Took a long time BUT that was due to the service needed on my car. Other people that just needed basic service were in and out in 30 minutes or less. Waiting area is very comfortable, snacks/coffee/water, free wifi, air conditioning, and a cute play area (for those with kids). Super impressed with the dog park on site. They are dog friendly inside as well and my pup loved all the attention he got. Brent was the person who helped me, he was wonderful. Some service people/mechanics make you feel like youre wasting their time or assume you dont know anything about your own car. Brent took the time to explain when needed but didnt over explain when not needed. Really had a great experience.

Amazing cannot even express our experience with Anderson Subaru. My son, Chris, came home from medical school for a brief visit. On his journey back, debris flew off a car and lodged into his hood grill. He pulled off the interstate and removed it, only to have his oil light turn on about an hour later near Pensacola. Your employees were so kind to see the Forester. The vehicle had a complete service before leaving NOLA and only needed additional oil. It was just a coincidence per Anderson Subaru. He was on his way in no time to finish his journey back to school. Compassionate and kindness are wonderful attributes in your employees!Thank you so much!

Very disappointed in the service department. My husband recently thought he lost the key fob for his Outback, so he called to order a new one. Right before they called to notify him it was in, he found it. When they did call, he asked if it could be sent back or his order canceled, but he was advised that it was not possible, even though it had not been opened or programmed to his car. When he did go in to have it programmed, the cost was about $30 more than what he was quoted and the bill showed a $25 charge for shop supplies, which was in addition to parts and labor. My husband voiced his frustration to a service person who simply said that wasnt right but didnt offer to help in any way. Its a shame because they might have made some money off of us today but they have lost any future business from us.

Great experience with the purchase of our new Outback. It was a Saturday about 45 mins before closing. Steven Simpson was our salesperson. Steven was great, he was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained everything about before, during and after the test drive. Once we decided this was the car for us, he walked us through the purchase and finance process explaining everything and answered all our questions. Even after the dealership had closed and we were taking delivery of the car, he did not rush us, he stayed to help set up and car and get everything just right before we left the lot. The whole process from walking on the lot to taking delivery was great. On Saturday May 29,2021 my wife and I road out to Anderson Subaru just to see what they had in vehicles. We walked around the new car area and noticed several models that peaked our interest. The sales force didnt come out and pester us with questions but left us alone to wander. Once we needed some information Evan Papanikolaou, who turned out to be our sales person, asked if if we had any questions about any of the models. We liked the looks of a black Forrester Touring model. He went got the keys to it an opened it up for us to see and asked if we would like to take it for a test drive. On our drive he introduced us to the different features of the vehicle. Less than four hours later we traded in our vehicle and drove home with our New Forrester Subaru. As many vehicles that I have bought in my 77 years this purchase was by far the easiest I have ever experienced! From our salesman all the way through to the Finance Manager, everyone acted like we were part of a family.I would recommend to anyone to visit Anderson Subaru!

Everyone from salesmen to mechanics are doing their very best to determine why my brand new 2021 Subaru Outback developed tire pressure sensor issues almost as soon as I left the lot. I have had two Subaru’s previously; there has never been an issue with anything. The same issue happened in the 2021 loaner Outback I am using. Anderson is communicating with Subaru Central.

While searching for a car we went to many car dealerships for weeks and I never found the right deal/car or even a friendly salesman. Everyone I encountered was so pushy and wasn’t listening to us. Wayne was my guy but the rest of the staff and salesman were very very respectable, for once I wasnt surrounded by snakes in suits, these people are legit and will take care of you, Im glad I choose a Subaru aswell as a Anderson Subaru. Long time Toyota buyer, but after many test drives and reading reviews Wayne Barr (our salesperson) helped us get a new Touring Outback. Such a fun and solid car to drive plus the interior is the very best I have ever seen in a car. We love all the safety features and it did not talk long to learn all the cool details of this wonderful car. Work performed was done as ask for. A little pricey, but done right the first time. You do get what you pay for.

Anderson Subara made car buying fun again. None of the hoopla of flashing lights, sirens or tag-team rotation of sales personnel. Just great, old fashioned way of doing business. Our salesman, Wayne Barr was great. He listened to us, understood what we wanted in a new car, then made suggestions to fit our needs. None of the selling us what he wanted to sell. Paul helped us with the financing-again a smooth well organized process. Day after we bought our car I called the dealership for an appointment and was greeted by Gracie-a friendly personality that makes service after the sale easy.

I dont ever give reviews but... Without a doubt this is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to and I will be a customer any chance I get. I was lucky in a way because as I was traveling, they just happened to be the closest Florida Subaru dealer near me. I had a Subaru lease at the end of its term and wanted to buy it out. Paul (sales mgr) took such good care of me when he didnt really have to. Most dealerships would have said, you didnt buy it here? Call Chase, theyll finance it for you, have a nice day. They took care of financing, title, registration, expired tags, everything. Paul set it up, Adam knocked it out! These guys were great. I didnt even have to go to the tax collector, they did it all. Adam said I was the first guy ever to walk out of there with nothing but a brand new sticker! He even put the tag on the plate for me. Cant say enough about this place. Every employee I met was awesome. Thanks guys. I WILL BE BACK!

There is a reason why Anderson subaru is the number one dealer in the country, and this is one of them!Here is an update, this dealership is amazing there isn’t another dealership that I have ever done any business with that even come close to the service you get from Anderson Subaru, I drove 468 miles just to trade vehicles sight unseen, the finance manager and I spoke for about 3 days I requested specific details and When I arrived everything was in order and easy for my transaction. I was in the dealership for an hour and was driving back to my location which was 468 miles away. I will not buy a Subaru from anyone else as long as I am able to drive!!Fly in drive in it will be the best deal you will find with the almost unlimited lifetime warranty you just can’t beat that anywhere!
