Walked in and asked if they had the mascara I usually get but did not have it which was fine. I thought I was going to at least be recommended or helped further for a different mascara but didn’t receive the greatest service. Also was grabbing my birthday gift and she could of at least handed it to me in a bag. Just disappointed how the others was treated versus how I was treated. I usually don’t shop in person for this being my reason of how the treatment is. I don’t need to be treated like royalty or anything but felt like the service could of of been better.

Went to check on a make up pallette Ive been waiting on (Violet Voss Care Bears)(8/4/2021). They had it!!! Was super happy!! Randall is always super helpful when I go in there which is frequently. Greets with a smile!. Justine is friendly as well as Eryn (I think thats how her name is spelled). These are the 3 people I typically run into. I paid with my Sephora credit card and my item was placed in a bag for me and I was told thank you and to have a great day. The store was very busy but each employee I delt with was smiling and very nice. As always. 5 stars!!

Everyone there including the manager was judging me for just starting out in makeup, rude work environment HOWEVER the red headed girl think her name was Kaya or something like that spent so much time helping me with makeup AND skincare; wish she was manager. 5 stars for her only

Great location, great staff. Probably one of the best teams at any Sephora Ive been to. Everyone is super attentive and helpful, even when they are busy, they take the time to kiki with you and I appreciate that. I never feel like they are just trying to make a sale either, just a good store all around.

Went in needing help. The man that worked there, think he was the manager, took one look at me rolled his eyes and walked away. Luckily, A really nice red headed girl (forget her name) noticed this and came up and apologized and helped me buy so much products. Only coming back and buying with her

I was lied to. I bought some lipstick and was told I could bring it back. I used it once. The girl even commented that the wrapper was still partially there. She said it timed out. No refund. I went ahead and bought another and she tried to keep the old one to turn in. I had to ask for it back and she said she gave it back. I said it is in your hand. Got it back. Hate the new lipstick. So dark it looks goth. Not going to come back and be out another $20+.

I don’t write reviews often but I just really appreciate how kind and helpful the employees at this store have been to me every time I’ve come in. I am so clueless about makeup and skincare and they always seem to have good products to recommend to me. They are also very kind when I need to return something that didn’t work out. They don’t make me feel bad about it, they just accept the return and try to help me find something that will work. I used to go to ulta and they were never helpful and were very rude if I had to return something. I’m so glad I won’t ever have to go to ulta again.

They were super busy yet I was approached by an associate right away to help me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a sample and she set me up so I could check out while she made the sample so it would be ready when I was ready to go. I highly recommend this Sephora!

Regarding the counter rep female dark short hair 30-ish, bad employee.Extremely rude store staff just harassed my wife’because she had to pull down her mask to smell the fragrance that they sell. avoid the store at all costs not worth your time. drop your money elsewhere. by the way,my wife and her friend have tons of cash ready to spend, big mistake guys,not only will they not be back, they will tell all their friends as well.Quite possibly the rudest staff we’ve encountered in Florida yet.

I love this store. I had the best ever customer service experience here. Everyone in the store was friendly but not pushy and super knowledgable. I love the simplicity of the store and it is always clean and stocked when I go in. If I need a mood booster I go here.The sweetest makeup advisor Annie was such a big help with finding a new foundation and without even being asked she gave me a sample. She matched me up PERFECTLY. Best Sephora ever please visit this store if youre in the area!

I get that the place is busy but they lack communication between coworkers there. I have the patience to wait for help but when one of the girls goes over to cross my name out of the wait list in front of me while I’m STILL WAITING to be helped and she goes off to help the first person that walks into the store is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I keep my cool and ask another worker there for help and they tell me to write me name down on the list!! I tell her that they crossed my name out without helping me and went off to offer help to some one else and THEY STILL MAKE ME WAIT. I was there for over an hour stupidly waiting and being nice without loosing my cool just to have these girls chatting in corners or ignore me as well as all the other women in the list behind me. If I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD!!! Never going back there again!!

I went to Sephora and tried to return and exchange items that I purchased. The one I was exchanging was damaged and one that I returned did not work for me. The lady at the register went on about how the product I did not want worked well for her and that I must be using it improperly. Then, she tries to charge me for that item, not put the money beck onto my card. When I tried to explain to her I was returning the item and not purchasing she responded very rudely. Once she finally worked out the return I asked if there was anything I needed to sign and she said no and rushed me out. I left with both the customer and store copy. It surprises me that someone with so little customer service skills can be employed at such a great store. 9/16/19 12:56pm

Some of the people in here are nice but some are really stingy with assisting you and giving you samples. It can be a pain to try and return things sometimes but that’s typical of any store. Overall good.

I went in and bought $180 worth of makeup. I left and went to Auntie Anne’s right after, set my bag on the counter to pay for my pretzel, walked away about 10 feet to realize I left my bag on the counter....turned around and it was gone (stolen).(I know this was my fault)I called security and did a report with them and the Pensacola Mall police.I went right back to Sephora hoping someone turned my bag in, but they didn’t.I was in tears when I returned.....literallyThe manager (which had just checked me out 10 minutes prior of a total of $180) was very snotty and showed zero sympathy for my bag getting stolen. I felt she could have at least offered me a few samples, seeing I was in tears. Very disappointed!!I will shop at ulta from now on.

Usually when i go in here i am always greeted. and i was extremely disappointed when i walked in and an employee was standing at the door didn’t even acknowledge us. right after us another lady came in a was greeted like i usually am. throughout my whole visit i saw the same employee who looked and made eye contact with me but refused to help me. didn’t catch her name but she was blonde and had glasses. i found something i liked but i will not buy it here, i’ll go to ulta least they help you.

The sales floor sounds like a jr. high locker room among the sales associates, a lot of cattiness and rude comments were over heard from them. Also, i did not see much talent from them when it came to makeup knowledge or application. There were a lot of areas that needed attention, re stocking/ sampler items that were empty.

The sephora in JC Penneys (university location) is great If youre in a hurry and know what you want. Dont expect much customer service because you wont receive it and If you it will come fully loaded with attitude. Just save your time and go to Cordova Mall... its worth it If youre looking for a larger selection and need actual assistance.

The Sephora @ Cordova Mall has some of the rudest, condescending, unfriendly employees. I have a two strike rule so I always give all retailers 2 chances to change my mind on there service.This past Saturday 3/10/18 I visited Sephora to see about a new foundation and possible moisturizer. Now I have visited this location about 6 times. I have always bought something. My last visit was horrible so I figured Id try again. They werent very busy when I arrived so I went to go check out a couple different brands I currently use the Too Faced Peach foundation, but wanted to try something new. I of course had to hunt down a sales clerk who was ever so quick to pass me off to someone else. She was polite enough and gave me the sample I had asked for which about floored me because I always get told at this location they cant do foundation samples. I decided to check out the Professional Foundation but couldnt figure out what was the right color for me. I went to go look for another sales clerk found one in the Sephora brand section who explained they all have their own sections otherwise shed help me but was nice enough to send someone my way. I was thinking wow this is so far a good visit. I had that thought too soon. The young sales clerk who showed up had a nice smile and enough makeup on for several women. Went to tell her I was looking for a foundation that provided a more coverage and wouldnt make me look smelted by the middle of the day. She asked what my beauty regiment was and I said I wash my face in the morning, apply a moisturizer allow it to dry and then apply my make up with a sponge. She said what kind of moisturizer do you use. Here is the best part.. I said I use Olay regenerist cream. She replys Oh. Well I dont use over the counter products which is what your problem is, and I dont know anything about those types of products. I had to breath through this because I really didnt want to snap on her. I said Well dear what would you recommend then. Her reply I really cant help you because again I dont use those types of products, but I guess Lancôme would be a good fit with something like you use. After asking for a sample which she acted like it killed her to give me. I had had enough and was going to leave however, I noticed a older sales clerk by the moisturizers so I figured let me give it one more shot. Yeah bad mistake. After this nice 55yr old Mom complained about the extra decorations she was made to apply to her face prior to her shift told me what her favorite moisturizer was and asking me what I currently used. Again I told her and said so what other products could you recommend. She said well I only use this one product so I dont know what else would be good. Needless to say I didnt buy a bloody thing and will NEVER be back.This location has the worst employees, they never give you a sample of anything unless you find a sales clerk who happens to be in a good mood. Out of the 6 times Ive been this visit was the only time I was able to get a sample and I have asked every time I have visited. If Im going to pay $20-60 for a item of makeup Id like to know Im going to be happy with it. I dont do much for myself, but this is the one thing I do splurge on. No one who is trying to do something to make themselves feel good or to treat themselves wants to be made to feel like they are the lowest of the low, like they are the dirt on someones shoe, that you are a waste of time, that some silver spoon feed clerk is better then you or that your a inconvenience to be bothered to help. This is exactly how these employees make you feel. No matter what your age is, whether you are going to purchase an item or not, no mater how much you spend in a store should be made to feel this way.

I ADORE shopping at this particular Sephora. EVERYTIME I go the cast members are super kind, helpful (but not in the hovering way that makes you feel uncomfortable). They are all very knowledgable and patient. Each and EVERYTIME I go in to the store (which is a lot) I am treated wonderfully! Keep up the good work!!

Went to this location yesterday to pick up a few more Fenty Beauty goodies and I had a great time! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They showed me were the fenty products were and let me know immediately if the was something out of stock that I wanted then they could order it for me. Super helpful and I got an awesome makeup application (vip rouge) done by JAMA which turned out amazingly. The girls there actually knew what they were talking about and were extremely informative. I’m a hair stylist so customer service is EXTREMELY important to me and these girls were great! Can’t wait to go back to this location because I know I’ll be satisfied!

While on vacation bought a bunch of stuff from this store; they double charged me for the same item, they had used product on the shelf that was not a tester and I bought it not knowing this having to return back to the store to exchange it....still do not have the refund for the double charge that they said was returned to me, had to go back to the store 3x because they could not fix the problem the first time, just a bad experience. Not happy with this store at all.
