World Ford Pensacola was a great place to buy our new F350 Super Duty truck! Sonic and Luke definitely treated us right. We got a good deal and great service. There was not a lot of pressure on us either. Just a nice purchasing environment. The only negative in our experience would be whoever detailed our brand new truck. It looked like they used dirty water. But Luke stepped up and even fixed that while we were signing the papers. We will definitely be turning to them whenever, Lord willing, were ready for our next new truck! We have a video of our truck purchase on our YouTube channel, Broken Dreams Reborn.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. I trusted this.place to repair my vehicle and it has been here 5 almost 6 weeks and this is what I walk up. My vehicle is sitting outside in the weather to be ruined but of course it is not their vehicle so I shouldnt have expected anything else. I get told a different lie every week why it is not ready. Pics speak for their self.
If I could give Ford of Pensacola a zero review I would. They looked at my car in February and gave it back to me unfixed. My car needs a TCM Transmission Control Module replacement due to a manufacturers recall but now that my warranty is up they are blaming it on warranty coverage. What???? This part has been on back order for months and supposedly has not been able to be ordered. Then COVID was an issue the part could not come in. They cannot even fix the problem that Ford has created. I will never recomend this place to anyone and this experience has left a nasty taste in my mouth towards Ford in general.
Our experience at World Ford Pensacola was incredible. Weve had services completed through various dealerships but this ONE was outstanding. Upon arrival we were greeted with professionalism and a smile by our assigned service advisor Blake Cannon. As new customers, we were continuously informed of the wait time and Blake made sure we were comfortable in the waiting lounge.Once completed, Blake removed all the protective bags and papers from the truck and we were on our way home. We will definitely ask for Blake again, his customer service skills were phenomenal! Thank you all so much.

First time customer, new to Florida, from Texas, with a Lincoln Mark LT truck. Got to the dealership for oil change and ran across the Lincoln dealership across the street. I didnt even know there was one in town! I decided to stick to my appointment and joked with Judy LaChance (service advisor) that I was a Lincoln customer back in Houston for 9 years BUT she assured me that Id be better off at World Ford instead. I couldnt agree any better. Timely service...professional customer service..made me feel welcomed and even gave me several restaurant recommendations and family friendly venues in the area because I am new to city. I RECOMMEND JUDY LACHANCE to anyone that comes in and wants good ole southern hospitality. Ill be sure to bring my Lincoln back to Ford for all future service. Thanks again Judy for your service. The service department at this place is TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE ever buy a Ford vehicle just because of the service department alone. Had an appointment for a month to get a fuel pump replaced. Take it to the dealership day of my appointment (Friday) and was told I’d be better off bringing it back Monday. So we did. Heard nothing back from them Monday and Tuesday so decided to call them Wednesday to have them tell me they don’t even know where the truck is. Blake Cannon was the one handling our ticket and he assured us he would call us Wednesday evening with an update. (Which he did not do) the vehicle has 50k miles on it which means the fuel pump is under the Ford warranty. They don’t provide any loaner vehicles. And i took this week off thinking the truck would be done since we know the problem. All in all stay away from Ford. They really are terrible at customer service. My next truck will be a Dodge.
We are new to the area and have a 2020 f250 that I make a living with.The AC intermittently shuts off.Called and made an appointment and was told to bring it in 2 weeks later.Took it over and was told “well there is about 100 in front of you so you can leave it and we might look at it in a few weeks.”This is a work truck I can’t do that that’s why I spent 50k where I have something dependable.I understand they are behind but don’t make people appointments if you aren’t gonna look at it I had to shut the truck down for the day and unload it for nothing.I guess they just selling so many standing behind them is not a concern.
Purchased a new 2018 Ford F150 a few yrs back.....I met up with Marco Barlow, whom was loads of help assisting with the start up process and loan approval. I found myself in need of a vehicle for my son, kept marco in mind to see if anything was available.....I was busy with work, had to send my son to pick it out with a check and was able to drive it off the lot the next day!! Only due to Marco going the extra mile and having it fully detailed and gassed up. Always a GREAT experience, thanks a million!
First of all I want thank Michael Herman for expediting my truck in a timely manor but I am a bit curious as to my right rear tire if it was actually checked because my truck tire monitor had the same pressure in it when I turned it it to World Ford a day and a half prior to picking it upMy numbers read left front 44 right front 40 left rear 42 and right rear 38It seems to me if you are going to check one tire that you would check all four tires and make sure the pressure is all the same. Very Warming. When I Walked In I Got Greeted By 3 People And Was Directed To The Service Center. Bryan Was The Sweet Guy Who Assisted Me And Took Car Of All My Needs. He Mad Sure All My Needs We’re Met BEFORE I Got Back To The Dealership To Get My Car. Although He Didn’t Check Me Out When I Arrived He Called Me Just To See If My Checkout Went Well.
I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment online this morning and within an hour had my SUV checked in. My SA, Chris, kept in touch through the process and had a safety recall I was not aware of fixed while it was there also. I am truly grateful for the professional and courteous service I always receive from the employees here at World Ford. Marco and Cameron was a pleasure to work with… I highly recommend them.But in regards to my truck, it didn’t have 90 miles on it and the check engine light came on…brought it in to service and the outcome is that the DEF system is faulty, and to leave it for a few days, but I have family in town and can’t leave it there till the 9th of September.. I was told that if it got any worse to bring it in immediately… love the truck but not the inconvenience
I received courteous and professional Service from Danyiel and Justin at world Ford. I had a problem with the rear window on my F150, and was under time constraints to get it fixed. Danyiel went way out of her way to help me get it fixed in time for me to use the truck for what I needed to do. Simply the best person I ever worked with at a dealership anywhere at any time.Justin, the gentleman who helped me when I brought the truck in, was very helpful. He called to make sure I was coming in, and that I wasnt having any difficulty getting there. I drive an hour from Eglin Air Force Base just to have my car serviced at World Ford. For good reason.At the time of this writing, they are receiving cars in the parking lot in a tent because they are expanding their service center. Thats quite understandable, considering the great service they provide their customers. Im surprised theres not a line of customers around the block begging to get in.Simply outstanding service. You cant go wrong.
I took my van in to have the free recalls on my door latch and shifter. I had no issues when I took my Transit connect in. After retrieving my car right around closing I had issues with it shifting stuff, like I was arm wrestling the transmission around neutral and reverse. I took it back in the next day, the service manager Ryan said they didnt even touch the shifter part due to it being modified. I had this modification done about a year ago and was perfect at shifting before bringing it in to there shop. As far as I can tell someone is lying about not touching shifter parts. I should of gotten it back in the same perfect shifting condition as I brought it in. Beware of this shop and take video of your vehicle full condition before taking to these guys.
Wonderful experience at World Ford’s Service Department. I’ll go back again. They were polite and timely with my service. Easy scheduling. And I got to talk to a person not a machine.
Westley helped me out. Everything was great! He listened to everything I wanted in a car. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased cars before and it was generally a lengthy process. Working with the Westley was seamless, I was in and out. Definitely will be coming back to trade my cars when I’m ready, felt right at home absolutely no pressure. Easiest car trade in process I’ve ever had.
Went to Pensacola on vacation pulling a RV, 10 minutes from the campground my transmission went into limp mode and I was able to get camper set up. Took truck to World Ford and was completely blown away by the service I received. They arranged a Uber to get me to Enterprise rent a car, kept me updated on the repair the whole time, never missed a day at the beach. Mike Herman the service adviser was professional and courteous throughout the whole process and saved our vacation.
I purchased a car here on June the 18th. Today is September the 26 and I still do not have the title. I made contact about this issue eight weeks ago And was told the title was mailed to the wrong address. Because no signature was required for delivery. I have no idea who has the title. 98 percent of the time when I call I get no answer and I cant leave a message because there title department has a full voicemail and can not leave a message. When I can get somebody to answer all I am told is they are waiting for the previous owner to come in to sign whatever they need to. After the temp tag expired, I was able to get a thirty day extension from Texas after that expired. I had to drive back to Florida to the dealership from Texas to get a new temp tag. At that time I asked for proof of delivery that the title was mailed to the wrong address. So I can confront the people at the wrong address and to make a complaint at the postmaster in Texas. Lynn was Very Rude at that time saying I was accusing her of never sending the title. When contact was made with her a day before, Explaining that I would be coming the next day. I was kept waiting for over a hour after arriving. At this point I feel that I have been more than Patient. My temp tag expires on 10-13-21.This is a major inconvenience for me as I live in Texas and will have to drive to the dealership a second time. I will be contacting the Florida Department Of Motor Vehicles Regional Office and take legal action If I do not get the Title soon.
We came from out of state to pick up the car. It was a used car so we were naturally skeptical driving 5+ hours in hopes the condition was as shown online. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the vehicle and experience! Nash and I had agreed on a deal before coming in. The vehicle was exactly as described and they spent extra time detailing and cleaning it up. It looked brand new. Steve in finance got us in and out very quickly. With 2 small children with us, this was a blessing.Would recommend!
Customer service of representatives was great. However, don’t go off how long they say it will take. It may take MUCH longer. I even made an appointment and it took almost 4 1/2 for 10k maintenance check up. Overall though, no qualms with the professionalism of my rep.
Blake was very helpful and quick to answers any questions I had. He was able to get my truck to a tech and back to me in a timely manner. Very much appreciated !!
We are pleased with the service received…their multi point checkup discovered a problem that could have been life threatening. The service and repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time. Judy took good care of us and our vehicle. We trust our vehicle to the care and service of the dealership and highly recommend them.
Though I was unhappy to bring my 1 year old vehicle in to the shop, and be told it would be 7-8 days, I was contacted on the evening of the 5th night that it was ready. Nice surprise for me. The only thing that helped me keep my cool in this situation was that my tech advisor, Justin Milton, was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He is quite literally the only good thing Ford had to offer me in this situation.
We had a noise which sounded like brakes and took it to World Ford Pensacola. Justin Milton took great care of us. We ended up needing front and rear brakes, Justin kept us informed throughout the process and had us back on the road quickly. We were amazed at how inexpensive it was. I would strongly recommend World Ford Pensacola for all your auto service needs
My service advisor was excellent and while waiting on my vehicle, I encountered a few staff members who were very friendly. I bought two new tires and for some odd reason they were placed on the back not the front as the service advisor assured me they were to be. Im not sure how a professional service tech would see that and say its the best idea.
Ford employees are the BEST!! Evacuated from Louisiana to Florida and needed an oil change and tire rotation, and was missing a piece from my wiper blade. Bryan fitterlin made sure my needs where met.. thank you so much!!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Took my vehicle in to world Ford to get all new tires on my wife’s car. I called and talked to the service advisor Ryan and he was top notch. I was in and out with no problems. Well definitely be purchasing a car through world Ford just from the standpoint of the amazing service.
Mike Herman took really good care of us. We had a water pump go bad with our car. We dropped it off on Tuesday and we’re able to get it back by Friday when we had to leave town. He was professional, helpful, and responsive.
The staff at World Ford are terrific, I traded in a 2017 for a 2021 Bronco and the transaction could not have gone any smoother or faster, I was in and out from start to finish about 3 hours. Marco the sales rep. had the vehicle I wanted to buy ready by the time I arrived, took it for a test drive and back to the dealership to do the financing, like I said, about 3 hours from start to finish. Staff is as polite and helpful as can be. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from World Ford in Pensacola.

Had an appointment and was still made to wait after 4 walk ins got in and out ahead of me. No shuttle or loaner car available so I had to sit there with no car for over 3 hours.Also was told I didnt have an appointment when all my text notifications and emails about the appointment said otherwise. Got a sorry afterwards. Gladly not going back to this Ford dealership.
I’ll keep it short. Service department told me the part I needed was $180. Went to purchase it at the parts department and they quoted me $650.I brought my truck in due to a large transmission leak. They did not check the transmission since that takes “a different type of tech”… and apparently the transmission work didn’t even make it onto the paper. So they didn’t work on it.. for a week.Lastly, this happened at 59,700 miles. They were booked 3 weeks out. At 60,080 miles, Ford refused to help with the warranty since I went over 60k during this 3 weeks. (I’m active duty and we have to go to work..) Ford even asked “how many Ford vehicles has he bought in the last 10 years” to make their decision.I was fixing issues to trade in for a 6.7 power stroke but due to the lack of communication by world ford and lack of care for customers by Ford motor co, I am trading in at Milton Chevy for a GM 6.2 instead.

Took my wife’s car in for service and to re-attach the rear view mirror which had fallen off. We received outstanding service from our tech, Justin Milton. He went above and beyond what we expected, even bringing in an outside glass company on short notice. He also took care of several other maintenance issues which we didn’t request— at no charge based on our Ford maintenance contract— which btw was expiring this month. It was a pleasure working with Justin.

I was on a cross-country road trip, it was time to get my oil changed World Ford was fast and friendly. They also check my ford points and realized that I had enough for free oil change. So they asked if I would like to use the points. They didn’t try to make a quick buck they were definitely customer service orientated.
Westley was great to work with. Made the whole process very simple. We took care of everything over the phone and they had the papers prepared by the time we drove in from Texas to purchase the Expedition.

This was my first service for my vehicle. When I called to setup my appointment everything went smoothly and was told that one of my recalls could not be performed but the part would be ordered. When I arrived I was very impressed with the new service department that was recently added. I was greeted by one of the service agents named Mike. Mike doubled checked what services I needed and informed me the process. Before leaving we walked around the vehicle to verify any issues with the car. I received text messages letting know what was being done and what was completed. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up everything was ready with no issues or problems. Everyone was very professional and impressed with the new look and cleanliness.
Ryan was great to work with. We brought our motor home in for a warranty issue and he had to work in our 35’ beast into the garage. He handled everything like a true professional. Thank you for helping us!

I had an electrical problem which caused my lights to flash periodically 24/7 which caused a drain on my battery. They found the issue and notified me immediately. Their work was fast and efficient! I will continue to bring my vehicle to World Ford for all maintenance issues.
The service Dept was good. I was given an estimated time of 1-1.5 hrs and the were within that time frame. Although the employees in the service were nice and helpful I can’t say the sales people inside were as helpful. I walked around looking lost for about 5 min and no one offered to help. Another issue I had was in part of the construction going on. But the are no amenities while you wait minus plugs chairs and a bathroom. Don’t ask for a loaner cause that ain’t happening. So if you wanna grab a bite to eat or go run a small errand you are out of luck until your vehicle is done. So in regards to my overall experience thank you service Dept for your help but I will go to ft Walton or Andalusia next time. I believe in customer service not just the customer is always right.
Wow this place has really turned around! This is my third time going to World Ford Pensacola. My past visits were nothing to write about, but this visit was amazing. I got a simple oil change and the customer service was amazing. The wait time was reasonable with a great price. Judy the service rep was super helpful and kept me informed about the status of the service. I would recommend and will return!
Went to World Ford to trade my car in and got a 2016 Nissan Altima very happy with my car. Marco tea really help me out I was upfront and honest with him and credit wasn’t the best, but he still managed to get me in a car. I’m so happy and love it definitely talk to Marco he will really try to get you in car.
I went in for a 40,000 mile check up and had the best experience from the service department Thanks to Charles Burton. I highly recommend World Ford! First on Race Day!Went for an Oil change and inspection and was taken care of by a service technician by the name of Mike. I bought a camper on a Ford Transit diesel platform. I called World Ford to check out the platform and they did an amazing job checking it out. I felt very comfortable at the end of the process. I dealt with Ryan who was very accommodating and answered all my questions with confidence. I will be taking my car to them for continued service and maintenance.
Took my car in for its 7500 mile service. They got my car in quickly and had me out pretty fast as well. My service advisor, Blake, was super nice and kept me informed with approx how long everything would take.
Setup appointment by phone to have windshield wiper issue addressed. Got there service adviser did a fine job. BUT, 2 service advisers looked at issue and agreed that there was an issue, i was advised that it could be 3 - 5 days before they could fix it. I said ok, what day do you want me to bring it back?, i was informed that it would be 3-5 days from whatever day i left it there, so if i brought it back in a week, it would still be the same. This was news to me, would be nice to know this ahead of time to make arrangements to get home, and shuffle my schedule to be without my vehicle.They did communicate they had to order part, when it was in and working on it. Dropped off early Wednesday, picked up mid Friday.I personally have no issue with the time to fix it. I just dont think that the scheduling of the actual work, was very poor, seems to be the practice at this shop.
Today I took my Ford Escape into World Ford for regular maintenance. The service person who worked with me today is named Justin. And he was awesome!! The process was smooth and quick and Justin was professional and personable. This was a most pleasant experience today.
Marlon was our sales guy. He was texting me earlier in the day asking about what I needed. When we arrived, they were pulling the truck I wanted off of the hauler and he got the keys and we test drove and that was all it took. Marlon is very knowledgeable and everyone else we had interaction with was awesome!!!

When I went to most car dealerships they either sounded like they were reading from a script or just didnt care. But, world ford salesmen knew what they were talking about and worked with me in every way. Im a 20 year old mechanic my wallets moths refuses to pay rent they were great help
Ridiculous Service/Scheduling experience. I won’t be back.The short: I waited two weeks for the opportunity for World Ford to charge me more for an oil change, that would have taken 15min at my local quick lube. The quick lube place would have even washed my windshield and vacuumed the floor mats; something World Ford said “Yeah, we don’t do that”. WTH?Explanation:I try to do all my routine maintenance on new Ford vehicles at the dealership due to great service experiences at Ford. I just moved to Pensacola and this was my first experience at World Ford. Car was having some transmission shifting issues and a faulty A/C blend door (at 60k miles).Earliest appointment to check out the car for a 60k mike inspection, lube-oil-filter, and diagnostic checkup was two weeks out. (No big deal.) I found it odd that the person I spoke with was at a call center and knew absolutely nothing about the dealership. They were not rude, but an automated robot would have been just as effective.Upon arrival...I’m informed that the 2wk advanced appointment slot was to save me a place to LEAVE MY CAR at the dealership for an additional 4 WEEKS! Four weeks before a technician could even check the transmission. Oh your blend door issue...that will be two weeks before we can look at that, if you leave it with us. These wait times are not for parts (which is completely understandable)...this is just for an inspection! I asked to schedule an appointment a month from now to bring the car back...No...sorry sir that’s not how it works. I understand waiting on parts. I do not understand making customers wait months on end, separated from their vehicle for a diagnostic appointment.The icing on the cake for me was when the service advisor informed me that they do not offer vacuuming the floor mats as part of their oil change service.I won’t be back to World Ford of Pensacola...to service or buy a car. They were very professional and it’s a beautiful dealership, but lack of communication on absurd basic diagnostic practices and the overall lack of apparent value drive me to other dealerships or more efficient service businesses.

Called ahead interested in a used vehicle and was told it was available. After driving over an hour to see it, was pleased with the car. After test driving and discussing, I was ready to buy only to find out the car sold despite me standing next to the car and no one else there. Leave empty handed for another 1+ hour drive home to get a call saying the car was available. But it had sold? So that wasnt true. Apparently a phone call / email saying I want it was enough to buy it.Wait for today (Monday), get my financing and information in line ready to actually purchase what would be a fantastic used car. Call at opening, 9am, and the car is available but they cant hold it and Im not doing credit and financing over the phone. Call later in the day and the car sold despite my consistent communication and interest in the vehicle.Obviously there is no customer care or communication through the dealership and I will not be purchasing from or considering this dealership in the future I wasted an entire day only to be disappointed and frustrated.Thank you, World Ford, for nothing.

If I could place zero stars I absolutely would. This was the worst maintenance experience I have ever had. It took 10 days for us to be able to drop off our vehicle. While dropping off our vehicle I tried to explain the issues we were having when I was cut off by the representative and she simply notated “AC won’t work”. After 7 days I was the only one to contact them, one of the calls they let me know that our car was ready. Without authorization they needlessly replaced the air compressor. After picking up the vehicle the air went out again after 20 minutes. 2 days later I come to pick up the vehicle after being told it was fixed and was told they needed authorization to repair a wire. I would not bring my car back to this establishment to have a tire changed.
Great experience with the staff but the wait is super long. I was there for 5 hrs for two new tires, an alignment and an oil change. I do understand its a bigger city and a bigger dealership.
After a mediocre review before I quickly got a response from corporate regarding our issues they definitely made our recent visit to world Ford quick and easy to get in for simple things we needed done like an oil change and new wipers. Thats how it should be and we were pleased with our service.
The service department took care of a TPMS issue that could not be cleared by a local tire company. They did it at no charge. I asked them to change the oil while my F150 was in for service and it was done at a very fair price. Charles, the service advisor, was very kind and communicated well with me throughout the repair process of the TPMS issue. I had a great experience!

He got it all taken care of for me, including dealing with my extended warranty company, and quicker than I expected. I usually avoid going to dealerships, but this went well and I had a great experience.
I took my car in for a routine maintenance. I dropped it off early and had an Uber pick me up while I waited. It took me hours to get back to the dealership for a reason that I’m embarrassed to share and the service department had closed. I live 45 minutes away and didn’t have a way of getting home. The dealership called the service manager and without any hesitation she was back at World Ford to check me out and retrieve my keys. Although it was a rough afternoon for me, it could have been much worse if I wasn’t able to get my car back. I’m so thankful for all the people there that helped me! I’ll be back! But next time, I think I’ll choose to wait while my service is being completed! Thanks again, World Ford!
I wanted to reserve the new Maverick. This dealership is charging $5,000 over MSRP as a fee for the Maverick thats coming out. No other dealership Ive talked to is charging ANYWHERE close to that.Come over to a Ford dealer in Baldwin county, AL., so you dont get ripped off. The one in Foley is charging no fees and the other are charging, at most, $350. $5k? This dealer is a joke. Avoid
World Ford fit me in right away when my window motor broke and I could not raise the window anymore. Judy was my service advisor. She made sure to keep the truck inside, so it would stay dry, while they waited for the parts to arrive. During the evaluation process, they also found a bad fuel sensor, and replaced that as well. Judy was great. Thank you World Ford!
My husband and I started off our World Ford experience feeling we would leave a one start rating but then left feeling like a 5 star was warranted. We made an appointment using their website, checked the box that we would wait for the vehicle. Upon arrival it was stated that some appointments were backed up days to weeks and it had something to do with central scheduling being in Houston. You know what I’m thinking - I don’t care where central scheduling is. I made an appointment for right now. I’m not leaving my vehicle for days. Katie was our representative. Our vehicle was checked out. She made contact with our insurance to get it all covered. Parts came in pretty quickly and we were able to get back in and all repairs finished in a decent amount of time.I don’t know what would have happened if we hadn’t insisted on being seen at our actual appointment time, but our experience ended up being a really good one. Katie did a really great job of keeping in touch with us and ring all our questions.
I was very surprised by the attention and the customer service. Miranda was consistent with updates and took care of my vehicle in a timely manner.

My husband just bought his dream car from World Ford. Ours was a special order so there was a wait, but it was worth it! Our salesman, Marco did a great job taking our order and keeping us posted on its progress.
Will Never take my vehicle there Ever again!I bought my 2015 fusion at World Ford a year ago..bought an extended warranty..thank God..because a month after I purchased it..the motor was bad..now before I bought it..I heard a tapping sound and asked about it..they said it was normal..so unknowingly I bought it with a bad motor. My warranty did cover a new motor with a 200 deductible. I get my oil changed at World Ford just in case something happens all is on record. Today I had a 200 appointment..got there a little early..it took them 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change..then they try to sell me a 500 brake job. They charge 57.00 for a oil change now..3 months ago it was 34.00. Plus..when I got my car..they tracked white powder like stuff on my black carpet...ac was on high..dash board settings was all messed up! UNEXCEPTIONAL!!! Zero Stars
