My service writer, Debbie, was awesome. She was very kind, funny, professional, quick to get me checked in, called me to go over my estimate and to explain what I would be receiving in text, texted me when my car was complete, followed-up with the shuttle service to confirm they were picking me up, and did a fast check out when I arrived. I did not get the gentlemans name doing shuttle by himself that day, but he was also great. Overall, a great experience!!
Had an incident with my car during hours when Honda was closed, which was an urgent issue. I Went in early the next day without an appointment and my problem was addressed and resolved without hesitation. I was worried about going in without an appointment but the staff was very accepting and that made me feel very comfortable.. thank you very much for taking me in during youre very busy schedule.
Erica was the absolute best! Very professional, explained everything, and gave us her direct contact at Honda if we ever need anything or have questions and concerns. This was by far a great experience, its a blessing to see someone actually love their job, appreciate it and go above and beyond in customer service.

I had a free oil change and inspection. My tire was having trouble holding air, which turned out to be two nails. Because of the low mileage, they decided to replace the tire at no cost. Awesome!
Melissa went above and beyond. Since l had to wait over 2 hours for a service that should have taken less than an hour. She apologized and didn’t charge me for oil change and tire rotation. Also, they were supposed to do air filter change. She told me to bring car back at my convenience and she would take care of that too. She is the example of what customer service should be. Even though the long wait wasn’t her fault she took responsibility for it. She is the type of employee that will make me continue to come back to Pensacola Honda.

Pensacola Honda Service Center is awesome, Erika Nelson and Hiep Nguyen are excellent service professionals along with the rest of the staff. Their attention to deal is amazing, you always know before the maintenance the exact cost & time requirement (no surprises) and the staff routinely keeps you informed as the maintenance is progressing.I always feel confident only the needed work is performed ( no up-sale pressure) and a lovely waiting area, clean rest rooms and large viewing area to watch the maintenance underway if you desire. Pensacola Honda Service Center is world class...No stress here....My doctors office could learn a lot about On-Time-Delivery, Price Point, and Customer Service by modeling the Pensacola Honda Service Center.

Service agent was polite and updated my profile with new car purchase. Received car with free car wash. Had a question on exterior stain I had trouble removing and she called in their detail guy to explain what over the counter products are available. Was pleased with help. Maintenance reminder was reset. Very pleased with service and interaction with service agent.

I was in Pensacola due to Hurricane Ida. Chris was very helpful and the mechanical work was thorough. We had one issue - when my car was put through the car wash at the end, the antenna broke off. Chris has been helping with the orchestration of getting the new part needed. Once he receives, he will send to me in New Orleans and I will have Royal Honda here put on the new part and antenna.
I cannot emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the service department is at Pensacola Honda. I’ve never been pressured to spend more than I need to and have actually been advised on a few issues that have saved me time and money. Turn around time is usually faster than I had hoped. They seem to consistently out do themselves!
Debbie was my service tech. She got me in and out in a hurry for a simple issue. She was very pleasant and professional. She sent me a message telling me if I needed anything to let her know while I waited. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinks.

Having just moved into the area, it was our first experience with Pensacola Honda. We were greeted cheerfully by service advisor John N. The issue with our van was difficult to diagnose but Caleb, our technician, persevered. After a few hours of probing, the issue was resolved and the Odyssey runs like new. We were charged about one-third of what the technicians time was worth. I never thought I would find another service team as good as the we left, but John and Caleb surpassed all our expectations. Pensacola Honda is our new go-to dealership.
Jeremy is absolutely wonderful to work with. Calm and peaceful even throughout the rush of the day which looks very hectic. Always a great experience even to meet the repair guys that sometimes come up front as well, they are always courteous even if theyre not working on my car. Great crew! :-)
Dropped off my car earlier than my appointment time. Went to lunch and picked up fixed and washed vehicle shortly afterward. Fast, friendly service. Price is about typical for any type of mechanical work.

I have been a Honda driver since I started driving in 2010, I’ve bought 2 cars from Pensacola Honda, and I will never buy there again. I got my routine maintenance there (oil changed/tires rotated and balanced), I picked my car up and not even 10 miles into the driving my car one of the tires EXPLODED on the interstate. I immediately called the dealership letting them know what had happened and they gave me the information for road side assistance (which never came btw) and then blew it off saying I must have ran over a nail. I again explained how I had just left the dealership and something needed to be done and Erika continued to say i must have ran over a nail… once I made it home I attempted to call to speak to the manager or someone who could help me with what we could do to make this right. Was sent to Erika’s voicemail and then I called back to back at least 5 times to try to speak with someone, I could hear them pick up the phone and transfer me to a voicemail line… I call back with a different number and SURPRISE they answered the phone then transferred around again.. I have never been treated like my business did not matter. I am still waiting to hear from someone regarding this matter and yet no one has called. So thank you, Pensacola Honda for your ridiculous professionalism. I hope You guys do right by the next person..
I was so pleased with my service today. I am traveling and from out of town. My TPMS warning light came on. Took it over to Honda Pensacola and they found a nail in my tire. It was repaired quickly. I appreciate the kindness shown to me today. Great job! Thank you for taking care of me.
I am not saying everything went smoothly when I took my car in- they were missing a part and told me it would be several weeks before it could come, since they have suffered from shipping delays like everyone else. Then, when the part did come in- it was a rear window wiper arm and blade- they misplaced the arm and called me back 20 minutes after I left the shop to tell me they found it. The reason they get five stars is that my service tech, Colby, not only apologized for all of the bother but refused to charge me anything. Most of the mistakes happen these days because of staffing and shipping shortages, and he could have made me happy by just giving me a discount. But he went the extra mile by taking on the charge himself. I hope Honda knows they have a dedicated service rep there!!!
My service advisor was John Norwalk who inter faced with me as I left the car in the service bay. He discussed the service with the car and keep checking with me during the 11/2 hour it took for the service. John is very customer friendly and is a positive asset for the dealer. Give him a raise he is worth.
I have been impressed with Pensacola Honda since the day I purchased my Accord 2 years ago. Today was no different. Chris was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for all the work I had done. Chris informed me of the Veteran discount and after this was applied to my bill I saved a little over $73. Went in for an oil change and tires rotation for the 2015 Odyssey. I arrived on time but line was full and did not get in until close to 20 minutes of my 10AM appt. and I got out of there at 12:45PM. Have to come back for some critical repairs this week. But the Technician name Colby was very courteous and helpful. see you soon.
NEVER AGAIN. We dropped our car off for what we thought were two routine recalls. We waited two weeks during this time, were given every excuse, were verbally assaulted by John Nowak for just asking simple questions, left messages to no avail. We were finally given the car back in worse shape than we brought it in, they had broken our bearings while fixing the recall. They luckily didnt charge us for the damage they caused. We *finally* got it home and the dashboard lit up. We were told its just an old car (2009 Fit, with only 75000 miles-well taken care of) and that it needed a new transmission. Shocker, it doesnt and didnt after taking it to a local and trustworthy shop. I cant even begin to say what a terrible experience and ordeal this was... Please find another location with people that are nice, trustworthy and know what theyre doing. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was beyond acceptable
Parts were ordered under warranty and replaced in a timely and efficient manner. Service rep. (Colby )was very courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

They were quick to get us in after an emergency engine light blinking needing to replace spark plugs. (We were on a long road trip back to FL, our last day day 4 of driving) They even shuttled us to a place for lunch so we didnt have to be in the summer heat. I’ve used Pensacola Honda several times since I have an Acura and that dealership is far away. The last time Pensacola Honda said they rotated my tires but after I left the dealership I thought I’d check. Two tires still had 27 pounds of air, therefore, I don’t believe they rotated my tires and they definitely did not check the tire pounds.I had gotten my car serviced the last week of August 2021. A month later my car wouldn’t start. The battery had lots of blue battery acid all over the top. I had to call roadside service they said the battery has been ozzing battery acid tor a long time definitely more than a month. I took it too Pensacola Honda and asked how this could be and they printed a copy of my last work order a month ago and the battery checked out perfectly.This dealership charges for work that hasn’t been performed. They say they do the point check but they don’t, it’s just a process.I will not go back!

This particular visit was not for regular maintenance. The A/C had stopped working, requiring a new compressor. This is an expensive part. My service advisor was able to locate one for me at a better rate than estimated. The labor was also less than estimated. So while my visit was a more expensive one this time, it wound up being several hundred dollars less than expected!

Ownership of car was father to son to father. The dealership is stuck on the son so calls and notices go to person with the sons given name, not the fathers. We live close together so not really a problem but a minor complaint. The time and quality of service was truly outstanding and that is what matters.

Pensacola Honda, for me is the best. As a mother of three, rely upon my car and me not having anyone it was a nightmare. This Tuesday my car battery just gave out and I had to have it towed to the dealership, I called ahead of time and explained my situation and without hesitation they said that they would take care of me eventhough they had no openings. They saw it as an emergency and had the car done by the next morning. I am truly greatful that Pensacola Honda took care of my problem so swiftly. Thank you once again.

This is the 3rd oil change I have had to have this year. The only answer I get it is I drive it alot. A car is made to drive so I dont understand that answer. I brought this car in February of this year, 3 oil changs, USB charge doesnt work, and the brakes are horrible. I heard that maybe the car was sitting in the back for a while, I still dont think a 2021 should have this many problems.

We bought our Odyssey from Pensacola Honda in October and since the buying experience was good, we decided to use them for service as well. Though the drive is 100 mile round trip for us, we decided to use our free first service and continue with Pensacola Honda if all went well. The appointment was the end of any service we got. My husband arrived on time for the service and checked in. He asked how long it would be and was told about an hour. No problem. An hour and a half later, the car had not moved. When he asked how much longer, he was told that they had 15 people out that day and they didnt know how much longer. This would have been nice to know in the beginning. He could have left and come back later. Even better, since his appointment was at noon, someone could have called in the morning and rescheduled due to short staffing. The person he spoke to was not very nice about it. He requested to speak to a manager and was told that person was at lunch. Really? I work in healthcare and I assure you, if we had multiple people out, our manager would not go to lunch. He would be talking to customers. My husband left his name and number for a manager to call him and left. This was well over 2 weeks ago and he has heard nothing. Very disappointing. So, 100 mile round trip, and hour and a half wait for nothing and about $12 worth of gas, we got nothing. On a positive note for us, we just had the service done at Eastern Shore Tameron Honda. One hour in and out, including tire rotation. Great communication and even used a coupon for a few dollars off. We will not be returning to Pensacola Honda, but will continue with Tameron.
I called Colby in the service department due to an issue with my 2018 Pilot and he got me in right away and the problem was fixed in less than 15 min. I am beyond grateful for the fast and friendly service it was a breath of fresh air.
I was visiting my parents in town and had my engine splash shield come loose on the trip down. They fastened it back on and didnt charge me anything at all since it was an easy fix. Great service!

Went in for an oil change, as service was conducted promptly and the information regarding a problem with a part was professionally explained by Chris and Zane this afternoon. Both have done a good job in making sure my experience was excellent.
Not a good value for an oil change and tire rotation and they quickly ran it through the carwash. No vacuum out like the Kia dealership across the street. I asked about the bugs still on my front windshield and the guy said yea, we just run them thru the auto car wash. I am going to call the Kia dealership and see if they can do my oil change next time. I get better value and service.

Called to get vehicle in as it wouldnt start, had a new alternator installed 4 months ago. Lady that answered said they are booked until Sept 1st. I explained I only have one vehicle and that it needs to be brought in. She transferred me to service rep who did set up an appt that day. Everything was checked and thank goodness only the battery. But, I think Honda needs to improve their preliminary estimate they send via email. Our Vin was correct but the engine was listed as a 4cyl and it is a 6 cyl., showed tire tread depth when the vehicle hadnt even been in the stall yet. Dont understand how you can populate a computerized estimate with incorrect information, prior to inspection.
