If you are a licensed beautician this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place. Great service. My only complaint is that they always seem to be out of the particular hair colors that I need.

I wish that they would have better deals like they used to and it seems like they use the excuse not to have products in which the staff was more consistent and a lot friendlier.

Nice little beauty/cosmetology shop. Has a fair enough mens selection, although I do wish it was a bit more expansive.

I love this store for hair products... however, Im a nail tech and I only come here for specific items I need that I cant find elsewhere or need immediately because the prices are a bit higher. This store always has amazing customer service and the employees are the sweetest and so helpful every time!

Horrible Customer Service - PUNISHED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! When I moved here over a year ago I took my license information to them and shopped there a few times over the course of a few months. When I went in after they had done their remodel they discovered that my license info was not in their system. I had shopped for almost an hour and had lots of stuff that I needed to purchase and when the new employee ringing me up realized that my info was not there, she brought it to the attention of the manager who refused to allow me to purchase. I attempted to look the license info up online but did not remember all of the correct info or website to go to. The following week I took a copy of my license in to them just to prove that I was not lying or trying to scam them, but told them that I would not be back. They should have allowed me to purchase (they could see my purchase history) with the agreement that I would bring my license in again the next time that I wanted to purchase. I will never go back for the fact that they treated me like a dishonest person when THE MISTAKE WAS THEIRS TO BEGIN WITH!

You do need to be licensed to shop there. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although I continue to shop there and will spend the money if I need to return something I wont get my money back just store credit. Not a problem but something to keep in mind for those of you that didnt know about this policy.

Be aware that this store does not give refunds even with a receipt! The employees also give poor customer service. Big turn off between the I dont care and you are out of luck attitudes from everyone including the owner. What a poor way to do business. I recommend shopping elsewhere!

Extremely good help and very much geared towards the hair profession, as they only sell to licensed cosmetologists. They have a wide and varied selection of the newest as well as the older professional products.

Armstrong McCall used to be one of my favorite places to go for my hair needs, since the buyout from the original owner things have been quite hectic and I am sorely disappointed in the outcome of the buyout. I still go here to get some of the things I need, hopefully it will get better soon.

Their staff sold me the WRONG clipper blade and now Im stuck with it. May be they should train the staff better or just service merchandise the whole place

The cashier who I went to was a little rude. She could not find me in the system so she developed a little attitude. I asked her is she could find it with my phone number and her response was ok but the delivery of her response was nasty. After finding me in the system she asked questions I quess to see if I was who I was telling her I was. I normally do not have a problem in Arstrong even though I have not been there in a while the people are always nicer than this lady was.
