My car broke down almost 2 months ago! I tried for a whole month to get someone in the service department, and NOBODY returns calls. I happened to get someone on the phone and they told me its under warranty, so I needed to send it to a specific mechanic. The mechanic says I need a whole new motor, but since its under warranty, they had to send it to the Hyundai dealership for a motor. Hyundai calls and says I do need one but it will be 4-6 months before they can get to it!! Ive been trying to call American Car Center to see if they can put me in a loner vehicle or get me a rental until this is fixed but again, NOBODY answers phones. Today, I finally get someone there to answer and she puts me on hold for 30 minutes, then the phone hangs up. But they want my payments on time??? NOPE! This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They were awesome when they were selling me the car, which I love, but you better hope nothing happens to your car!

This is the worst car dealership to deal with. 5 days after purchasing my vehicle something strange happened while driving my car and I knew something was wrong. I needed a whole new motor. They put a old dusty used motor in my vehicle and the car still drives horrible. Every time I call to speak to management John Bledsoe they tell me he just left. He dodges my phone calls. The service center does nothing to help you. Horrible customer service. Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SELLING YOU A LEMON. Run RUN RUN!!

The buying process from the people is amazing and they make it so simple and easy. Jarrod is a phenomenal guy and talks and treats you not like a car salesman but as a friend. If they dont have what youre looking for on the lot, still stop and ask because they will find it and probably have a to you the same day. Its also the only used car lot Ive ever seen that will give a warranty on the vehicles so that in itself should speak volumes of the quality of cars they sell.

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever visited. We waited almost 4hrs for absolutely nothing. There was lack of communication and they are false advertising telling you that your job and gets you approve but that’s a lie. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Female driving around Pensacola in silver SUV or van with this companys advertisement on it has a problem with road rage. Honked at me as I stopped at a red light before turning, as is the law...then honked, gestured, and yelled when I didnt turn between oncoming traffic that had the right-of-way. Turning on red is legal, obviously, but not required. This company may want to consider its reputation when allowing employees to drive property with advertisements who may cause the public to form a negative opinion of their business/employees.

Loved a car we saw here but never heard back from them

Very nice salesmen and the cars are nice, but be forewarned, if anything is wrong with your car when you buy it and isnt covered by their powertrain warranty, they WILL NOT fix it. I found out the hard way. So make sure everything on the car is working when you get it. My experience with their warranty company is the only reason Im giving them three stars.

Was told that I couldnt upgrade my car nor trade it in until I paid my car off the price is 3x over the value. Im just not satisfied and Im stuck with this car because its on my credit !!

At 1st I didn’t have enough for down payment and he showed me something still good but not what I wanted, I was going to settle and then He literally said to me, “ I want to get you into the car you want” he did it! I’ve never had a car in my name that nice before. I read some other reviews and yea it’s a lease and yea it’s a little pricey but do you want a nice good car with a 500 credit score! I DO!!! Even if your credit is bad I wouldnt recommend them to get a car. There LEASE doesnt cover anything for your car repairs so thats on you and 3x the price of the cars worth is what youd be paying by the end of a 4year lease. Good luck finding a car but not threw them.

I had a great buying experience here. The salesmen and mgmt were great very accommodating and helpful. The office associate Nikolai was more than helpful was friendly professional and great. Happy for him he promoted sad for me a phone call every two weeks to make my payment had my card info on file never a problem. Now to make a payment the girl who took over his job wants $5 to push the same button Nick took care of every 2 weeks without a problem is now a problem to make my care payment. I have to drive there personally. Its called customer service Jessica. Push the button and take care of the customer its not worth $5.

Terrible customer service!!!! Will sell you a car and then tell you thatyou should of bought a BRAND NEW car if you didnt want to pay to replace the ignition switch after 2 or 3 months because it is not their problem the key doesnt go in the ignition. Terrible customer service. This company only cares about making a sell. Dont buy from a company who only cares about getting a quick dollar from you.

Everything was fine got approved got the car about 8 months ago I started not to get it because off the terms you won’t never own the car it’s a lease well I did it anyway because I needed a car I lost my job ok they did work with me but I told them that I was starting a new job an I won’t get paid until a week they turn my dam car off I was stranded an they didn’t care they turned it off I was 17 days late stay away from this places if you can they will ripped you off 🤬

Worst car buying experience EVER!! They said I was approved for my loan and a week and a half later they call me demanding the vehicle back immediately and say my loan was denied because instability of employment. Ive been a hygienist self employed as an independent contractor for 18 yrs now!!!!!!! They acted like they were trying to get my loan approved they just needed verification that I did work .....called me a liar on top of treating me very unprofessionally. So even after I provided written authorization from a couple dentists they were demanding to verbally call to confirm employment..... And never even attempted to call to verify verbally they just denied me anyway and kept the car....AND KEPT MY $500 DOWN PAYMENT AFTER ONLY HAVING THE CAR A WEEK N A HALF!!!!!! and while Im waiting 2 weeks to wait for a final decision Vics to uumoafter resubmitting verification I was paying for a rental car so I could get to work. I wasnt allowed to drive the car while awaiting their final decision . I feel like they stole my $500 cuz they refuse to reimburse me

My personal experience with this car lot was less than pleasant. FIRST went into the office on a Saturday around 1:00 pm Was told the process would take about and hour, and at 5:30 pm still no answer as to my application and it would probably be Monday. I was told WE dont care about credit your job is your credit, they still ran my credit and left a hard hit on my report. THEN was told that ALL of the cars I was approved for was located in Gulf Port, MS. I was sent a text with Make, Model and Year of the cars and was told to GOOGLE the images and decide what vehicle I wanted them to go over there to get for me...... BUT not without a $300 deposit (NOT put in writing) to confirm that I was serious about purchasing the car BEFORE they drove over there to bring it back. Keep in mind that I am being told I need to commit to an $18K vehicle without even sitting in the front seat. Final note. EXPECT AND ACCEPT A $500 OR MORE car note, or be told to go somewhere and find a car you can afford and lets call it a day and stop wasting each others time.

Went in yesterday yall, I had NO idea what to expect all I knew was I had approx 900 an needed a RELIABLE car. Rewind to how and why I chose here first. I travel hwy 29 going to and from work. I first noticed a car lot next to motel 6 that wasnt there before. Then I noticed they had a nice fleet of used ford fushions. ( MY DREAM CAR) so I pulled over and looked on the lot. ( They were closed) I noticed EVERY single car they had on the lot was damn near in NEW condition AND they all had really low miles for the years. I knew IMMEDIATELY where my first stop when I was ready to purchase was going to be. I visited again twice after that. Yesterday 06/14/2018, I went seriously not thinking I would be driving off with my fushion. I have a great job, but honestly my credit needs a lil prayer. Yall when I tell you the entire staff was awesome. Rick was my initial contact person, but the entire team got me rolling in my fushion. Awesome people and awesome cars. There down payments are one of 3 either 500, 750, or 1500. I was approved for 750 down, you may be approved for the 500 down, BUT the only way you will know is to put that doubt aside and go inside. I am a proud driver of a 2015 ford fushion se. I had to bring in my drivers license, proof of income and proof of residence. Do NOT SHORT YOURSELF going to those rinky dink ass carlots.Go to American Car Corner. O and just because alot of people know my name let me clarify my name is SHYLA. If you are looking for a vehicle I strongly suggest going to American Car Corner.
