Took my bike in for some maintenance as I never had a tune up since i purchased the bike several years ago. They inspected the bike while I was there and gave me an estimate of the likely cost of the recommended repairs. Bike was complete in less than 24 hours and took it out today and it rides better now than it did when i purchased it (at a trek dealer in Birmingham, AL). They waxed the frame, ensured everything was set up appropriately, and the bike felt fantastic. Even if you are not a Trek rider, i would still recommend this shop for any cycling needs.

Trek Pensacola is great place for your bicycle needs I have purchased a mtb and road bike there. They service all of my bikes. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Trek really stands behind their bikes. From our local Pensacola shop all the way up to the Factor,y, Trek provides the finest service, support, and products. My 3 year old Speed Concept had a problem with the seat post getting stuck in the frame. Trek warrantied the issue and ended up replacing my carbon frame, seat post, and front forks. Awesome.

I was very happy with the job Robbie and the team did on my Trek bike. I was in very bad need of tune up and maintenance. Shifting was pretty bad. Robbie showed me the teeth broken and worn down on the cassette. They replaced the things necessary. I now feel like I have a NEW bike. Great work guys.

This might sound like a fake review but please read. Guys on this shop are truly professionals. Brought in my bike to get evaluated and quoted for a problem it had.I had gone to other shops for the same issue and their techs would only be able to make appointments because they couldnt figure it out...The guy was extremely kind came outside took a quick look at it spotted the problem within LITERALLY 2 SECONDS!!! Took some things apart put them back in said ENJOY! And whent back to work. My bike was good to go! TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONALS! Definitely making this place my bike shop of choice from now on.

Great service and a great overall experience. They have nice bikes in stock which is saying something at this time. We worked with the new chap from UK whom was extremely friendly and customer oriented. Also while there, a young and friendly female that works there helped us dissect our bike to fit it in the trunk of our Corolla. They worked like a well oiled machine (bike) together. Staff was available and spot on. Came to replace my tires and they knew exactly the ones I needed and had them in stock. I thought I would have to leave my bike and return pick it up. Nope! They jumped right on it and were finished in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

This is a fantastic bike shop, from sales to service for any bike, they’ve got you covered. The best has to just be the staff, they really take the time to help everyone, very patient, very helpful. Just a got shop!!!

It’s either a hit or a miss here. When you can actually get someone to acknowledge you’re even there, you get knowledgeable service. Unfortunately, I’ve been in there more than once without anyone even speaking to me. I was in there yesterday to get Shimano SPD, and couldn’t even get their attention long enough for them to take my money. Thankfully there are other bike shops in town.

After waiting 3 months for accessories from another manufacturer, I stopped by the Trek store and within 1 hour they had me up and running with all new accessories in less than an hour. Customer service at track bicycle store Pensacola is so welcoming and friendly! They helped me put my bike back in my car after servicing it as I hurt my shoulder, they were informative and timely, they made suggestions of other tire brands if I chose not to purchase their‘s, they practiced safe social distancing including sanitizing pens after use, The store is neat, clean, and organized with lots of great products at reasonable pricing. And the wait time was not long at all. I’m excited to get back on my bike and would recommend them for all your bicycle needs!

Every step of getting my bicycle repaired was so very pleasant. Anthony answered the phone when I called to ask if and when the repair shop was open. He then greeted me when I arrived at the shop later that afternoon. When I returned the next day to pick up my bike, I was greeted by three more friendly and accommodating men. I paid the very reasonable bill, my bike was put into my car, pleasant conversation was made and off I went! I will use Trek Bicycle Store in Pensacola for all my biking needs again. I made a good find.

Great store!! Definitely will come back. I had trouble getting my bicycle saddle off due to over tightened bolts. They changed my saddle for me at no charge. Also, they provided a lot of helpful tips on bike maintenance. I bought a few accessories and prices were reasonable.

Had a general tune-up to adjust & lube everything on a 21-speed mountain bike. Of most concern was the front derailleur wouldn’t shift to the lowest chain ring. Estimated 72-hour turnaround, but the job was done in less than 24 hours. Great! However, a day later, discovered the front derailleur still couldn’t get the chain down to the lowest ring. Brought it back and the tech reported it was adjusted as far as possible and required a very forceful turn of the shifter to force the chain over. Back home, still unable to shift down, even with a forceful twist of the shifter. Decided to examine it myself after viewing a YouTube video on adjusting the front derailleur. I found the height of the derailleur cage was too high and the angle was not parallel to the chain ring. Adjustment requires lowering and turning the bracket which, by viewing the road dirt on the frame and bracket, had obviously not been touched. A quick adjustment of the bracket put the derailleur at the proper height and angle. I was then able to adjust the cable and the limit screws to extend the range of the cage to allow the shift down to the lower chain ring. It now shifts smoothly and easily through all three chain rings. In fairness for this review, I had also gone to Trek last year for repair of a flat tire. They addressed it on the spot, charging me only for the inner tube, no labor. That, and the turnaround on this job were great. However, the quality of the work on the tune-up was disappointing. It was an easy fix for this DIYer and should have been easy for an expert.

Quick service! Had to readjust my seat after the tune up, which was fine for me but I can imagine some folks might panic if their settings were changed. I dont sweat the small stuff, especially for honest service and a good price but if you do I would make sure you know your settings before hand so you can get back them easily!-Thumbs up from me :)

The store is set up for social distancing, with signs directing to drop off and pick up bicycles outside; stay in your car and wait for an associate to come out to you; and sidewalk taped for distancing. The associate wiped my credit card before handing it back in a handy-wipe. Good job!Some of the adult customers apparently cant read, or simply dont respect safety.

I’ve spent plenty of time and money here and the results speak for themselves. The store is not limited to Trek bicycles. They are willing to help customers with any need involving any bicycle.Additionally, the staff is fantastic. They are not afraid to let their customers step behind the counter to look at the computer to inquire about online purchases or to get an inside look on bicycle maintenance. They will also go out of their way to guide new customers towards inexpensive avenues of cycling 101.

I recently purchased a new Trek out of state as my local shops were out of stock. Great shop in downtown area of Pensacola. Closest one to Gulf Breeze. Go early when they open as they tend to get busy towards the weekend. This is a full line Trek shop carrying almost all models Trek offers. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Seamless easy purchasing. If they dont have it they can usually get it direct from Trek. Found what I wanted via online inventory search and picked it up no problem.

Have had great experiences with Trek stores elsewhere. Not the case here. I got emails advertising their “blowout sale” so we went to check it out. The bikes were $10 off. We went home to think on it and by the time we had decided the next day, the “discounted” bike was sold out. Not their fault there. We picked out another bike over the phone but were told we would have to pay $50 to have it shipped to the store, which is ridiculous. They graciously offered to split that cost with me (still ridiculous) but we decided to go ahead. It was put on hold for me to come in and pay. I returned within the allotted time frame (one week) to pay for the bike, and they had sold the bike. Very unhappy.

Diagnosed the problem fast and got the parts ordered and installed in a timely manner. Very courteous and reasonable. Will go back next time I have any issues!
