Ive been going there for over 25 years and have never left unhappy or without the service I was there for. Through all the staff changes over the years the service has remained top notch and the hospitality of the staff hasnt changed one bit! EXCELLENT!

What I like about this place is their prices are competitive with other places that will fix your car. I didnt give them give stars just because they dont automatically earn that I should give it to them. I base on the fairness of the service and the quality of work. If I dont have any complaint within 6 months to a year then I will highly recommend their workmanship and integrity of their mechanic not the front desk. But I am satisfied of the work Ive gotten from them.

I was having a problem with my power steering. So I brought my truck in and they replaced the pump and lines. And that was great so I picked it up. Couldnt even get out of the parking lot because it wouldnt steer. They said oh well youre having trouble with your rack and pinion. So instead of telling me this when they had it all apart they waited till they had it all back together so that Id have to pay labor all over again. So needless to say I had them do the rack and pinion. A ton of money later I pick it up and again I cannot steer it. Now they tell me that its the intermittent steering column. They tell me just to bring it in on Saturday when the boss isnt around theyll slap it on. So I ordered the part online brought it in on that Saturday dropped it off. Came back later at closing and they said that they did not have it done and they would do it on Monday. So I go back on Monday and now they want to try and charge me $250 for labor. I cannot tell you how disgusted I am by these people. I dont know if they felt they could take advantage of us because were senior citizens or what. But I would never recommend them to anybody. And I pray that nobody gets taken like we did by these people.

Fellow women, this is a good one! So often, repair shops see women and only see dollar signs. I went in and said I thought I needed new brake pads - the issue was a much cheaper fix, which they did (when it would’ve been so easy for them to do the more expensive brake pad replace). The technician explained the issue to me in a way that didn’t feel like I was being talked down to. Will definitely take my car back there!

Wow wow wow. I was recommended this place and I certainly know why. I didnt know the hours but I rushed after work to this place and they were minutes to close. I needed to use my car but I had a nail in it so I really couldnt wait to the morning. But without hesitation they said to come over. They could easily had said no and I wouldnt have complained. Love the generosity and I will definitely be back . I just dont wish car troubles on myself so I hope this review helps others

I always love going to Fishers. Kim and Kyle work the desk often and theyre both super kind people. Fishers been an honest company. Theyve been there for all my vehicles needs for the past 5+ years. Everyone is efficient and they get the work done. Pricing is fair and they wont drag the work. If its something simple they wont lie and charge you an arm and leg, theyll let you know its something simple and charge the correct pricing. I definitely recommend them.

Was told to just come between 7-12 got there at 743 and the guy who would be working on my car would be at work at 8. 750 one of the workers showed up with breakfast at 8 he got back in his car, 816 he came back with more food and put his own car on the lift...I went in an asked what was goin on and was told the mechanic was running late will be there soon..so I asked for my keys back and went to pepboys.

Fast and low cost

This place is the best! I went in for an oil change on a tight budget, but also needed my exhaust pipe welded... it was making a super loud noise while the car was running and vibrating my whole car. The cost for the pipe was more than I could afford, and the manager worked with me and gave me the best deal any shop has ever offered me!!! They really do care... are quick, and friendly. I called before I went but was basically a walk in and was in and out in about 30 minutes. They also told me I needed 2 new tires but did not pressure me to buy, and rotated my tires for longevity on the bad ones. This is definitely the shop I will be going to now and Id recommend it to all!

Got oil change last week, leaking oil badly. I am now half way across the state and cant get back to Fishers to look at. Guess I have to pay for another oil change to fix the loose filter or drain plug. Awesome!

Got right in for a oil change and a tire rotate. I asked them to inspect the brake because I just bought the truck. They told me the brakes are at 50%. It took them less than an hour for the service and for a reasonable price. They didn’t try and up sell me. I will return for future service.

These guys are always the best. Danny is super helpful and really informative. I dont go to any other shop, because I know that theyll give me the best price and the best service, which is hard to find these days.

Honest, great and affordable service

Not great. Brought in for alignment, told them explicitly to not pull the emergency brake because it does not work....Got car back with weird sounds coming from back end and very loose ebrake....I had to remove the rear left rotor, to find clearly they DID pull the e-brake, broke it, and left loose pieces rattling around rotor.

Great place! I got a nail in my tire (very slow leaking) called them, they said it would be 10 min and 10 minutes it was! They were polite, honest and they do want to retain the customers.

Terrible!!! Don’t waste your money! left my oil cap off after simple oil change., oil all over my driver car mat, they didn’t care at all. I had to ask Manager to wipe oil remains off my engine!

They treat you like a customer, not like someone to make money off of. I go out of my way to continue to come back to Fishers because they always let me know exactly whats wrong and try to find me the best price without up selling me or trying to force more unnecessary repairs on me, as so many auto shops do.

Slow, short handed & unprofessional. I needed a tire repaired but it wasnt repairable so I bought a new set of tires. When the guy took off my wheels (or when they were putting them back on) they stripped one of my lug nuts. They had to have used the wrong size socket to round it off like that. The front desk lady brought me the lug nut & said it was like that already, which is COMPLETE B.S. She then told me it was a dealer specific item. They didnt offer to pay for it & I had to leave there missing a lug nut to go buy one from the dealership. I left there & my tires all had different air pressure, as well. Worst place Ive ever been; Ill never return.

Walmart down the street stripped my lugs, on two seperate tires, they told me to go here for them to fix it then come back. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes, and got me the new tire. The price was a little higher, but the customer service, and short w8 time made it more than worth the extra 15 bucks.

Very courteous ..I went to local.walmart was told three hours or more wait for a simple flat fix found this place almost.next door just one road down from walmart and they got me back on road ..Im use to paying like 17.00 bucks for a.fixed flat they done it for under 10 and actually put jack away and put spare and jack handle and lug wrench back up securely...good as gold in my book

We used to enjoy going to fishers but after our two recent experiences there we will never go back. Our car has been overheating & they informed us it was just a cap. They charged us $40 that time. Two weeks later our car was overheating again, they said it was the thermostat & it also needed another cap. We told them to go ahead & fix it. They charged us over $300 & after just picking our car up last night the problem consists. Do yourself a favor & choose a place where mechanics & management know what theyre doing.

Best auto & tire shop I have ever used!

Danny was very helpful from the start. First he told me what the minimum charge would be just to look at my vehicle, and then called me back with the price to fix what was wrong and got my okay before doing any further work. It was a classic case of underpromising and overdelivering. This is one happy customer!

Fishers lost a chance to earn a customer for life. I had a valve stem break on my boat trailer. Fisher was the closest tire shop so I limped in there and they wouldnt help me. They told me I had to leave because I was taking up too much space in their small parking lot. Instead I had to limp all the way home, remove the tire and drive it up to another tire shop and let them spend the 5 minutes to complete the repair that could have been done in the same amount of time in Fishers parking lot.

They do great work for a fair price. I ALWAYS go to Fishers.

Well priced, little time consuming

Gave me a quote over the phone and when I went to drop the car off they doubled the price. While this happening the person I assume was the manager had a unprofessional conversation with one of his employees and then accused another employee of stealing from the shop.I will steer clear from this shop.
