We were over 700 miles from home when we had break issues. It was noon on Friday Memorial weekend, we called several other shops and were turned away. But Charlie at Golf Coast not only told us to bring it by he met us at the truck before we even got out. He told us what this issue was and started the repairs. He, himself, went to the parts store to get the correct parts because they delivered the wrong ones. He finished the job and we were on our way. I would strongly recommend this place and Charlie for all your repair needs. Also thank you for the referrals of places to eat.P.s how was the cheesecake?

I thought I had a major electrical issue . From the time I called and talked to Charlie (service manager ) on the phone to start a road service call, until the time he arrived, diagnosed my issue, and resolved my issue was less than an hour. Anyone who knows anything about electrical issue knows this can be a serious time killer. Ive been on the road for about 3 years now, over a dozen maintenance calls at least. I wish these guys were the only ones to ever touch my truck again. They responded fast, fixed my issue fast. As far as customer service, Charlie is the man. Dont waste time with anyone else.

Only gave them 1 star because zero wasnt an option...Just take you truck to ward may pay a little more but it will actually get done...I turned my truck in 3 months ago never getting a call. I kept calling only to be told charlie will call you which never happened finally being told we cant find the part you may want just sell your truck NEVER EVEN TOLD ME WHATS WRONG.. unbelievable and unprofessional never use these people
