I went to every bike shop in town, and bikes plus on 9th was the only shop that actually spent the time with me to help me decide what I needed and did not mind answering my newbie questions. I wont shop anywhere else! Thank you Bikes Plus on 9th! You are the best!!

Swung by just to look around, but had some things on a list that I was looking for. Picked up some MTB platform/clipless pedals for my road bike that are killer. Chris helped me out and also ordered a couple of tools for me. Picked up some shoes today from him. Great shop. Chris is very patient, down to earth, and intelligent in this area. Strongly Recommend!

Love this shop. I was new to biking, and they made me feel welcome. I was overwhelmed with all the research online, and they took their time and helped me figure out what kind of bike I really needed. No high pressure, and not snobby at all.I ended up getting a KHS gravel bike. Its been great, have had it a couple of years now. It still rides like its new.Bought a used bike that I loved, and took it into them to tune-up and it came back looking awesome.Thanks, Bikes Plus on 9th. You have made riding fun again!

From the minute I stepped out of the cab, to the minute I walked out of this store, I never felt more out of place! Both guys treated me like the most pointless part of their day! I was trying hard to be nice, yet they had no care for me because I ask what their cheapest bike was!!! This is the reason people dont shop local!!!! I hate Walmart, but I got treated way better there! I am truly regretful I spent money on a ztrip to come here!!! Will never go here again!

I lost my mt bike off the rack enroute from Ohio going through Kentucky heading here to Florida. I enjoyed talking with owner about the type of riding I do. He was able to match me up with the perfect bike to take home! Just like buying a car I got to test ride it the rain around the block as long as I needed. Open on Sunday!!! It was really nice to get the help I needed without waiting til Monday and missing out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon ride.Stopped by at noon today just as they opened the doors. Chris was fantastic and super friendly. He had some work ahead of me, but ended up tossing my bike on the rack and had me ready to roll in 15 mins. All while my youngster was able to test ride bikes in front of the shop. They have a pretty solid selection of bikes and accessories available in stock. Will be back to equip the youngsters with new bikes in the near future and will definitely use Bikes Plus for our biking needs going forward.Thanks for your help today Chris! I had the pleasure of needing these guys for a repair that I was doing at a local gym. I was wanting to purchase a tool but it was not available that day. Chris took 5 minutes to help me out by removing the crank so I could repair the bike. Chris and Matt were courteous, efficient,and just good people. They got me out of a jam and if I ever need bike repair again, I am definitely going to go see them. Thanks guys.

Answered the phone quickly and professionally. Chris completely saved my weekend. I thought I’d need to drop my bike off Friday afternoon, drop a couple hundred dollars, and return sometime next week to get it back. Instead, I was there one hour, spent $80, learned all kinds of useful knowledge, and got to take a potential new bike for a test ride. We had a great experience today we had an unusual size they were able to help us. On Sunday we were in Atlanta they were not open so we came back home and our local shop had what we needed and was extremely helpful today. Thank you.

Bikes Plus came recommended to me by a friend.I came here with a pet stroller that I could not air up the tires. I did not expect to have such prompt and courteous service with a stroller (not even a bike :/). Turns out, I was pumping the air incorrectly. The man educated me (without make me feel dumb) on how to properly pump, how much air each tire held, and what to do in the future. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Unexpectedly, he did not charge at all since it was air only. His help was actually priceless, I had spent so much time blindly pumping with no result. I was ready to trash it thinking it was hopeless.I highly recommend this business! I will come here for every bike and tire need I may ever have in the future.

Fantastic service! The shop took my bike in the same day and made it look damn near brand new after a military PCS move. I been shopping at this store for 2 plus years. The owner and lead mechanic have always been very helpful. I recently was in the market for a new trail bike. I went to multiple shops around town, tested a few bikes. The owner at bikes plus was able to give me a killer deal and put me in a bike that was way out of my price range. Along with one year free tune ups!You can tell place really strives on helping people, not just trying to make a sell.

I live in Memphis, TN and got a Scott Spark 920 shipped to me. This was the best deal on the market, period! Customer service was outstanding and Andrew and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. No regrets at all, thanks again for everything.

Store has excellent inventory of road and mountain bikes. Knowledgeable staff. Free maintenance for a year with my bike purchase. Less hyped brands for road bikes but I did my research before buying. Will be shopping here exclusively from now on.

Wonderful service. I have purchased my wifes bike, kids bikes, and my bike at Bikes Plus. They have really unique accessories and the best helmets there too. (Nutty Idea Helmets) The stores owner gives a lot back to the community by helping physically challenged folks enjoy the cycling experience too.

Had to get my 10 year old Specialized Roubaix Expert tuned up for an upcoming tri in south Florida. Wasnt happy with the place Id been taking it to so thought Id try Bikes Plus. Marcos did a fantastic job - the bike rides like new and much better than it has in years. Highly recommended!

When I told a friend what happened here, he couldn’t believe it.Last year I bought 2 used Manhattan Cruisers here. Super nice service and fair price on a solid bike. When we moved to a hilly neighborhood, the cruisers weren’t very practical, so I took them back to the store yesterday morning and asked if they would take them back on trade for a mountain bike.They gave me a very fair price on the trade and insisted that the best way for me to confidently decide between the options I was looking at was to ride them around in the parking lot.By early afternoon I was enjoying my KHS SixFifty 200 with ABS on the trails at UWF. I’ve got a year of free service included at no extra charge.Can’t say enough good things about the service. I highly recommend Bikes Plus.

Best bike shop in town! They rebuilt my full suspension mountain bike and now it rides like new again. When other local shops told me to buy a new one. So glad I came to these guys. Im back to ridin dirty! Definitely will be back!

My girlfriend and I wanted bikes for Christmas, but not some Roadmasters that would fall apart. The shop manager here is outstanding! I am a disabled Vet and cant run any more, so I have been referred to cycling. I was given a no nonsense recommendation for my needs and although I was unprepared for the price do to lack of research, I got a great bike for a great price! I will definitely be back for servicing and my biking needs.The KHS TC 150 is an amazingly comfortable bike, and I cant wait to get mine on the road/on the trails at UWF when it gets here.By the way, when I was in the shop a rep from Navy Federal came in because they are giving bikes to a charitable event, right after traveling to Alabama to build bikes for children on an Indian reservation.This is a GREAT business with heart, knowledge, and quality products.
