to take my 05 X5 in for a myriad of things; the check engine light was on, there was an odd gas smell when I put in in reverse and the transmission was kicking when it down shifted. I was told by the dealership I bought the car from that this was just the computer and a seal that needed to be replaced and of course the warranty we had did not cover seals. This shop charged me over $1000 for a job that took less than 2 hours to complete. It took Richard less than this to tell me the actual problem was the clutch was tearing apart and the pieces of the clutch were getting caught in the gears, meaning I needed a brand new transmission. Luckily the warranty did cover this. Unfortunately it took the dealer 9 weeks to send a new transmission to Fairfield. During that time Richard was patient and kept up a friendly spirit, constantly telling us it was no problem that my car was sitting there for that long. Once the tranny finally arrived they had it installed and the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. The check engine light was showing a thermostat problem but Richard advised the thermostat was working just fine and there was no need to throw money at computer glitch that would not stop the light from coming on. And the gas smell was a quick 5 minute fix that he didnt charge us for. I am so happy that we found Fairfield Imports and for the first time in my life, a mechanic that I can trust. If you have an import I would encourage you to give these guys a try, you wont be disappointed.
These guys are ridiculously INCREDIBLE!!! I thought I was a computer nerd but these guys are German car nerds. Richard is the most knowledgable BMW mechanic I have ever met in my 15 years of owning BMWs.I have been through hell and back with my BMW dealing with other mechanics and BMW of Mobile. I purchased my wifes 2008 BMW 528i from BMW of Mobile and the cooling fans were super loud. We took it back to Mobile and they said it was normal along with the brakes make noises. I have had this car into the BMW dealer and they failed to let us know the software needed updating for the last 3 years and never could fix my wifes car properly. We took it to Fairfield Imports and they fixed in 1 day along with the SOS button and so many other things in no time and very little cost. Their prices will beat anyone. Everyone there is amazing. From the street it looks like a normal garage but these guys have the latest equipment and know what their doing. I read these reviews before I went to their shop but didnt realize they were as good as the reviews said. I am completely amazed. We are a BMW family and now I am bringing them my 745 Li that needs some serious TLC. I have spent over $4000 at BMW of Mobile and the last estimate BMW of Mobile gave me to fix everything was almost $12000. I was ready to get rid of my BMW and by a Chevy because BMW of Mobile had me so upset. I am so happy that I found these guys and now I can keep my 745 and most of all get it fixed for a price I can afford. Thanks again Fairfield Imports and thank you for the new relationship. I am telling all my friends about these guys because many of them drive BMWs.WE LOVE YOU!
I took my car to Richard and his excuse for not being able to fix a service engine light was because it’s a 22 year old car and that “it’s just gonna do that” and told me I was just throwing parts at my car . Unprofessional and not willing to help .
HORRIBLE Service...My husband took my Bmw here for a simple scan and computer check and reprogram the battery to the car... and this guy made negative comments about my car... which were not true at all... then charged us $107 for work he couldnt even do... he wanted to charge us $1,800 for a part the car didnt need and another $2000 to reprogram and work on the car... he advised us to sell the car it is trash... Really...? my son in law who works for Nascar came to visit us and he brought some of his tools and scanner and he had the car running in less than 2 hrs... told us the car didnt need the $1,800 part at all... he had our stuck hood open in 20 minutes and replaced the rusted computer and a few fuses and the car runs like a new one... I would never take my car to this shop... a lesson to the owner dont talk trash about someones car... you are far from a expert... as my son in law has shown and he is only 27 yrs old
I came here because of the promises and prices they offered me over the phone. I currently have an interlock system and they had to disable it. Well when they disabled it my dash cam automatically turns on. Well they gave me a call 24 hrs later saying they have diag the problem and for me to call for pricing. I call them and they tell me that its my clutch and flywheel then tell me its going to be 2000 dollars to fix. I told them no thanks and i will take it some where else because a stealership is just as expensive. So i get my keys and pay 96 dollars for the diag and tell him ill pick it up in the morning. So the morning comes and i come to pick it at 630 am (before they open). What i pull up on is a disaster. First thing i noticed is that my motorsports badge is peeled off my car and laying in on the ground then i get in me car and start pulling off, and now my differential bushing is gone and is clicking when the going into gear. So i take a look at my dash cam and it shows them driving my car like a bat outta heck and its shows them tearing my m badge off before they closed for the night. Its really a shame that they did all this out of spite because i did not want them to repair my BMW because their price was to expensive. They are disrespectful and con artists. I and going to see if google will let me upload the footage. Trust me this is not a place where youwant to take your bimmer.
Best BMW shop around. Best prices and great service.
Quick turnaround, better priced than dealerships, and Richard, the owner, is a reasonable man.Overall great experience.
Brought my BMW here awesome place please check them out.
My window was not functional in my bmw 525i and took it in the morning. They knew right away what was wrong and finished the job within a few hours. Anywhere else would have taken a lot longer and would have been more expensive. Very friendly and professional guys that know what theyre doing.
Always so helpful, honest, friendly and fast. Only place we take our BMW.
Very professional and friendly staff.
Just friendly and knowledgeable. Has time for the questions of a novice.
Great Richard knew right off what was wrong and it was repaired for 1/2 the price of a dealer Lowell now I can look forward to driving my car I was misled by the dealer
Man I done took my car up here to Fairfield imports so many time and this man is bad business dont even waste your time claim he professional he dont even deserve a star 😤😤😤😡😡😡😡🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿
My BMW will last forever with this place taking care of me
Refused to have a look at my vehicle because Im a dealer???!!!
Here for a short time with the military. So glad I found Richard
Excellent service and very good mechanics
