I recently just took my vehicle in for an oil change, and was not pleased with the service at all. First of all, the price that they charged on site was more than what they had quoted me for over the phone (plus tax on top of that). And then second, whenever I came to retrieve the vehicle after it had finished being serviced, there was another gentleman in line in front of me having a very casual/informal conversation with the service member at the front counter—which was fine—except for the fact that I was made to wait upwards of 20 minutes before this menial conversation was finished so I could finally just swipe my card and grab my keys. The service member could easily have took a brief pause in the conversation to let me pay, and grab my receipt + keys… but he didn’t… I did not feel like the staff were good stewards of my time; I would not recommend this location, and more than likely won’t go here again.

Do not go here the place charges way too much and barely know what they’re doing. They didn’t even latch my hood back so as I drove out of there it slammed against my windshield which they did not repair and claimed it wasn’t their fault like I was supposed to check that. Also called to get my wife’s brakes done I already had the pads they don’t do that you have to buy their pads and they want $500 to do rotors and pads just to turn them. I laughed in her face took the car to Vanoys and paid 120 bucks for brand new rotors and brake pads the whole deal. And even if you got money is not worth wasting it with these people

Pace Blvd location:Called for control arm and axle (200 parts at carquest) got quoted 2992$ if I brought it in today. I said whoa thats alot, let me research this. Jason said oh I misquoted you, its 1998$ it added on an alignment I dont know why.Me: an alignment is 80$ you are off by a grand....So these pros dont know cost or are thieves

Fantastic service, knowledgeable honest people! After having gone to a few other places in town and having terrible experiences with dishonesty and bad service that ended up costing me more money because things were broken during service, and also being up-sold things my truck did not need, a dear girl friend recommended I take my truck to Firestone on Bayou Blvd. She was absolutely right. They were thorough, honest and saved me over $700 and got me back on the road in no time. Very pleased!

I have never used a Firestone before but I went in this morning without an appointment. I was seen immediately and the staff was so great. This shop is far from my house but it is definitely going to be my new place for anything car related.

Team does all they can to get you going quickly. They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. 👍

I was in Pensacola Memorial weekend on vacation, the starter went out in my 2008 Chevy Tahoe. I was stranded, the tow truck driver recommend this Firestone. The guys we very nice, and they got my vehicle repaired very quickly. I was so happy to get back to my weekend vacation.I was not happy with the bill I was charged over $600 to install $50 - $100 Part. But Hey they knew they had me I needed to be back in Michigan by Tuesday.

EXTREMELY long wait even with an appointment made for a standard oil change. I had an appointment at 11am for a simple standard oil change. I arrived on time at 11am for my appointment and they took three hours to finally look at my vehicle and do the oil change. Yes, the shop was full, but whats the point of making an appointment if theyre not going to attend your vehicle at the time of your appointment. The longest time an oil change should take is 30 minutes, not 3 hours!They Also wanted to charge me $340 for a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush. I took my vehicle to Express Oil Change and they only charged me $80 for the exact same service.

They were busy but I needed a tire so they squeezed me in for a road hazard repair. Much appreciated.

The staff at this location were beyond kind to my son and I. We did not plan on having to spend most of our Sunday at a tire store but the service writer Quinton was very kind and even fed my son some lunch. Which goes above and beyond what type of service you get these days. I highly recommend this location.

I had a good experience with the service here, BUT be cautious if buying a battery. The Interstate brand has seemingly gone to the dogs,.I paid $140and it conked out in 14 months- died suddenly with no notice. The better ones can be replaced for free, but I did not want to be stranded again in some random place. This was a maintenance free type that you could not open. I took a loss and got a different brand that could be maintained easily with caps for distilled water. When buying this new battery, the clerk told me he had given up on Interstate after 2 back to back failures.

Spent over a 1000 here in last year alone. Wanted a flat repair of tire I bought there. I was willing to schedule an appointment many hours later to avoid waiting for 2 hours. Was told by Stephen nothing available. Not a good way to treat customers at all. I managed tire stores for a decade and know how easy it is to squeeze in a flat repair, at least within an hour. I will need rear brakes soon but will be doing that elsewhere.

Mike A. is the best! He listens to you, very helpful, and I felt like he was the most honest person that Ive talked to at a car place besides Able Auto. Hes not trying to trick you into buying anything you dont need. He deserves a raise! The technicians that worked on my car did an excellent job as well. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. Kind, professional, and quick service. Without the coupons this would not be worth it. The synthetic oil change was around $60 after the $15 off coupon and the tire rotation was $10 after they applied another coupon (otherwise I think it is $20). They also offer a military discount but they do not stack it with the coupons so it is better simply to come here for services if you have a coupon. Dishonest. Blew out a sidewall on my two week old tire I bought in another state. They lied and said Continentals were only availabe from the dealer and put a different tire on. One of these things is not like the others. Dishonest or dumb, you decide. Stop at the Good used tire place first

I had an amazing experience here. I went in after hitting a curb, thinking I had just knocked my wheels out of alignment. It turned out Id chipped a rim and bent the crontrol arm as well and needed parts ordered. They took me out to show me the issues they were talking about so that I could understand what they were saying. They didnt try to take advantage of the fact that I know very little about cars; they didnt try to talk me into more work than I needed or charge me extra. The quote they gave me was very close to what it ended up costing in the end, and my car was even ready three days earlier than expected. When I got there, they walked me through the bill and broke down the prices for everything so that I could see what I was being charged for. They were very transparent about everything and the mechanic I spoke to when I brought my car in (Stephen) was very friendly and helpful. This has been my friends go-to mechanic for the last three cars shes had, and its definitely going to be mine from now on. They have good prices, great service, and awesome people.

Great customer service! Ive visited this store four times recently and great service every time. Worked with 3 different front counter people and all extremely helpful. Fast service and good pricing. First tire store that checked my alignment and said it was good. Never a up charge or offer services not needed. I highly recommend!!

This shop has served my alignment needs for the past three years. Mike and Chris are always helpful and professional at the front desk and have been accommodating if I have a weird request. Definitely recommend the lifetime alignment service through this shop as the price is good and the work has always been solid.

These people are crazy to charge over $1,000 to fix your A/C. I know of a reputable Shop that will put on a new Compressor and new accumulator and recharge the system for a little under $400. Now as far as tires goes you cant beat their prices and quality of their tires.

Had to replace a tire here while I was on a road trip. Staff went out of their way to order me a tire quickly. Got the work done super speedy and warranted all their work. My go to car shop now

I stop by there because my tires were making a noise they took it for a test drive I found a big rock and one of the tires and put air in the tires and I was good to go. They didnt charge me anything. Ive gone there before and theyre wonderful!!I would definitely recommend my friends to go to this Firestone!!

Cant beat the lifetime alignment. But if Im honest they dont always do the best job. I get mixed results each time I go in. This time they didnt zero out my rear camber because they didnt notice I had adjustable rear camber arms.

Other than always trying to sell you more services than you came in for, the service was excellent and fast.

Recently a private party replaced front and rear brakes on my Mazda 3. He showed me the factory brakes that he took off my car and told me they had never been replaced. In June of 2011 I took my car into this Firestone for new tires and brakes, paying a lot of money for what ended up being just new tires and a brake adjustment. Avoid this business at all costs! They seem friendly and helpful but in reality Im lucky my brakes never failed on me.

My car battery broke down in the Cordova mall parking lot. I went to Firestone and they helped me jump it and didn’t charge me. Mike was the guy in the front desk, and he was very nice. Awesome customer service!

I always love this specific Firestone location. Last time I went for oil changes, alignment, and a lock nut change for my Toyota and Lincoln Nav. The people there always are friendly, smiling, and kind hearted. There are plenty of other places I could go to that are cheaper but I cone here soley for the Service With a Smile attitude.

I called on a Sunday afternoon with a tire that was starting to separate. Darrel told me he had a quality tire on sale and that he could them put on my truck that day. I arrived at the store 30 minutes later and in about 45 minutes I drove out with excellent Firestone tires on my truck. The rare quality service pleasantly surprised me.

My husband brought my car here last Thursday for a regular oil change per the recommendation of a friend. The next day my car had smoke coming from the engine. We had someone look at it and they said the oil was way over filled and black still. We called Firestone to see what they would say as we were already skeptical. They offered to look at the car and change the oil again - but we would have to pay for it again (oh, but they could give us a discount). Im not paying for another oil change with the same company who couldnt do it right in the first place. Terrible customer service. Now we are getting an oil change with another company weve used. We will never return.

This Firestone is absolutely amazing! They are incredibly helpful and the nicest most relatable people I have ever met. They have never treated me like I was stupid or tried to take advanatage me. They are extremely thourough and always answer questions. They continually make sure that I am getting the best products and not being gouged for money. I don’t even live in Pensacola anymore but am so impressed by their service that I come back to have them work on my car because I trust them!

In general, these guys are good. One of the managers - Mike - can be quite difficult to work with. Ive talked to him & seen him countless times over the years and he still has no recollection of me, always asking if Ive been there before. He tends to not call back when he says he will, rather he just starts working on the car when you make it clear you want to be called beforehand. He regularly tries to upsell unnecessary work, and is condescending if you refuse or ask why. This is not a one time experience - this stuff happens everytime I deal with him, it seems.It doesnt seem to be malicious. I just think its poor management of customer relations. Perhaps hed be better off just not working the desk.If you work with one of the other guys at the desk, this place is great. But having service that handles REGULAR customers (they are my go-to shop for both of my vehicles) in this manner is unacceptable.

I took my vehicle here to get my tire patched due to a small leak. A week later, the same tire is still leaking. I took it back and they charged me to patch a different hole that they failed to locate the first time. Its the small things like this that ruin the customer relationship and trust. Ive been bringing my vehicles here for over a year now and this is the last time.

Prices are absurd, service was mediocre, but the main complaint was the lack of willingness to satisfy a paying customer who had to return to their business due to damage to vehicle as well as incorrect work.

We were passing through town for a few days at the end of a vacation. We stopped in to get a flat repair (drivable but screw in tread but potentially dangerous). Figured wed get an oil change while we were there.Was told my vehicle would be done by two hours. We killed two hours walking around a mall only to return to Firestone to find they hadnt even started work on our vehicle and werent even close to starting it. When I asked how much longer I was told I dont know maybe another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They didnt seem to care much and it seemed common place. They had my number they could have called or at least done the flat repair and declined the oil change due to being busy. We needed to be safe and back on the road. Had no choice but to leave on a bad tire and go elsewhere after waiting 2 hours with no results. I guess they figure someone should come off the road and post pone a vaca or waste 5 plus ours on a ten min tire patch. Plus we gave them 2 hours that they quoted and they wanted 3 1/2 to 4 after that! They do not value anyones time or business. Im a gold member at Firestone and have done most of our vehicle maintenance at Firestones over the past 5 years. That stopped today. If they treat gold members who have spent thousands this bad they will treat anyone bad. Cant believe they couldnt get us back on the road or even started in two hours with only one person waiting in the lobby.

I have visited this location many times over the years as I work across the parking lot. My most recent encounter is the last straw. A certain manager named Mike has always been somewhat notorious amongst my fellow employees and my experiences with him have been consistently bad as well. I keep coming back because everyone else has been wonderful. The time before last I was forced to wait 10 minutes while checking out because someone misplaced my order. Mike apologized in a very nonchalant manor and finally admitted he misplaced it after he openly blaming several other people. The most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I had to repeat myself at least three times to Mike when making my order and he still forgot something I asked for. When I was called about things my car needed he was pushy and talked down to me when I said I had to wait to repair said things. None of my coworkers come to firestone anymore, nor will I. I am just dissapointed with his continued employment after so much poor service and for that reason I dont trust them with my car.
