My experience has not been so good. The customer service leaves much to be desired, my car is being fixed there, and I have called and their answers have been I cannot give you a specific delivery day, I understand that this will take time, but I do not have a rental car and it has been difficult for me, then I approached to speak with them personally, and the woman, not to mention her name, who is in charge of my case answered me in an unprofessional and very haughty way that she did not have an estimated date, it is horrible when professionalism and kindness they forget. You must remember that you owe it to the clients otherwise you would not have that job that maybe someone else wants to do better.
After a bad start … Kelly with customer service. Went above and beyond to change my mind about sandy sansing in the most extraordinary way. She put me with one of their best sales reps, sat with me until I was comfortable. And helped me find a car that best suited me. I am really satisfied now.

Extremely unhelpful staff. My insurance agent told me to take my car here for a quote to get a correction on bad work done, and Dave wasted my time by trying to bend the door of my brand new car into place with his leg, then claimed they did a terrible paint job and it needed correcting. He then avoided my calls for months and when I finally was able to reach him, he said he was unable to do his job of writing an estimate for me. My insurance agent was very frustrated with Sandy Sansing as well for refusing to do their job of simply writing an estimate, and contacted them asking them to please simply write an estimate for the work needed to be done, but the staff refused because they were too lazy. Would absolutely not recommend a body shop where the workers dont even understand how to write a simple estimate. I would never trust these people to do quality work on a nice car; I dont know what they were thinking by trying to physically bend my car door when the seal was obviously the issue. This shows that most workers at dealerships know absolutely nothing about cars and are just guessing...Complete joke and a waste of my time.
Worst experience ever! I told them I have a lease that was due and I was looking for another vehicle. They said NOT A PROBLEM! They sold me something else got me out the door then ignored the lease. I called my leasing company to verify the lease was turned in. It was NOT! I went back to speak with the GM. He made it perfectly clear that I was a huge inconvenience. I needed to sign an odometer statement so my leasing company would acknowledge the Jeep was turned in. The dealership did not fill out the odometer statement correctly (no miles) so I had to take the Jeep to A FORD DEALERSHIP to help me. Milton CDJ had my Jeep for 10 days. A lease turn in on their part required a simple odometer statement and a fax! When I explained the situation to their PR rep. She told me it’s not their responsibility but mine to ground my lease. Unfortunately I can’t do that without a dealership. I obviously chose the WRONG DEALERSHIP!
Mike Nabors is the man you need to see for your next vehicle. I cannot sing enough praises about this genuine human. I came in looking for a used car and had no real idea where to start or what I wanted. Mike not only found me a car, mike went above and beyond after he listened to my day to day lifestyle and found me the perfect car. After a unfortunate situation with this car that was out of his control I was back in the market for another car, Mike fought for me. Mike genuinely wanted me to be taken car of me and went above and beyond to make it happen. I now have a brand new 2021Mazda 3 that first in my original used car budget that is even more perfect than the first car we shook hands on because of his determination to do right by me. He isnt there to just sell cars, he really is there to make a positive diffrence in peoples lives. He not only saved a customer relationship, he made a friend in me. There will never be another car salesman as good as Mike to this first time car buyer. I would recommend him to everyone.

Would highly recommend not buying a car from Sandy Sansing Mazda. The used car salesman James lied about a 2020 Corolla that had very poor prior repairs from a previous accident. He stated the vehicle had never been involved in any collision at all. Would recommend buying from a dealer that operates with honesty, integrity and cares about selling their clients a safe vehicle
Regarding Nissan Vehicle Upgrade Program...so, if Im paying $0 on my 2008 Pathfinder, I can get this Titan for free?!! On the other side of the Nissan coin, my Pathfinder is still going strong (thanks to the regular maintenance from the service department)!!! I feel a bird in hand is better than two in a bush.

My son has worked at the same job for 8 yrs. And they only offered him the option to finance 1 vehicle. Not at all the type vehicle he was looking for. So we wnt to honda. And he got a nice honda civic.
Went to get my card credited for money I used to hold a vehicle until financed. Could not get financing approved through dealership so requested a refund of the money I put on card. Was told would have to wait for a check to be mailed and it would take 7 days due to me using a debit card. Just wanted to pass this on in case you are planning on using a debit card.

I brought my car here to have a cv axel replaced. The work on that was great. However, once I got home after picking it up, I noticed that the car was missing a piece of chrome trim from around the window. I reviewed my cameras outside of my house, and could see that the trim was on the car before taking it for repairs. I called them and asked them to review their cameras to verify that the trim was on the car at arrival there, and nobody has called back. I guess its on me to replace the trim. I offered to show them the video of the car leaving out of my driveway, showing that it was in place around the window. My warranty is now expired, and I will be using Lee Nissan in Fort walton beach from now on.

I bought a truck on Dec 11th. No one ever called to thank me, etc. Ordered with cruise control, bed liner, and trailer hitch. No Cruise control, no bed liner, which I had H&H do the job, and not I have to wait to get a hitch installed . I just had a guy tell me that the package they trough in only cover oil change, and that does NOT include a filter. I will NEVER deal with Sandy Sandy Sanding ever again

I am not one to write reviews unless the service or product is either very bad or very good. I think most people expect a good product or service and therefore a review is really not necessary.In this case the service and the person providing the service were probably the best I have ever experienced. And, in the car selling industry, that’s not always an experience buyers John Knight, the used car sales manager, and Kenneth Haddad, at Sandy Sensing BMW in Pensacola, FL., went far and beyond the “call of duty” and did everything I believe they could do to earn my business and sell me the car I was interested in. I was convinced early in our conversations, all by cell phone, that John was being honest, upfront, and truly had my best interest at heart during negotiations. Typically, it is the consumer who initiates the next level of negotiating a better price. In this case, John repeatedly kept offering me a little bit sweeter deal without being pushing or aggressive or annoying. Of course, he was trying to sell me a car, since after all, that’s what his job is. But, in the case, I truly believe he was also trying to help me as well. That’s a tough line to walk for a car salesperson, make money for the dealership AND get the customer a good deal too.John kept me informed of his busy schedule and often told me he might be able to return my call right away, making sure I understood what to expect. I was looking to buy a car at the very end of the month, a time when he was the busiest. I appreciated being kept informed. Quite frankly, I have NEVER experienced a car sales person work as hard as he did to earn my business and be genuinely interested in seeing that I got a good deal also and be as upfront and candid as he was. Anyone looking to buy a car should contact John or Kenneth.

We have bought a BMW X3 from this place and have been very happy so far. The sales manager Mr. John Knight was excellent. In one evening he arranged everything and we took our car home in January. Since we are pretty busy he made everything possible that we had all the papers ready in a short time. He also called us few days later to make sure everything was good. It was a very pleasant purchase.

Was there today on the new car side and was there for over an hour and not once were we acknowledged at all by your employees. We stood outside as well sat at the table right outside the office and multiple salesman came and went to the cooler getting water and not once offered us anything not even a hello. This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had here and your employees need training on customer service. As soon as a white couple pulled up one salesman ran out so quick to greet them while we were sitting there and never said a word to us. So I’m guessing blk money don’t matter at Sandy Sansing?? My husband and I brought our car from here brand new as well as our daughters car earlier this year. But definitely won’t be returning.
Lost my key and bought one from them for $368 got it home and it never worked I called him back up that same day I told me that I had to pay upfront $120 have my car and the key taken to them. Well I didnt have the money at the time so here I am 10 days later total car over there by myself well the key I found out the key was bad now they tell me but that aint the key that they sold me theyre a bunch of liars and thieves
We had to sell our vehicle due to a move. John Nudo was probably the most helpful care buyer/salesman I have ever come across. When I come back down this way in 3 years if he is still there Im looking him up first for my new car needs.
Went for an oil change. They have a car wash now too. Everyone is super friendly. Snacks and drinks are free. Nice waiting area. I have been getting car from Sandy longer than I can remember. I have always been pretty happy with the deals offered.

I have a 2 year old Altima that I cannot trade because I owe $32000 + on I am not happy with car and sales department which I trusted would treat me fairly I will not be buying another Nissan or any other auto from Sandy Sansing also I am a disabled veteran .
Went to the store in Pensacola Blvd. looking at 2010 Enclave. Salesman said we had to drive to the Milton store. He drove our trade & we drove the Enclave 40 mile round trip for nothing. The offer was insulting after a wait of an hour .. they were not going to give us anything on our trade. Had their vehicle way over book. Almost no negotiation..Terrible sales tactics. Never again.
I had my oil and filter changed for maintenance here twice. They were polite and quick. I had no other pressure to buy or replace anything else. I really appreciate Chris who did my paperwork and told me when my car was ready. They even did the complimentary car wash for me. Thank you!
The Service Department is what makes a Great Dealership. The other Chevy dealer tends towards Third-Party, and After-Market, Sandy Sansing uses GM/Chevrolet parts. Sandy Sansing used to fix things the first time; they are now like other Chevy and GM Dealers needing multiple attempts and frequent returns to get something fixed for way more money.

A friend was visiting from up north and had car trouble. He got the car to Sansing and they did a great job with the repairs and got him back on the road the next day. Really nice people to work with.
We have gotten 3 cars from here over the last 10 years or so. Never had any problems. Warranty is great customer service is great! They have a new express service area around back thats wonderful. Usually very quick in and out for oil changes and they always top off fluids and conduct inspection. I got a new battery for my car last time for free because mine was registering a little low. We have gotten a car mini Cooper and two Nissans great dealership!

He even went over the loaner vehicles with me, so that way I understood where everything was at.I was very happy with the service that I received. I got my used Ford Fiesta here a few weeks ago. The salesman did a great job. They got it down to a very good price. They even drove to Alabama and drive it back to Florida for free. The tail light had malfunctioned and they fixed it before I paid for the car. So they are very helpful and will go out of there way to get a car from sister dealerships. Very good company to do buissness with. My car runs great and is very nice. This was Sandy Sansing Nissian in Pensacola.
We almost got trapped in a overpriced, extremely high interest rate car at another dealership.(drive time).We assumed our credit wasn’t good enough for a real dealership. Thankfully we walked out and met “Q” at Sandy Sansing. . Q was chill and he had no doubt that he could get my wife and I into a never vehicle for less down and a lower monthly payment . With the help of our salesman “Q” and Rick the finance guy doing his Wizard work to match us with a lender. We drove home with a 2016 loaded Impala for half the interest rate and a fraction of the down payment the other guys wanted.Thanks again gentlemen!

Typical large automotive dealership. Salesmen all over you even before you get in the door. Got a good car there but dont expect any deals.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Spend your good money where they dont lie to you and rip off veterans, elderly and disabled. They are predators just waiting for you. Sandy Sansing does good things for the community, but then he can afford to with the amount of ripping off his people do at his dealerships.

Service Dept (Nick) was awesome. Very professional. Had to order parts for my repair, when I showed up I got in line behind other cars but stayed inside my car. I hadnt waited 60 seconds before he came outside to process me. WOW. He remembered me, saw me through the darkened glass and rushed to help me. Very much appreciation.

This place is not sensitive to retired and lower income customers. They always try to get the max out of a person. I had an a/c problem that was diagnosed by another shop but due to the complexity of the repair I opted to have it done at the dealership. They tried to sell me a 1350 buck repair along with brakes and other items. I just refused and requested what I went for. $360 is pricey enough without looking for other items to spend money on. I understand their business model requires them to look a car over but sometimes you just want one thing done. Received a callback to update my estimate, $360 went to $680. Others told me I wouldnt get out for less than 600. I had to learn the hard way.

Salesman was rude and he wasnt wvwn the guy I was scheduled to see. I hate it when they think they can treat women as if they are stupid or dont know anything about buying cars. You do not have to run a persons credit before showing them cars or telling them the standard sales or incentives. The credit score only determines the interest rate and the payment amount that person will be paying for the vehicle on the price of sale. As well as any special incentives for perfect credit customers. One thing for sure I have to purchase a vehicle but it wont be at Sandy Sansing.
I cant say enough about the positive experience I had purchasing my new truck at Sansing. Ultimately it boils down to my sales person, Ryan Silber. His image to me was not of a car sales person but more of someone to help you purchase a vehicle. Ryan is extremely respectful and did everything to accommodate what I wanted.My son recognized Ryan from his previous employment and called my wife to tell her who was helping us. As it turned out, he had gone way out of his way to help her several years ago. It didnt surprise me. Go see Ryan when you need a vehicle. You wont be disappointed!
CLASSIC USED CAR STEREOTYPE! We bought a used truck here, and the engine light came on less than 2 days later. The guy reassured us he could get it taken care of. NOPE! We finally got an appointment, and the engine light turned itself off right as we got there. We were slightly hopeless that nothing would be done. Guy checked it, Yes nothing could be done. Get in the car, engine light back on. Guy tells us, oh yeah, it came on, but its electrical, not our problem. By the way, we got the service records that they did, it specifically says in the service, that all codes were clear and no problems. LYERS! Now we have to take this certified pre owned truck to a dodge dealership and get work done on the transmission! And expensive prospect Im sure. We gave than a chance to make it right, they didnt. Now the world will know!
Needed nitrogen for my tires. Checked in, got coffee, and was done before i can even finish my coffee. Great waiting area and free coffee and warm donuts. Got there at 7:30 am and made it to work before 8!
