I think I found a trustworthy place to get my oil changed - finally. Had a great first experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Although it is a bit pricey, they make up for it with their amazing customer service and speed! I was in and out of there within 45 min while they were working on other vehicles as well. I took my car in because when I cranked the car there was smoke coming from the tail pipes. I heard from other people that it was my catalytic converter or a broken head gasket. Being a lady I was afraid they would take advantage of me but after their assessment it was neither of those issues. They are honest and professional. Clutch gave out on the interstate this morning at 7 AM. Gentleman on the phone said they could do work on a manual. Tow truck on over. While waiting on the mechanic, the tow truck drove off. Was then politely informed that they couldnt work on a stick. Out $78 and another hour+ of waiting for a second tow. Mistakes happen, and Ive used their services out on 9 mile before w/o issue, so Ill leave three stars. And again, Im sure theyre competent mechanics and decent people, but I will ardently avoid utilizing their services ever again in any context. A simple apology wouldve gone a long way.Edit: After some further contemplation -- changing it to one star.

Got an oil change in the evening over the weekend and I was in and out in 8 minutes! Highly recommend if youre on a time crunch. They are pricey though.

My moms car broke down. We towed it to Express Oil change. In the back they have a repair shop. I was impressed with the honesty and extra mile they went to ensuring my 85 year old mothers car was in good and safe shape for her to drive. Yes. She still drives and proud of her for doing so.

Poor customer care after leaving my driveway stained with oil. The tech apparently did not tighten oil plug. All I asked for was to clean up the oil stain. All he was willing to do was wipe under carriage of my vehicle.

Absolutely recommend this place. The staff is always incredibly friendly and has never made me feel like they are trying to push services on me just for the money. I have even come in twice complaining of a small oil leak and the manager checked and fixed the problem (leaky oil plug) with no charge and in under 20 minutes!

I called in regarding fixing the flat tire I had incurred from a pothole. The technician took the time to explain to me if I was going to be able to repair or replace the tire. Having called 4 other business whose help had been subpar and sales oriented it was refreshing to have someone actually help me.

Second time this has happened. I stopped in Thursday for an oil change. When I got home I had oil all over my tailgate, under carriage and the side of my truck and a low oil light. I crawled under the truck only to find a loose drain plug. I understand that things happen but this is the second time.

Ive talked to them several time over a couple weeks for a clutch job. Was given a quote but then they couldnt find the parts. Asked if I ordered the parts if theyd do it. Was told yes and given a new quote. After I spend $1500 on the clutch kit, I call to make an appointment, and now they refuse to do it. I was told flat out, we can make way more more doing way less work by the lead mechanic himself. Dont even waste your time calling this place.

I used to get my oil changed wherever, not anymore. Like having a doctor you can trust to check you out, you should have the same in a mechanic for your vehicle. These guys are awesome. Prices are reasonable, they are quick and thorough. Overall service is fantastic!

I just took my Corvette to the so cation and they treated me so kindly and with a lot of respect. David explain to me everything they did and it didnt take very long to do my synthetic oil change. The price was reasonable and they also provide discount for ladies on Tuesdays. They have a full mechanic repairs and diagnostic shop and do tires in the back (sales too). My experience was very positive. I would highly recommend them and I plan on returning.

I have been going here for years and have NEVER been disappointed! Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. They always go out of their way to meet your needs! During my most recent visit I needed a headlight replaced hydraulics in the back or my tailgate and an oil change and they did everything in less than 30 minutes!

They were extremely kind and quick. I walked in very angry because I’d made an 8am appointment with different company and when I arrived, they said there was no time for me. The friendly and timely service from Express fixed my car (oil change and tire repair) and turned my day around.

Dishonest- don’t go here!!I had been a long time customer and always got my oil changed here. I stopped to get tires filled when my light came on, which they told me they took care of but the light never went off. Turns out they never actually did anything before they sent me on my way as I rechecked elsewhere. Sad to say now I can’t trust their services. I was completely blown off by the manager when I went back to discuss this. Very poor treatment of customers and dishonesty.:(

Great service?...today is 8/29/17. The mgr. that greeted me...if one can call what he did a greeting. I suggest you either get some sleep...drink some coffee, or read a book on how to treat one of your companys long time customer, better yet stay at home or find a job where communicating is not part of the job description. If this gentleman is the mgr. I will be switching to another location. I can go elsewhere and be treated with more respect/courtesy than what I experienced this morning.One word.Unbelievable

Fast friendly service at good prices. These guys know what there doing and also inspect your car for parts it may need . I always take my Honda and wifes Toyota here. They offer full synthetic for around $70 for you can get the synthetic blend for around $60.

After getting several quotes to repair my mothers car ranging from $300-700 a friend suggested I take it to express oil. When I arrived I was met by Randy the manager he noticed the car was running rough right away.I explained that its been doing this for a week or so. After about two minutes the car was running like new. He told me a vacuum line had come off. He was very polite and didnt charge me anything he also turned off the engine light. Only place me and my family will go to from now on.

My first visit will definitely not be my last! Got there around 8:30 am on Wed and there was no line; in all I think the oil change took 10 min. Since it was my first visit I got $5 off and they gave me a few more coupons as well. I was also told that Tues ladies get $5 off!

First time at this location and will definitely be back. Came in for an oil change & a quote on replacing my back tail light (which I had the part for). Randy, the manager, replaced it quickly & to my surprise at no charge. Highly recommend these guys for their quick and friendly service.

Great service! I took my van there to get my oil changed while visiting here from out of town. They were very friendly and took care of me right away. They also noticed that one of my tires was very low and suggested I get it checked across the street. It turned out that I had a screw in the tire, so I got that fixed. I would highly recommend this place.

Just horrible experience. They forgot to tighten the oil pan drain plug on my car and oil leaked all over my carport. They then spilled oil all over the top of my daughters car engine and left it. Never going back! Unbelievable.

Best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. Their concept is awesome! They allow you to drive your car into the bay and sit in it while they service your vehicle. They came up to me and showed me the dipstick for visual verification that they filled it with the appropriate amount of oil. Then for payment, they ran the credit card right there in the shop. I never had to leave my vehicle! Super professional and extremely quick. I think I was outta there in less than 15 minutes

I had payed a friend to change my oil in my Miata and he couldnt remove the oil filter. He had to put oil back into the engine so he put the new oil in (thankfully). So I determined I would have to take the car to an oil shop, I read reviews of local shops and you can see what I see; great reviews for Express Oil Change. I took my car there expecting to have to pay for a full oil change, even though I had new oil with an old filter. The technicians were very professional, and recommended automatically that they change the filter only. I was surprised, not only did I walk out of there paying less than expected without even asking or pushing for it, the technicians were very helpful and giving. Definitely going back in 3,000 miles/3 months!
