So I’m not a big bike racer. I’m more of an AARP beach cruiser-state park rider. But you couldn’t tell it by the customer service I received.I purchased a bike carrier. The staff took the time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each.After deciding what I wanted, the staff immediately assembled it, placed it on my car, and went through the specifics of the carrier.And every member of the staff was happy and friendly.I’m so impressed with this store and staff. They will certainly continue to get my business.I highly recommended them.

I got my road bit fitted here with Josh as the advisor and it was such a great experience. Josh not only did an amazing job fitting my bike to me but he also educated me on what he was doing, teaching me how to make small adjustments myself. Ive been to several bike stores and I honestly feel like this is one of the best in our area. I can’t remember the guys name who helped me, I think it was Corey? Anyways, everyone in there is awesome and extremely helpful. I go in there for my boyfriend because they aren’t open when he gets off from work. I have no idea about any of the stuff he needs me to buy for him, so I will show them the messages from my boyfriend of what I need to get. They go above and beyond to help me find what I need, and are all so nice to my 3 year old who is rowdy and hyper. Corey (I think) even let my toddler try out a few different bikes and was patient and kind with her. I don’t even own a bicycle but they still treat me with the same respect they would anyone else. Amazing place! Best bike shop I have ever been to. Wandered in when I was just going from bike shop to bike shop on vacation. The owner helped us pick out a bike gift and knew his stuff. Product knowledge through the roof. Went back the next day pre ride to get my wifes drive train fixed. They fixed us up in 10-15 whole we waited and made excellent conversation with one of the guys. Told my wife it was great we didnt live on town because I would be spending all my time and money there if I were a local.

I spent the best part of the week visiting the bike shops in town and stopped looking when I walked into Ride More Bicycles. Their customer service was hands down the best I had encountered.I hadnt been on the road in over 10 years, (I was nervous to say the least) and although the other shops offered test rides, RMBs was the only store that offered ESCORTED test rides.Being an inexperienced rider, I had no idea what I was looking for and was guided by expert hands. After trying a couple of bikes out, I made my decision based my needs and their suggestions. They helped me choose all the accessories needed to keep me safe and stylish, and included a personalized bike fit! They spent literally hours with me over a few days to make sure everything was just right and I was happy. I never felt rushed or pressured.They offer a Bike 101 and flat repair class once a month for newbies. I completed the Bike 101 today and had my first experience riding in a pack. They are very safety conscious, and extremely supportive and encouraging. RMBs have a very friendly and professional crew. They made me feel very welcome as a new rider and I didnt sense any type of elitist attitudes.A big shout out to Mike, (The Boss)for being so accommodating: Michelle (The Real Boss) for sharing her breakfast with me and keeping me safe on the road today: Bryan, for laughing at my jokes and coming to check on me: Ryan, for being the quiet achiever, and last, but not least Josh.Josh essentially held my hand from the time I walk through the door. Went there to get rear DurAce derailleur recalled. Wouldnt do it unless they basically did a $300 bike rebuild including all tires tubes chain, etc. Unsafe supposedly . Im not descending Alp De Huez at 65 mph. How is a blowout at 18 mph unsafe and dangerous? Go here if you want to be ripped off.

Ive recently had my sons bike serviced at Ride MORE Bicycles and the staff was very friendly and professional. They made us very comfortable and confident that my sons bike was in good hands. They could have tried and sell us extra parts or service we didnt need, but instead they were able to tune it up and get him ready to ride to school very quickly and safely. My son is VERY happy with his tuned up bike and we are now loyal customers. The customer service is outstanding! Mike and Josh made my bike shopping very easy and helped me get the most awesome Cervelo ever. Mike worked with my schedule to get me fitted to my R2 (which was on sale). He answered all of my questions and didnt make me feel like an idiot when I no doubt asked newbie questions. He got me a full ride ready bike and I feel comfortable to go into the shop with any follow on issues or questions that come up. This is the place for beginners or experienced cyclist to do their bike shopping.

I first stopped in Ride More about a month ago in search of some new tires for my road bike after getting four flats in a two-week period. Michael walked me through the different tire options, and offered me a good suggestion. I was extremely pleased with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the store; so much so that a returned a few days later with my bike to have Travis ensure it fit as good as could. We had actually purchased 2 helmets from them a few months ago and when it came time to purchase new bikes, we chose them from the other shops in town--they had the bikes we wanted and most important, delivered excellent customer service. I have purchased several items from the store and any item that was not in stock due to a specific size I needed, they promptly ordered it and notified me when it arrived, usually no more than 3 days! Mike and Travis are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to educate and listen to all that come through the door no matter your skill level.

I had the best experience!!!Ive always loved cycling but have never had a quality bike. I would just go through cheap throwaways year after year. Then, a few months ago my dad lost his ability to continue running and took up cycling to replace it. He came to this shop after visiting one or two others and said hell always come here from now on! Hes purchased two bikes for a great price and loved them both, and its wonderful to see how much he loves biking now. (I told him so for years! Lol.)Fast forward to a week ago. My dad showed me his bikes and I finally caved and decided I wanted to get my own for my daily 9 mile work commute. It was horrible to do on the old rickety cruiser I had. But, I am super shy and know nothing about real bikes so I put it off, fearing being taken advantage of in my ignorance and actually working with a salesperson at all. My dad assured me that these guys were very friendly and never made him feel bad going in as a novice, so I took a chance. When I finally stepped into the shop, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I worked with a guy named Ryan who helped me get a Specialized Ariel, and made sure I got everything from the correctly sized frame, to the best kind of drink holder. They never made me feel bad for my lack of knowledge, and I left feeling a lot more confident with a fantastic bike (on sale too!), as well as waves and encouragement from the staff for my ride. Ive been back since for a helmet and they remembered my name, and Ill be going back today to get my bike a checkup. They insisted I bring it in after the first few rides to make any needed adjustments. Theyre very thorough. My rides to work have never been smoother, and I no longer fear going in and talking to people on my own. I know Im always welcome there. They even remembered my dad and which bikes he bought, and asked me how he was enjoying them.They all say their goal is to get people to ride more bikes, and as my dad and I can both attest, they certainly are achieving it!

If you are at all interested in anything bikes, no matter the level, this should be your shop to visit. Wonderful, wonderful business.I travel a decent amount for work and one of the places I always visit in the new towns are the local bike shops. Out of all the shops Ive been to and spent time in, RMB is my favorite. The employees are extremely helpful, they have a very wide selection of bikes for everybody it seems, and the shop is just a cool place to hang out.

I knew I wanted a new bike for riding the dirt trails at UWF. They helped me get the most for my money and within my budget. My bike is on order, should get it in a week or so.After 3 rides, Im super happy with the Fuse Expert 27.5+. It handles sand with no problem. Going with a small frame was a good suggestion from the staff, with the trails at UWF to navigate the tight corners.

That shop goes after green $$$.I paid hundreds of dollars and the shop wanted more $$ and robbed my happiness.An employee showed lack of respect toward wanna be a cycle teammember.His professional manners were horrible and dishonor.After contacted vary of bicycle experts from other shops, all are so professional and eager to support!Plan to go to other shop who will cost me only $25 to repair an error.Wont plan to shop at ride more bicycles shop again..Good Luck.

Easliy the best bike shop I have ever been to. Stopped in on a trip to Pensacola a few months ago and wound up driving back to purchase my wifes bike even though it is 30 min further than another Specialized dealer in our town. Awesome shop and selection, even better staff. You receive the same treatment buying a $700 bike as you would buying a $10,000 bike. Alot of shops I have been to seem to have a cliqueish vibe and tend to lean more towards competitive riders looking to buy the latest and greatest but here they took the time to answer all the questions my wife had and did not treat her like an outsider. Travis took the time to make several adjustments (installed a longer stem at no charge, adjusting seat hight, etc) after a test drive to ensure she was comfortable and would enjoy riding the bike. Hate the fact that I will soon be moving because I would definitely be a life long customer.
